08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

The pictures and video are the start from week 2 flowering, the light is an apollo 10 full spectrum, plants vegged for only 3 weeks. if i veg longer i feel its a waste of time because the buds are very small inside the plants where the light cant reach. purple haze got defoliated during week 2 of flowering (the last 3pictures)

***Attention*** Please note that if you only read my entries at the beginning of each week, I try to post pictures daily, with note updates as well. ******************************************************************************************************* Feb 24, 2018: I've decided to have a positive outlook on this grow, despite all the errors I made, and problems unstable genetics provided me. Though my crop is heavily seeded, the trichome production seems on point, I should end up with some decent smoke. It's a humbling lesson to learn, don't relax your attention at all, these wonderful plants are capable of extraordinary things when improperly motivated. I’m excited to pop some Nirvana seeds in a couple months but until then I’ll try to get the most from this crop. ... Feb 23, 2018: Just another day, might just do straight water feeding the next few in a row since I'm finally seeing some tip burn. Considering I've been going pretty hard with the solution ppm i'm surprised I've not seen burn before, I started in FFOF so soil was hot from the start. ... Feb 22, 2018: Super depressing news folks, it seems my crop seeding is more extensive than previously thought. I am just disappointed in myself for not catching the plant throwing sacks earlier. Even after countless hours researching, it seems that once again I am doomed to learn through experience. hopefully these seeds mature and then finish the buds so I can harvest. I knew the risks of growing bag seed and am not paying for it. Can't wait to start the next round. My next round will be seeds from Nirvana, their AK-48 and Aurora Indica. ... Feb 21, 2018: Did a bit more staking, with that thick canopy of branches was hard to see a few branches drooping. Managed to bend/break a branch with a golf ball sized bud, not sure if the stalk will heal itself this far into flower, but I clothes pinned it straight and will monitor. still seeing lots of clear and no amber, still a ways to go. Tested a lower bud on the plant that got heavily seeded and found the high quick, and just a hair racy but much better than the first tester a couple weeks ago. Only have taken 2 buds for testing 2 weeks apart, being this is my first grow I wanted to experiment and see how the high changes as the flowers mature. ... Feb 20. 2018: Watered with 6.5PH RO water with 2mL/gal Cal-Mag. Nothing much else to comment on, just watching the buds grow. One plant is going to be finishing much earlier than the others, not sure what to do about that since i was plannig on using my grow tent as my drying area. More colas are starting to lean, as of now they are propped up by the canopy, but will probably have to stake a few eventually. Getting a few orange hairs, which i've read can indicate less than 3wks to go, which makes sense as that would be almost 8 weeks flowering. Im not making any decision based on time, as the plant will let me know when it's ready, but knowing when to start my water only feeds is helpful. ... Feb 19, 2018: Alrighty guys, girls, and zimzers we are staring week 12 from seed and we are 32 days since first sign of pistils. I am now feeding full flowering nutrients (Fox Farm Tiger Bloom) and the girls seem to really like it, I've seen no evidence of leaf tip burn, to avoid burn in an all soil grow I'm increasing the nutrient concentration gradually, waiting at least 3-waterings before increasing from last watering. I've only had to stake up 2-3 top cola's, as the plant they are on is in front and doesn't' have as much support from surrounding plants. Although these plants were grown from seeds form the same bud, the different phenotypes are generating vastly different smells. I try to bump and move the plants as little as possible, every time I move anything the air is filled with a musky greasy and sometimes fruity pungent odor! **As a side note, I would like to point out that I have done almost no defoliation, the under canopy you see has developed naturally due to the plants dropping fan leaves as necessary. I have done some pruning of lower flowering branches, but these branches contained no fan leaves, only resource draining under canopy bud sites and branches.**

Let the pictures speak for it, just waiting for chop day.. --------------------- 👇 This week (Day 48 from 12/12) - Watering 1 to 1.5 liters per day. Following the plagron alga grow schedule (Stopped with sugar royal - too much N), along with compost tea weekly (Recipe Week 11). Calmag needed because my water its really soft. - PPFD at canopy height is approximately 800, with VPD around 1.3-1.5 - Leaf Temp ~3°C lower than room - Using 0.75 liters of compost tea per plant for superior bud flavor 👉 See recipe for week 11 👈 - Pulling some leafs here and there - Granndy Candy tolerates the light intensity somewhat better --------------------- Happy growing, and thank you for checking out my report! Your support means a lot to me! 🙏 --------------------- I appreciate every like and comment 👍👊😃

Week 21 - It's a JUNGLE! I'm back and OMG! She's so big! Not only tall.... but... ROUND! I couldnt fit her into a picture, so did a video instead. Wow! She is really something! My Gardena autmatic AI watering system is working wonders. Fed her some nutrients today but I'm not sure I want her to grow more. The colas are taking shape, the buds are beginning to swell. Can't wait to taste these nugs

