Day 45 - She's continuing to grow like a monster. The resin production is already insane, and she smells amazing - cream & gas right now with a touch of fruit 🤤 I used a few bits of garden wire to separate all the colas evenly and give them space to develop fully, but no other training was necessary today. I gave her another 5L of treated water, the same concentrations as the last feeding. I squirted 1L directly into the base of the plant, and the rest spread around. She barely spilt a drop, which means she's drinking nearly 1L per day 😱 What a great strain, I can't wait to see how these buds swell up 🌱🌱

Esa familia, otra cosecha más, no tan contento esta vez la variedad en si está buena pero su cultivo es algo complicado y no está estabilizada la genética, los días de floración son más de 55 días como dice el banco,más de 3 meses de floración con estos ejemplares... Pero mereció la pena esperar el colocón es bastante fuerte, para mi que , sativa dominante a mi parecer, 24% de thc , cruzada entre cookies x OG Kush , muy productora en general. Así esto es todo , pronto más trabajos, buenos humos familia.

I had a great feeling of accomplishment as I harvested Daphne today. She was the first plant I have brought to life in many years and I was impressed with how the A.B.L.E. Grow Chamber worked. I will let her dry out for a week then I will update more.......It has been a week and I am more than happy with her smoke. VERY SMOOTH no harshness. Great after taste. Even though she was a small plant she still did extremely well in all other factors,: great color, no disease, good tie down technique made for 6 tops with one main one. I will use a single 5 gal bucket for my hydro next grow to see if I get better root growth than with the 6 plant reservoir I used for this operation. The grow chamber allowed me to control the humidity, air temp, pH and PPM with relative ease. I am very happy with my first grow operation with the ABLE Grow Chamber and hope my diary was informative and entertaining for everyone. Main thing i did wrong was my fuck up with keeping the LED too close when she was a seedling. I had it at 10". (it was my 1st time w LEDs.) Secondly, I never got good root growth but not sure why. my theory is that light was seeping through the white plastic cover on the Rainforest 66 reservoir. The best thing I did was controlling all the factors needed to grow with my A.B.L.E Grow Chamber Prototype. It made great use of limited space and saved electricity with its low power usage. Look forward to using it one more time before we make the first salable model. 0

Una semana bastante tranquila. Ni bichos ni carencias preocupantes, todo en orden. Así empezaba la semana si, no se veía nada hasta que ..... Y así se termina con todas mis ilusiones , visto lo visto no me arriesgo a perder mucho más y aun faltándoles bien bien 15-20 dias voy a cortar . Prefiero tricomas cristalinos y poca cantidad a tener que deshacerme de la mitad por la botritis.

Germinated 10/06 Defoliated pretty heavily a few days before the pictures. Have lights cranked up to 8 now. Turned down chiller 2 degrees and humidity down 5%. Changed feeding ratios to 1-1-1 for “Flora Trio”. Quit using Flora Micro and switched to my own blend (see photo). Now using 3 different solutions, Miller Microplex, Calcium / Potassium Nitrate, Ammonium Sulfate. Still same target ppm as FloraMicro, just can’t mix sulfates with Calcium Nitrate so I dose Ammonium Sulfate into my res first and then wait 15 minutes.

Here is week 3 of Flower, This week is all about the last bit of stretch. Nothing has realy happened since I cropped the royal cream....It is just hanging. Decided to do a dry trim so that it takes longer to dry due to the fact I am having to just use my cupboard so the humidity is pretty low. Leaving the leaves on just means It takes longer to dry. I am going to crop the Easy Bud in the next few days when the mood takes me. I had 4 left over R. Cream seeds left over because I informed them that. bought 2x 3 packs and only 2 seeds germinated so they sent me another packet which is REALLY good of them and the sort of thing that means I would definitely use Royal Queen Seeds again, for sure! The trich's are basically all cloudy with a few clear. I cant see any amber but my loupe is a ridiculously cheap Chinese piece of crap. I will invest in a microscope camera so I can hook it up to my phone or MacBook. It is way too hard to keep everything steady In order to see what is popping with my sexy trichomes. Obviously feeding has stopped for about a week now. I forgot to change it In the diary last week so will try and correct that now.. I know it is not strictly relevant but I had to go somewhere earlier and took a video because I was able o walk in the middle of a main road in my town which Is usually packed full of cars, especially at the time I was walking on it. It is a time that makes me even more glad I grow my own. I really need to buy the bigger tent, lights and re-locate to the bigger, more subtle cupboard (not the one i am using to dry my weed in the video I posted) and then I will be able to effectively ScrOG the 2 or 3 plants I have, in order to maximise yield so I can be totally self sufficient with regards to my cannabis medicine. UPDATE - MONDAY I just realised I have made a proper idiots mistake an missed out on some much tastier buds because of it. OK, so I got paid today, so I though I would treat myself to some of them cheap COB chips I used for my last grow because hey were super cheap and actually really effective considering the price. I ordered 2x 100w 6000k veg spectrum chips with a solderless connection for my power. I also ordered one of these heatsink + reflector. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MT824NP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 My thinking was that I have a spare heatsink here that the old citizen CLU-048 is attached to so I was going to fit one of the chips into that and the other into the heatsink and fan I bought. This hought process lead me to go ad retrieve the old citizen LED and I thought I would try it. Still didn't work, then suddenly I thought it could be a simple blown fuse so I changed it aaaannnnd.....still doesn't work. doh! I started to remove the COB holder and COB from the heatsink (it was just glued to it using thermal compound) and when I laid it on the table I decided to test the driver without the COB holder on the tiny off chance it might work...nope I then realised maybe I got the + and - the wrong way round, tried again and boom works perfectly. The connection from the holder to the cob had bent slightly off contact. Really annoying that this whole time I could have doubled my photons to the plant, however, really nice that I don't have to spend a load more money on lighting in order to upgrade into the new room. So all I have to do now is spend money on a pre-drilled heatsink and a new metal COB holder for the citizen.

So the at the start of week 4 the girls have taken a beating from the pesticide that I spray on them, had to take off some dying fan leaves. the one plant is recovering nicely while her sister on the other hands need a close eye. This week the girls will get their first watering with actual noots
