So far so good. Today, on 23/8, I fed her with Biobizz Grow for the first time. I think she's been growing at a decent pace even without any fertilizers, so, in order to not risk nute burn, I used a smaller dose than what BioBizz recommends. 27/8 The newer leaves seem as if they are curling up a little bit. Might be because the light is very low. So, I have raised the light a little bit. Let's see how she responds. put on new lights that are more suitable for the veg phase. ------------------- 28/8 So I posted a question regarding a Spot that appeared on one of the leaves. By mistake I selected an answer that might not be adequate to my situation. GrowDiaries does not let you change the selected answer so I am copy-pasting the correct answer here. Bostongirl17 was right because I did spray some Neem Oil on the plant because there were mosquitoes in my room and i even saw a little spider. So it could be that a bigger droplet fell on the leaf and caused that blemish/spot. Bostongirl17: If it’s growing with the leaf- and not at a faster rate. It’s probably just a blemish. Is it possible you splashed them with your nutrients during feeding? 🌱 ----------------------

Last auto i'll grow , autos are actualy good for fast and not so heavy stoners , my yield is good but not the way i want it , so i'll keep improving my shit , starting with femenised seeds next run also a blueberry , first femenised im going to use , so lets hope it will have a better harvest. Overall this autoflower blueberry yielded the most of all my autoflowers , dense buds , good quality and very fruity smoke!

Good week of growth. Fed twice throughout the week. Couple signs of insects but hoping it's just the few fruit flies I have in the vicinity. Also continued with LST, both plants seem to like it. Growth on Alaskan purple is slow due to the shitty Amazon light overjead I believe. Seemango has a mars hydro ts1000 overtop.

Momma is just about ready for her 36-hr pre-harvest dark period. Going to give her 1, maybe 2, more short light cycles (~10 hrs). Trichomes are mostly cloudy with some amber. Pistils have darkened and curled in. Buds are plump and firm. It’s time! 😎

Nothing special this week. I've defoliated the plants this week even though I've planned to to that next week, but it was just getting too messy. I'll need to defoliate even more later this week so that I can switch them to a 12H cycle on the 7th week, and not cause too much stress doing both things at once. Happy growing 🌿

😅😅Girls were developed by different methods one were topped when she has only two nodes (third I topped), second was only LSTed. They were transplanted once from 10L bag to 20L bags. Topped roots developed much better then untouched had. Topped growed for about 71 day, and untouched 72. Wife noticed mold on few colas, I cutted them and cut out the affected areas. Bushes were Ripenning for about 12 days, Unfortunately I didn't flushed them at all. So topped girl was putted to hermetic container and placed in freezing camera exactly from cutting. Secon one I putted to growbox under the out fan. I bought vacuum pump and jars, and dry topped by quick freezing method. And untouched was dryed by usual way. After all results are: Wet weight: Topped: 450g buds&stems; Untouched: 380g buds&stems. Dry weight: Untouched: 80g buds, 10g stems; Topped: 110g buds, 13g stems. This is my firs grow, I think its great result. The common mistakes are: uncontrolled environment ph, humidity, and that I stopped plant growing height with early low distance to the lamp. Starting to smell sweet again ,straight distilled H2O maybe there last drink. Purple Lemonade was a big girl with no sign of stopping she would had foxtailed another flush

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 2 october First of all... This girl was planted in a position under a tree. She is a real outdoor strain. I had succes with maroc in guerilla grows before. Sun hours are key. Having that in mind. The way this Outdoor Grapefruit performed in her bad spot is incredible. She grew away from the shady patch just like Maroc did. Meaning she was leaning and basicly I ended up scrogging her to face the southern side. The backside was of the net was empty. In a sunny spot this girl would have gone through the roof. She is super sticky. Amazingly fruity, my favourite strain outdoors this year. She performed wel in the cold and rain. Mould was everywhere but she managed best. Could have gone another week but forecast were bad and my planning did not allow that extra time. So many thing still left to do with such monster plants and incoming harvest.
