Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here👍. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. From the moment she popped her head out to the start of week 4, this girl was fimmed, pruned, trained and flipped. She put out a full oz. more than the 6 week(v) mainline beside er😳. Now that is just straight amazing😎. The key advantages - BIG F$&K’N YIELDS and auto pilot care for up to 2 weeks. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. Here’s where strain, medium and method kinda collide though. This girl was on a hurry up and go schedule. We lost the first one to root rot and had to get this one off the ground and mature before the cycle sched. Was gonna flip. Not to mention it was totally screwing with our spring nursery timing too. She was fimmed once and then splayed with LST. Not much either - just enough to get er spread apart a little. So you combine ultra fast growth rates of hydro with a big yield strain like this on a fast paced training method that limits required recovery times... and you get this monster. Just a perfect grow that anyone would be extremely happy with. We used frozen water bottles In the res. twice a day throughout the grow. My issues with light leaks and temps are well documented and I’m constantly running up against one or the other as a hurdle. This plant was no different and she started to re-veg. In the last few days prior to chop. All due to a light leak from the cabinet beside this one that was running on an 18/6. Gonna have to plug some light holes prior to next grow. Other than that - she was amazing and the method here is getting an unusually high and very rare 5/5.😳 Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 The final number is just so sweet. 6.04oz and she veg’d less than a month. Overall, I could confidently say that’s both faster and better than most typical autos in general😳😎👍👌. Any time your rock’n out 5+oz is a good haul but in this kinda time frame - that’s just crazy. We let her go just a little longer (again, as per Spliff’s direction) and it was worth the extra patience. She’s dense as all hell and a nice add to the stash🤟. Hey everyone, day 21 today. She has started to grow a little faster but still small, hoping to get another week of veg to get some growth before flower.

Well, the old girl was showing signs of calcium defciency (some spotting/rust on some of the leaves) so she got her rez change a day early this week with some added Cal-Mag. She did some stretching this week and grew about 5". Cleared out some undergrowth and small branches under the canopy to keep things neat. She seems to be setting up to produce some nice buds. 🤞 -------------- Day 65: PPM 658; PH 6.2. She was thirsty but watered down her drink as her PPMs were increasing a bit. Fed her a gallon of filtered water with a tsp of Cal-Mag. PPMs now at 563 with PH 6.2. Day 66: PPM 553; PH 6.2. Left her alone. She seems in a bette place after having her drink watered down yesterday. Day 67: PPM574; PH 6.2. Topped her off with a gallon of filtered water and light nutes. She's sitting at PPM 574; PH 6.2. Day 68: PPM 584; PH 6.2. Left her alone. Day 69: PPM 563; PH 6.2. Topped her off with a gallon of filtered water/nutes. Sitting at PPM 595; PH 6.1 Day 70: PPM 595; PH 5.4. I've suspected for a while that my PH meter has not been giving accurate readings (even after calibration). Bought a new meter and was proven correct - PH has been running much lower than readings have been showing. Corrected her to 6.1 today - maybe now she'll start sucking up some of that calcium she's been missing out on.

End of Week 4 of Flower (day 28): Some flowers look like they're starting to swell. Resin production has begun in earnest. I put a tower fan with 180 deg. oscillation into the tent in order to increase overall airflow. Noticed a slight tip burn showing up on some of the leaves and realized I had stopped getting adequate runoff after each fertigation event. I increased the volume (+16%) of nutrient solution they were getting during each of the 5 daily feedings and there have been no further spread of the tip burn. Seems like the plants are all on cruise control. Here's hoping I can avoid any stupid mistakes the rest of the way. Until next week!

I have got a whole crew of four Bubble OG plants, and they're all doing really well. These plants are like quadruplets – they all look super similar, with the same strong smell that's kinda like a putrid skunk. They're all uniform in height and have the same spacing between their branches. It's like they're all following the same blueprint. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth

In week 3 of flowering, the ladies suffered from nutrient deficiency. Due to vacations, they had SPA water only for a week. I immediately added nutrients to the water tank, with an EC of 1.8 I will also add green sensation starting this week. I also defoliated them, all the affected leaves are almost all gone.

