D8 - The start of the second week of vegetation. D10 - Today, the small tent was finally empty, and the girls could move in under the Kingbrite light. They are getting around 170-200 PPFD. I also watered them for the first time by giving each one a small splash of water @ pH 6.7. D11 - The girls were getting a bit cramped, so the humidity domes came off today. I set the Inkbird controller to an RH of 85% (+/- 2%) and hooked it up to my larger humidifier. Even without their domes, the environment in the tent should be nice and humid for the seedlings. Flowering day 7 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The flowering started last week because otherwise the space in the small tent would end up being too narrow :-) Cuttings were taken from each phenotype beforehand. To change the flower, I rinsed it very lightly with clean fruits. With the next watering she gets a mix of grow liquid and bloom liquid before she only gets bloom. The heating mat works perfectly in the small tent and the parameters are all in the optimal range 🙏🏻👍. Now we hope that everything stays that way and that the cold days will slowly pass :-) . Here we are again, after hot summer ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic and now we present them to you. The first lady we present to you is the Blue Cheese F1 Auto, I asked the Zamnesia elves to send me these seeds because I loved this strain so much in the past. I remember well when it came out on a trip to Amsterdam we went crazy. And I remember well when a dear friend of mine used it with phenomenal results. This strain has a background in me. Great fruity flavors very intense I remember. Let's see what comes out. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of right advisors, I chose to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. Preparation Phase Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). Phase 1 - Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the soil 90% normally. Phase 2 - Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper in water, no. Phase 3 - In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose those with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. Phase 4 - The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Time for the stretch! Lots of flowering growth happening now. I can see where the bud spots will be so I’m going to have to stop moving the branching around in the Scrog, also the branches are getting thick and less pliable.

GTH SEED #1 in training, just super cropped on one side to even conopy. The first site im recording will be a clone,it is on back side of plant and will not produce. #2,#3,#4 pics,#2 is stripped of leaves at about 12 inches. 06/16/18 #4 is showing pre-flowers,#2,#3, no sign yet. #1 check in the morning. 06/19/2018 Still no pre -flowers on #1,#2,#3, #4 however is female so I Fimmed her to encourage side shoots to grow biggest of wider canopy. #1 reacting well to supercropping 20 tops as of today. Praying she is female🙏🙏. She is a stretchy girl in flower 2 to 3 x her vegged height so trying to be low profile as possible.👍

Starting second week, waiting to start LST! Day 10 : Start LST on Girl scout cookies#1 Day 11 : Start LST on Gorilla Glue#1 Day 13 : it's a very hot day, 37^C!

These Blueberry babies are doing great! The had another feeding this week (at the correct dilution this time) and I re-potted them the next day. I used Coast of Maine Bar Harbor blend potting soil that I've been using for years with good results. I color coordinated the new pots and strains so Blueberry is Purple. Got more leaves coming in so I'll have to pinch them soon. The weather here is still a little cool, 45F at night and 55-60F during the day. We had a couple cold, drizzly days and during those they were under the lights and on the heat mat which I bought down to 70F. Still going to be a little while before I can out them out and in the ground. Not much to report with these since they're so easy and carefree!

Looks like there are no issues with this ladie she was planted on August 3rd and looks like she's developing perfect, let's see how she performs.

August 18, Day 28. Had to flush on Friday due to nutrient lockout. There were purple stems which caught my attention to a possible nutrient deficiency. Coupled by the dark green older fan leaves and bright green of new growth, my Apera TDS meter confirmed nutrient lockout. Kaboom was flushed a total of 4 times Friday night, then foliar fed at 25% strength the next morning. She was given 1.1 liters of pHd water since the top inch was already dry despite flushing the night before. I am taking her thirst to mean she is recovering well. I plan on resuming the GH least aggressive feed schedule tomorrow and will begin feeding with every watering. Now that she's on the mend from the nutrient lockout I can tell she's thirstier than what she used to be, I'm taking that to mean she's hanging in there. Friends, growmies, cousins, comrades, colleagues and cultivars. Updates last week were minimal because this plant mama came down with COVID. Flushing a plant during COVID fever is no joke. Stay well and healthy everyone. August 19, Day 29. Fed at least aggressive strength today until 25% runoff. Included a new supplement to the nutrient line up, silica. Today is the first time I use it so I went easy and used the weakest dose. Plant has 5 main sites so far, yahoozie. To top a second time? No se todavia, deja lo pienso jajaja August 21, Day 31.Topped one more time, clipped the tallest point to give the others time to catch up. I know I will need to defoliate a tiny bit, soon, but I'm a bit scared to remove either too much or a mega vital leaf. I'll watch videos about it and aim for next week. I sprayed the top inch with pH'd water and will feed and water tomorrow morning. August 22, Day 32. Fed and watered, no recharge since I used it on Day 29. As I repositioned the kabob sticks, I noticed a couple of milestones - she is in the very beginning stages of forming pistils and she is beginning to smell. I plan on keeping her in veg for at least 2 more weeks, hopefully this isn't super ambitious for a plant named Kaboom lol 😂 August 24, Day 34. I checked on Kaboom and found that the top inch was totally dry so I fed and watered her. I used everything except recharge, but will use it at next feeding since I'm aiming for 10 days in between applications. I think Kaboom is looking fabulous

So as you can see I now have four flowering which I guess were the autos and I have one gelato that is still vegging and is doing damn good. There are two that have lighter color leaves, I’m trying to focus on on these and see if I can get better production. As for the tall GG in the back, leaves are waxy and have resin production starting. A lot better, overall I’m learning more and more every week!