🌸 Week 6 Flower – The Weight of Beauty The Mango Kush sisters have stepped fully into their bloom rhythm. By this stage, the playful stretch is over — it’s all about bud building, resin production, and flower density. Both phenos are expressing themselves in unique ways, but they share one truth: they’re thriving, heavy, and ready to impress. ⸻ 🌱 The State of the Sisters • Pheno #1 The leader of the pack. Her buds are stacking densely, pistils still vibrant but starting to settle, and trichomes glisten under every angle of light. She’s asking for support now — her flowers are getting heavy and starting to bend the branches. • Pheno #2 She may have started later, but she’s catching up beautifully. Her colas are filling in, and resin production is kicking in strong. She’s a little more delicate, but her structure is holding steady. Educational takeaway: By Week 6, flower weight starts to increase dramatically. Support (stakes, nets, or ties) becomes essential to prevent branches from snapping under the load. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition This week we continued with the bloom-focused recipe, keeping the balance tight and letting the boosters do their work. We also reintroduced Aptus All-in-One Liquid to provide a stable NPK boost after noticing slight deficiencies earlier. Recipe Highlights: • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml/L → Stress resistance & nutrient flow • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L → Calcium & magnesium support for heavy flowers • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L → Balanced NPK for mid-flower demand • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml/L → Pushing flower set further • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L → Enhancing aroma, resin, and resilience • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml/L → Density and trichome support Educational takeaway: Mid-flower is the peak of nutrient demand. The plant is working harder than ever — pushing energy into flower mass and resin production. Balanced feeding here prevents deficiencies while avoiding overfeeding. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Temps: Still running warm at times, peaking above comfort, but airflow and circulation are holding the canopy safe. • Humidity: Fluctuating but managed, keeping VPD in a range where plants can still transpire efficiently. • CO₂: Sitting steady, helping the plants maximize photosynthesis despite the slightly higher heat. Observation: The girls are drinking daily now. With big flowers forming, water demand skyrockets. We water once soil moisture drops around ~20% to keep a steady rhythm. ⸻ 💡 Light Orchestra The Mango Kush beauties continue under their four-light ensemble: • ThinkGrow Model One → canopy penetration • ThinkGrow ICL-300s → filling mid-canopy shadows • Future of Grow Black Series 600W → strong balanced spectrum • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro → evening the footprint The synergy here ensures every bud site, top to bottom, is touched by clean, even light. This is why we’re seeing full, consistent flower formation across the plants. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not) ✅ Expect in Week 6–7: • Buds gaining weight daily • Trichome density increasing fast — the “frosty” look appearing • Aroma starting to thicken noticeably in the grow room • Support systems becoming necessary to hold the branches ❌ Don’t Expect Yet: • Full aroma profile (still maturing) • Final color changes (anthocyanins & fade come later) • Harvest cues (pistils and trichomes are still developing) Educational takeaway: Week 6 is “mid-bloom maturity” — the girls are past stretch, fully in flower, but not yet in their finishing stage. It’s a moment of steady building. ⸻ 🌿 Closing Notes The Mango Kush sisters are showing their genetics proudly. The Hindu Kush backbone gives strong structure and resilience, while the Mango side whispers hints of fruitiness when brushing past the canopy. This week, their beauty is in their weight and glow — heavy flowers, sticky resin, and the quiet promise of what’s still to come. ⸻ 💚 Grower’s Reflection “This is the week where you realize the reward is real — the buds are heavy, the resin sparkles, and the plants begin to feel like they’re carrying little treasures. Support them, feed them, and above all, enjoy the process. Week 6 Flower is the calm before the storm of ripening.” ⸻ 👉 Thank you for reading, friends. As always, join us on YouTube & Instagram to follow along with the Mango Kush journey, see the video updates, and catch all the behind-the-scenes content. 📌 P.S. Troubleshooting Leaf Spots – CalMag & Mid-Flower This week we noticed some spotting on leaves, a classic mid-flower signal that calcium and magnesium demand is peaking. Why now? • Bigger buds = higher demand. As flowers bulk up, the plant moves Ca/Mg rapidly into developing cells. • Warm temps increase transpiration. High heat makes the plant drink more, sometimes pulling nutrients unevenly. • Solution: We adjusted by reintroducing Aptus All-in-One Liquid for extra NPK support and kept CalMag Boost steady to buffer deficiencies. 🌱 Educational takeaway: In mid-flower, even healthy plants can show light spotting. The key is to respond early with balanced feeding rather than panic or heavy overdoses. 🔮 Looking Ahead – Week 7 Preview As we move into Week 7 Flower, here’s what to keep an eye on: ✅ Trichome explosion – expect resin glands to multiply, giving that first real frost on sugar leaves. ✅ Aroma awakening – terpenes will become more noticeable; brushing past the canopy will release fruity, kushy hints. ✅ Bud hardening – calyxes swell and flowers get denser; staking/support becomes more urgent. ❌ Don’t expect maturity yet – pistils will still be white, and trichomes mostly clear/cloudy. Harvest signs come later. Educational takeaway: Week 7 is the “icing phase” — the weight is already there, but the sparkle, smell, and stickiness take center stage. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Had knee surgery just trying to get the tent is rough. Gave nice strong feeding of booster concentrat lot of p-k… making a point with adjusting with potassium hydroxide. The potassium should be just the thing I need for these dense buds. Some nice growth happening and these 2 plants look to be rebounding.

