The buds got a little bigger and more pistels are getting orange. The plants are also taking up less water. A lot of trichomes are turning milky or are already milky and a few are amber. They're about to reach harvest within a week or so. First I would like to see more amber trichomes. I've also dicovered a swollen calyx with a seed so there must be a hermaphrodite in the room. That's the disadvantage of a scrog setup. You can't check everything 100% So some buds will have seeds, I just hope not too much. 🤞 This was this weeks menu for the Pineapple Chunks: Day 1 → Dry Day 2 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients (see above for which and how much) Day 3 → Dry Day 4 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6.5) Day 5 → Dry Day 6 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients. 8 ml Terra Bloom, 2 ml Power Buds and 2 ml Green Sensation was added to 4 liter (1 gallon) of tapwater (ec 1.24 – ph 6.4) This was the last time they've got nutrients. Day 7 → Dry From now on they'll only get ph adjusted tapwater mixed with deminiralized water to get an EC value of 0.3 and I'm going to add CannaFlush to one batch next week. Cobs stayed with the same power and height as last week and that was 320 watt at 45 cm (17.7 inch) → DLI 43/PPFD 995 Next week DLI/PPFD will get lowered to 38/880 for 4 days and then lowered again to 35/810 till the end of the run. She is slowly changing colors. Pink and light green leaves cover the top. I am trying to lower the temperature but unfortunately that’s the lowest I can go.

Some trichomes are clear others are turning cloudy , still no Amber. I'll lower the feed from now with a view to harvesting in the next week to ten days .

Another week in and this girl from Ganja Farmer is just going crazy. Can't get near her to get good pics until harvest time., but you will then see the true size of these flowers. Cycle nutrients are working good. Have been keeping the ongoing feed at 5.8 ph and the ec at 800. Runoff values are at 940 ppm and the ph has maintained itself at 6.2. Cyclo says to keep the ph from 5.5 to 5.8 in bloom, was kind of skeptical but kept it at 5.8 anyways. Guess they were correct. Thanks for the looks and like to all you growers out there. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Harvest day 62 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 16-18 degrees and 55-59% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. For first two plants Used glass of water + seed sew directly to soil once tap root ~6mm. For the second two plants I used GOW + Paper towel method. Substrate is 2/3 fox farm ocean forest +1/3 happy frog top. For the second two plants used 2/3 bio flower 365 soil + 1/3 happy frog top. (due to my plants being auto flowers the all-purpose 365 soil likely would have been a less hot alternative). All baby janes were potted in final 3-gallon fabric pots. Didnt plan to do diary at start so apologies for some lack of main character development.
