I finally chopped her down. She's now hanging to dry, will update with weights ASAP. Royal Gorilla Automatic was exceptionally easy to grow. If anything she was a little too bushy - I should have done more pruning to keep her under control. Colours on display here are spectacular, deep purple and reds throughout almost all the buds 😎

Thank you. Growing cannabis is an art that seems to evolve as you learn it. While it may only take a little knowledge to get started, It seems that this may take a life-time to perfect (doubt I'll ever make that category, but I will certainly try). Your efforts to supply the data storage alone is more than enough, but you the fact that you dont stop there and constantly try to improve the experience even more makes this my favorite community to to share on. And then lastly, but certainly not least, a heartfelt Thank-you to Royal Queen Seeds for your branding/research while making these seeds available to people like me. It gives me confidence in knowing that I am working with great genetics before I even start my grow. ---------------------------- Germination Start and incubation period 3/12/24 to 3/26/24 Transfer Day to Veg Day 6 3/27 to 4/2 Germination: First note was about the appearance of the seeds. They were smaller than I am used to seeing, but no damage or deformities and look to be in good shape. Germination took 14 days from dropping in water to transplanting into 1 gallon pots. 23hours in a glass of 6.3ph room temp RO water. 2 cracked open a little and I placed them both in paper towels wet with the glass water and pasted to the sides of the glass for 2 days then checked, no progress. So I freshened the water then waited another 2 days and checked, little to no progress. Then checked again 1 day later and finally was able to move them. One looked fully ready and the other seemed less ready. I placed in rapid rooter pods and closed with toothpick tips. 1 popped out of the pods in 1 day but the other did not. So I gave it 1 more day and started my spare seed. After 4 days of water and towels I replaced the dead pod with a growing sprout. Transplant occurred on 3/27 Veg Day 0 to 6 1gal hard tall pots. Transplant went well. The sprouts are smaller than I would like and seem to be stubborn in growth to start but hoping htat changes with soil. One pod was overgrown in the pods and Im hoping it doesn't reflect in the overall plant production. Video: Transplant ease. Transplant to 1 gal pots: I am using a 50/50, 50%perlite/50%soil with a .5lb of dolomite lime and a .5ml of flora micro added to .5 gallon of RO water (Im mixing 2 gallons of soil total so the water to soil ratio is 1/4 of the total medium volume) to achieve a soil tested ph of 6.4. I am using a 50/50 soil/perlite mix because I plan to use these in auto pots. I also used about 1 cup of the same soil mix water to pour around the plant after transplant; you can see how the perlite rises to the top where I did this. I sprayed two domes and covered - I plan to leave covered for the first week. Feed: I kept them under the domes and sprayed every day that I didnt feed them, to keep humidity up while I let them find water in the soil. By the end of the week I took the domes off and took pictures. Feed this week was another 1 cup of 6.3ph water 5 days after transplant. Feed plan next week will increase the amount to 2 cups of plain-no-nute water with about 4 days between feeds. I want to see the water run through so if I need to use more than 2 cups I will. The idea is to water deep and through, but then make them search for more before the next feed, hopefully spreading the roots out while doing it. Veg Plan: I plan on 8 colas for each plant. So that will be 3 topping days and a total of 7 cuts. I will want to cut the first time on day 21 if I have 5+ nodes. I will transfer to 5 gallon auto pots with-in 1 week of the first topping. Once I have 3 nodes of new growth past the first topping, I will top those two branches to the first node again. (that's 3 cuts total by this point) Then, after 3 new nodes of growth after that, I will do a last topping on the 4 branches. (4 new cuts added to make a total of 7 cuts and 8 colas) I will train the branches using LST/HST with tie downs as soon as I can after the first topping day to help maintain the branches growing where I want them to. I will also introduce an adjustable tomato ring after they have settled into the 5 gallon forever pots to provide support and mobility Hopefully all goes well, and I will have 1 to 2 weeks of growth before flip after week 8. I think it sounds more ambitious than it really is, but if you follow this journal, we will see together.