Week 3...I've been watering each plant with about 1 cup of water a day and started back with the Nutes every 3rd day...Seems to be going good...About 2 more weeks until these Autos start to flower

In the beggining of week 4 of flower the phenos are showing differences. Nanaz x BBC are way toller that the Headbands. Also, Nanaz x BBC #2 has no pistils but it is a female plant. I have that happened before when I grew the Banana Butter Cups S1

VEG WEEK 10 My Base Nutrient Inputs: See VEG WEEK 6 for details of stock solutions A & B. My grow weeks run from Monday to Sunday. This week the goal was to let the girls grow, space the tops around the trellis, and attach each stem to the outside of this structure. Tuesday - Watering Day - 1 gallon each as described above. Friday - Watering Day - The pots are very light. Laverne is quite thirsty in pic # 10 - 2 gallons each as described above. Friday - Pruning Day - Pinched out all the new grow at each fan leaf. The goal is a single stalk with no side branching. Also removed some lower Fan leaves and a few select others. Unfortunately, Laverne lost a top. Not sure how, but I snapped it😡, and it dangled by a little of the outer stem tissue. I quickly reached for some tape to administer first-aid, which has worked for me in the past. Sadly, a few days later, it was evident (pic # 16), she wasn't going to make it. Sunday - Training and Trim Day - Laverne is now down to 11 tops and my plants symmetry is shattered. I pushed the broken limb aside, to make room to realign the neighboring branches. I'm leaving this broken branch on the plant for now (pic #17), in an attempt to keep the other branch, on the same main stalk from dominating the plant. The remaining branch (pic #18&19) is already growing much faster and needed some serious twisting to bring it to the level of the rest of the plant. I managed to get Laverne symmetrical again, and leveled out the tops with some wire work. Shirley was also wired down to a symmetrical, level canopy, without any drama. Laverne is now 10 inches tall, and Shirley is 12 inches. It seems I named them backwards, lol. Laverne received a 2 inch booster seat under her pot to bring her canopy level with her buddy. Their canopy tops are 30 inches from the Electric Sky ES 300 V1 light. Shirley has shown herself to be a female (pic #24), while Laverne has not shown sex (no concern, as these seeds I made should be feminized). I see some tip burn, and need to dial back my nutrients a tad. I also am working on eliminating the purple on the top side of the petioles (not too worried about it as the plant is growing and appears healthy otherwise). My base nutrients contain calcium and magnesium, plus I add Cal-Mag +, so not sure why. It is funny that the purple is only on the top side of the petioles, and makes me wonder if this is caused somehow by LED lighting. If anyone knows, please share😀. I plan on another week, maybe two, of vegetative growth. The mother(s), that I made these seeds from only stretched about 12-14 inches. I'll flip to 12/12 light schedule when the stems reach the height of the top of the trellis. With the stems supported, and some luck, these girls, will be set-up for smooth flowering. Woche 7 Tag 43-49 / Blüte Tag 15-21 Luftfeuchtigkeit 50 Tag 27 Nacht 22 PPFD 800 DLI 34,56 Höhe 55 VPD 1,4 Lampe Abstand 40cm Lampe auf 60% Acht Tage nach Umstellung, erste Blüte Anzeichen zu sehen. Komme leider nicht unter die 50% Luftfeuchtigkeit, wird wohl bis Ende so durchgezogen. An Blüte Tag 16 wurde sie radikal entlaubt und um einige Triebe erleichtert. Evtl bisl zu Radikal 🙈. An Tag 21 wurde sie mit 0,5 Liter Komposttee gegossen. Eigenkreation ausm Komposthaufen von Oma 👵. Temperatur leider auch immer um die 27 grad die ich nicht gesenkt bekomme. Werden hoffentlich nicht zu viele Terpene flöten gehen.

Attempted to LST in this one burn realized my grow area was too small so I scrapped the idea a, this could directly be the reason for a small yield. Ladies and gentlemen, here we are getting into the 3rd week of flower, so you know what that means!!! Next week is Plagron Green Sensation 💚 and silica and a little cal mag, if needed... this girl is getting big.She is about two and a half feet wide and has been stretching like crazy.. this is gonna be a great plant and a nice harvest, and I can't wait to see how the Plagron nutrients swelling up those buds .. stick around because if need be I will add more pictures throughout the week .. thank you Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for the opportunity to grow this beauty 😍..