Day 85: still flushing her and it starting to show on the leaves. I don’t want them to disappear because I’m going to make hash but I’m still waiting for a plant in the same tent. Have no space for drying so need to cut them all at the same time :/ Day 86: Will cut on Friday! Day 87: switched the lights off until tomorrow. This it the light I’m using for this grow! Mars hydro SP3000 High PPFD at 2.8 umol/j, average yield at 2.5g/w, increasing your yield 50% or more compared with old blurple and HPS lights, 300 watts output. Dimmer knob added, more convenient to adjust the brightness. Up to 30 lights can be daisy-chained and control together on just one light, or just have one lamp in 120x60 tent is perfect for light. https://www.instagram.com/marshydro_aliexpress2/

This week the plant almost doubled in size, i must add that we had very nice weather and stable temperatures, shes getting sunlight from around 7AM to around 15PM-16PM and after that just daylight, i dont think i can harvest before the competition ends so bad luck, but its still great to grow this strain, cant wait to see her full of buds, hopefully they get fatter than my last balcony grow, but of course i had some bad weather with my last balcony grows also this one is in a much bigger pot which i really notice 👌😀 22 august: nothing 23 august: nothing 24 august: water 25 august: nothing 26 august: nothing 27 august: water 28 august: nothing

Harvest day finally came 🌿✂️🎉 — Mephisto’s Grape Wedding Force came down looking gorgeous 💜💎. The colas are dense and frosty ❄️🌸, with that signature grape-candy aroma filling the room 🍇🍬. Trim went smooth ✂️👌 and buds are hanging to dry in perfect conditions 🌡️💨 (around 60°F / 60% RH). Trichomes are glistening ✨ and colors are rich — a perfect finish to the run 🌈🌿. Now entering Week 1 of cure 🌱➡️🍯. Buds are in jars, burping daily

13.4.25: This week has been so busy in the garden! I forgot to take any notes, so I'll see what I can do from memory! 😅 I watered several times this week, and I used Ecothrive Biosys with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. I watered about 2 litres to each plant. Throughout the week, I've been defoliating all the fan leaves 🍃 The trichomes are looking all milky to me. I stopped watering a couple of days ago, and the pots are totally dry. 14.4.25: Today is Harvest Day! I finally put together my clothes rail, which I'm using to hang my plants on. I purchased a hanging mosquito net for a bed from Amazon. It's black, which will hopefully block out what little light there is in my drying room. Also, to prevent debris from sticking to the buds whilst drying. It hangs from the ceiling so it will just hang over the clothes rail. Additionally, the net will allow good airflow. I put a bit of thought into this method, so I look forward to seeing it in action! 😅 So let's wait a while and find out how much we yielded here! The final dry weight was 3.26 0z. It tastes like herbs, slightly peppery, and smells quite earthy with a hint of pine. Effects are calming, relaxing and melts away stress. It's quite strong stuff. 😃💚✌️🌱👌

- Day 22 Renewed all the water in the bucket today as we head into week 4 already. Gave everything a good cleanse with some hydrogen peroxide as well, got to keep those pathogens out! Seems like she's reacting well to me removing the 4 fan leaves yesterday as well. Day 23 Upped the PPFD to 400 today. pH was at 6.3 to got it back down to 5.8. Also seeing the first white pistils on the nodes of the stems now, so we're in pre flowering now! Day 24 The upper fan leaves had a big growth spurt the past 2 days and were completely covering the lower nodes, so I chopped them off, also removed the lowest nodes of fan leaves to redirect energy to the new growth. pH was up to 6.1 today, will wait till tomorrow to ph down again. Day 25 Yesterday I lowered the water a bit so that there is more space between the net pot and the surface of the water, I think I kept the gap a bit to small so the roots couldn't breathe enough, and today the leaves are finally a lot less droopy. I did also raise the light distance a bit but kept the same 400 PPFD. pH'd down to 5.8 again as well, even though it was still at 6.1 and added an 8ml of hydrogen peroxide dose. Day 26 Removed the new set of fan leaves again, they keep growing so fast Day 27 Stretch has definitely begun now. The side branches are starting to catch up with that main branch now as well. Trying to keep those lower nodes getting some direct light by trimming and tucking wherever possible.

#1 is really bringing in the purple tones now, the smell is unbelievable, very strong and potent. They are all getting really nice orange hairs that contrast well with the light green crystal coated buds.