Day 35 ​The canopy is developing rapidly, and the plant has adopted a dense, bushy form. The central stem is thick and sturdy, a sign of excellent early care and strong genetics. The leaves are huge—the classic fan leaves are wide and a deep, healthy green, indicating that it’s efficiently capturing light and is well-fed. Every node is tight and stacked, with new auxiliary branches shooting out quickly, ready to become major bud sites once flowering begins. D54 - Another week, still a stunted runt lol. Oh well, at least I learned how NOT to transplant :D D56 - The runt is getting frostier by the day. D60 - The end of the fourth week of flower. I'm not putting in any effort into this grow and am instead just letting her do her thing. I've started to spot a few amber trichomes here but it will still take a while for this tiny lady to finish.

I did not log all the weight, cuz my “wine cellar” run out of place , so a lot I just tossed in a big bucket for later hash. All the larf is not weighted, next grow i will do larf mitigation and proper lightning for each plant. For now I got a lot of larf, but I also see that some of my plants got great nugs even under low light exposure. Purple lemonade is less in big density In comparison to Tangie Matic. As well as not purple appeared, even though it is claimed to be genetically stable. Maybe wrong seeds ? Doubt it. But the lemon terps are present. Tent size 240x240

still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

Week 18 March 7 -Been plucking leaves off maybe senescence? But I’m not sure I’ll just rock out until she tell me otherwise -some purple on the leafy pheno as well looking good

Hello Diary. We have reached the 9th week, 6 weeks of flowering and I think we are nearing the end. My estimate is another week until harvest. I look the situation with trichomes every day, most of them are milky, when I notice that some brown ones appear here and there, it is time to harvest. Along with Sherbet Queen on the “Farm” are two Mimosa Auto, which have grown huge, over 110cm so it’s pretty crowded in the grow-box. That's why it became quite difficult for me to take them out of the grow box so as not to damage them. The color of the leaves slightly takes on a lighter green color which slowly becomes yellowish, the flowers are nicely filled, they are big and heavy so I had to connect the plant a bit to the stick and fabric pot to stabilize it and prevent the branches from cracking. The temperature was high this week, around 30 degrees, and this is caused by the great heat outside which was above average this week. Humidity is a little above 50%, which is more than would be ideal, the cause is also heat, so the soil evaporates more and releases moisture. I have two fans that blow for 24 hours and thus prevent the potential occurrence of mold or similar problems. Ventilation also works at maximum power. Watering is still every two days, and more or less that’s all that happened this week, I’m patiently waiting for the harvest. Here is a brief overview of the week. 11/07/2021 - Day 57. Watering. I always prepare about 8 liters of water, p.H I adjusted to 6.4 and watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 50% humidity. 13/07/2021 - Day 59. Watering. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 55% humidity. 15/07/2021 - Day 61. Watering. p.H - 6.2 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 53% humidity. 17/07/2021 - Day 63. Watering and photography. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 60% humidity. The Mandarin Squeeze girls are making progress. I did clip the long tail on the roots. I also lst the two plants apart. This is tge first time I have tried 2 plants together. I had to raise the fixture, but I’m officially out of headroom — the light can’t go any higher. • Light was raised as high as possible • Canopy now sits just below the fixture • Watching closely for light stress or foxtailing Despite this, she’s handling the intensity surprisingly well. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Structure & Health She’s built like a monster this week: • Extremely thick main stalk — easily one of the thickest of the run • Lateral branches are sturdy and holding weight well • No signs of nutrient burn even with 1300ppm • Dry-back is helping keep internodes tight and reduce stretch I’m genuinely impressed with how thick the trunk got — she’s built for heavy buds. ⸻ 📸 Overall Impression Gorilla Zkittlez is stacking nicely as Week 9 wraps up. Flowers are continuing to swell, the plant is still drinking steadily even with reduced feedings, and structure is strong enough to support chunky buds without additional stakes yet.

Really enjoyed growing this girl. She was compact with nice and tight buds. Wish she would of been a bit bigger but probably something I did early on might of stunted her.
