Did some more defoliation but keeping her going as she's wrapping up the stretch. Really starting to flower now, which took way longer than I expected. She's a late bloomer for sure, not the best for growing outdoors, this was a test seed though so I just kept her going. Amsterdam Genetics doesn't recommend this one for growing outdoors btw.

Sep 21: fall is here with 12 h of darkness and red tinted sunlight both of which help with flowering. One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. Tomorrow will be okay but then rain and cold overnight and even snow forecast for late next week. C’est La vie.

The flush week! Seemed ok - def had nitrogen toxicity in one purple berry kush - maybe too much ripener before. But we’re here - will give them the 24 now and chop. We’re out of time on this run. 90^% of the crop are where I want them to be however I thought I would have more droopy leaves. Will do the harvests on Monday anyways. Have a great week. Harvest day 61 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. First of all I would like to compliment Ganja Farmer for the great genetics. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. The growth was great from start to finish. She had no problems at all and also had no problems with animals : 1:. I'm amazed at the great smell the beautiful buds give off😀. Of course I cut cuttings and if the taste is as good as the smell it will be grown again ☺️. A final report comes with the Smoke Report. Had a productive week for growth and made a few improvements. Bud development has been great this week. The buds are filling in the gaps mostly and creating nice colas. My plan is for the next 2 weeks to feed AN Overdrive. Then flush for 2 weeks i think. She is very sticky and has a sweet smell of candy grape. Still not a blast of smell when i open the tent but smelling her close she's sweet :D I re tied all the outside colas to make them have even spacing again. The red poles were in need of some better reflection so i foil taped them. The sealed box for my carbon filter was made when i was using the cfl. The way i needed to hang the light meant the outlet from the sealed box into the tent could only be 4 inches in diameter. With the Cob Led, it's attached on the side poles, so decided to max out the outlet. It is the full 6inches and cooling is more efficient now. (Maybe i should try origarmi) The black clip on fan was touching the tent so not drawing air as well. Also made an annoying vibration if touching the tent wall. I used the extender i had on the side vertically and mounted it horizontaly. Has opened the tent out a bit and have free space behind the fan. Have add photos of all improvements. Checked on the outdoor grow and is looking good. Did improvements on it last week by adding a 'gate'. Had spotted deer when visiting previously so didn't want to take any chances. Attached photos from visit yesterday. Video is from week before when i did the gate and surround supports. Left plant Glue Gelato Auto is my friends. It's the same age as my Wed Cake but grown outdoors it's whole life. Right plant is Purple Punch auto which is mine. 4 weeks younger than my Wed Cake and Glue Gelato but started indoors and then planted outdoors. This spot was only for 1 plant originally but after the situation from the other spot we had to take the GG there. Thanks for checking my diary See you next week and happy growing

Okay so I'm trying something new, since I've gone away from a switch to water for the last week flush I harvested the tops and best smalls and packed the cannatrol full. I'm giving the under growth a bit more time to rippen before I harvest that for the the freezer. If this turns out to be a bad idea I'll not do it again in the future. The last long video is what's left in the tent right now. Let me know if any of you have experience doing this. Updated with a bunch of pictured of dried and cured. Ended up with 186g of beautiful flower. 72g of untrimmed smalls I'll make into RSO, I have a lot of back and nerve pain and RSO hands down the only thing that brings me actual relive, I'm late to the party on this one but I set a side part of the grow for it now. I let the under canopy and shorter tops go another 10 days feed at half strength and I'm glad I did, it ripened up nicely and definitely got a lot of color. I forgot to get pictures of that harvest but I will when I pull it from the freezer to wash. My test jar of this washed at 4+% (the last picture). Last update will be results of that wash. Last update on this one, I added a couple hash/rosin pics at the end. She washed from plant to rosin at 4.03% the terps are musky skunk, sweet pastries, and fresh Linen. I'd definitely grow this one again.

Last week only watering one time and let the plant dry our for 3-4 days. There is not much to trim as the buds are rock solid and big.
