My Sticky Rice plant is one of the smaller ones in the bunch, but don't let its size fool you! It's got these incredibly healthy, vibrant leaves that just scream 'good genetics.' I've got a feeling this little one's gonna surprise me – it might be small now, but I bet it's gonna pack a punch!" This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Week 7 begins. Removed some dead leaves and big leaves that were blocking light to the lower parts of the plant. Buds are big, white and frosty! Very happy with the plants development up to this point.

Flushing with Flawless Finish here on out starting today. The 3 girls are looking ripe now. They smell of sweet fuel. I was expecting fatter buds to be honest, but these seem fairly dense, and the colours are beautiful. I microscoped the sugar leaves last night. There is hardly any clear trics left, yet very little amber ones, so I'm sure I'm roughly a week out until harvest day give or take a day. The girls grew decently during flower but are starting to show signs of stress, and age. Middle and left side plants have purpled, yet the far right plant remains green fading to yellow There will be no 24/48 hours of darkness.....I have tried that and did not see ANY improvements. There will be no Ice Cube Flush...I tried that and also did not see any improvements. Well, next week's update will be final shots before harvest.... YAY! Cant wait to smoke some SUGAR BREATH!

It also smells mellow skunky but will check again tomorrow it may have been terps overload on my fingers regarding thunder and pink paradise aromas. Pink caylaxes have shriveled and accepted pollen locations. I just don't think the seeds will be ready when harvesting in a few weeks. Start week 5 tomorrow and I don't think crosses will be ready so I will figure it out. Apollo is coming along nicely and enjoying new friends, zkittles, gorilla cookies and granddaddy purple. All autos. Godzilla cookies is the runt. Apollos schedule : Water & feed Tues, Thurs, and Sunday. Increased TPS to early bloom at 9ml/g and Signal to 3ml/g. I think she could use more fertilizer but I'm gun shy on feeding too much. 17.12 F47 I am definitely thinking I mixed up the seeds now. The 2 in the airpots are now likely to be the same strain and I'm guessing royal gorilla because of the purpleing. The 2 in the fabric pots must be cookies gelato. They are taller, greener and way thicker stems. If anyone could chime in and help me out identifying the two strains that would be appreciated 🤦‍♂️ Still no nutes given. Day 36-42 Ladies gettting bigger. Putting in net for LST Btw Day 42 already Flower Day 4! So the pics near the end are start of flower :) In my opinion the stretch is not that much, so keep them ladies longer in veg. Looking back i d say veg another 10 days maybe and then get them into flower. Mine was too early

They get wider, bigger, and firmer. They are already starting to smell very tasty. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above). Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left. Week 7 of flowering 10/30/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 7 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Last week PH drop happened again a couple of days after the major flush. PH in rootzone is getting lower every day. Runoff still at 10-20%, so no salt buldup, EC same as intake or litttle higher. Flushed again with FloraKleen and watered with TriPart Micro, Grow, Bloom with CalMag. Bought Potassium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate as suggested by "Aqua Man", to buffer coco in the future. Day 28 from sprout, these girls are looking healthy and loving life...as far as I can tell. Topped them back on Monday 1-22 and then did my first top dressing today with some gaia green all purpose 4-4-4. some glacial rock dust and alittle mineralized phosphorus. Been staying at 6.5ph for all waterings

Actual flowering 37 days: This lady has had a bit of a battle waiting for me to get her some calmag this week. She showed deficiency early last week but I thought it was light burn initially. Her size has suffered slightly i feel now and explains why she hasnt been as vigorous as she once was. She has 2-3 weeks left now till harvest so i hope she can budswell her way into a great yield. She smells sweet and is tacky to touch too. fingers crossed i can keep her happy

Plant #2 had a curving stem issue so I've added a small bamboo stake to straighten her out. After 3 days it seems to be working. Also, I brought the light down to 24” now that the seedlings are well established and used to the spectrum. Speaking of stems … the Fastbuds description mentioned weakness in the first few weeks and the need for support. I've had 2 6” fans creating “windy” conditions since the seeds were planted and I've added some silica to the nutrients to strengthen the plant structure. So far it seems to be working because all of the plants (even the one with "scoliosis") seems to have good support and thickness in the stems. The plants have doubled in size this week and now range from 4” - 7”.
