Little bit of work this week but mostly an easy week watching the ladies grow and adjust to their new homes. On day 22 from Seed repotted the girls to their 2 gallon homes. I like to go from cups to 2 gal for veg then up to 5 gal for flower. Roots looked good and healthy already filling the cups well. Probably why they were needing water almost daily before transplant! Did the usual amendments (all purpose, basalt Rock, dia earth, and dynomyco) and living 50/50 new soil and reused soil from last grow. They all seemed to take it well, sad for a few days but I think I gave a bit too much water when transplanted. Now they're perking back up nicely. Late week did a Diatomaceous Earth treatment on top to keep bugs away. Will get the food out of tent this week and will be no more worries after that. Hello Diary. The first week of flowering on my little farm is over, so I started photographing the plants in more detail and I will now start photographing on a black background as well now that they are much more interesting and beautiful. 😍 I changed the light regime in the Box, now the plants have 4 hours of darkness and 20 hours of light. As you can see in the photos, Fat Banana grew 72cm in the first 30 days which I would say is the average for Automatic on my Farm. Compared to Haze Berry it is slightly lower, but considering the strain, it was also to be expected. We’ll see how much more it will grow, I hope it stays lower than 100cm. 😏 My plan is to do defoliation in a day or two. Watering has become quite difficult due to the amount of leaves and branches but I think it will come in handy to aerate them anyway. The flowers develop nicely and there are many of them, Fat Banana is not somehow symmetrical, the branches developed differently, so it looks a little strange, but I really like it because of its naturalness. I still add BioBizz as scheduled for the current week and add CalMag but only preventively in a smaller dose. Watering is on average every two to three days. Another Haze Berry who keep her company on the Farm, I put in the middle and put a pot underneath to bring it closer to the light. It is now a real little jungle on the Farm so defoliation is a must. I am satisfied with how the plants are developing, they have good conditions and I think they are enjoying my "Little Farm". 😎 Let’s take a look at what happened this week. 17/10/2020 - Day 23. Watering and changing the light. I added BioBizz according to the schedule for the first week of flowering, I replaced Fish-Mix with Bio-Grow. I still add 1.5 ml / lit of CalMag for prevention. p.H. I dropped to 6.6 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. After watering I changed the light mode to 20/4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 41% humidity. 20/10/2020 - Day 26. Watering. Same procedure as three days ago. p.H - 6.5 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.2 degrees and 43% humidity. 22/10/2020 - Day 28. Photographing and measuring plant height. Since the beginning of flowering, the motives for photography have doubled , so the number of photos has increased. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 45% humidity. Fat Banana Auto - Day 28. - 72 cm This is it for the first week of flowering, now I still have to do defoliation and then with pleasure follow the development of flowers. See you soon. 🙌

Week 14 - July 30 Last vegetation weeks. On 4 plants: 2 healthy / 2 injured. Royal Moby and GMOxZombieK were seriously contaminated with aphids. To stop the propagation I did many washes with black soap and neem oil but may be I treated at the wrong time: morning, even soon; is too late by a hot sunny summer day. I think the 2 plants are suffering from sunburn… and they still have aphids… I stopped soap treatments and try another recipe which seems working very good against aphids and revitalizing all plants: spraying Garlic + Laurel -I cooked separately during 1h garlic (5 cloves) and Lauren leaves (12) in approximately 1L of water -filtered the preparations and wait 4 days -for 1L of water to spray: 15cl garlic mixture + 5 cl laurel BEWARE: checking Ph… last year I burned plants with garlic + chili mixture: it was catastrophic. Brake Pad Breath and Flash Back are beautiful and healthy. Aphids aren’t interested by this 2 plants. I did preventive treatments Neem oil and soap but not so much. Good reaction to the Garlic+Laurel. Plants are bushy, densely ramified. Deep green color, the female sexual signs are visible. Ready for flowering. Watering with a little bit of nutrients 1.5L/plants each 2 or 3 days Defoliation Now I quit the “garden” for 7 days…traveling to Amsterdam (NL) and Prague (CZ) for holidays. I installed automatic watering systems (Blumat) and sticky traps, locked the veranda, programmed the Ventilation and crossed fingers. I’m not afraid about heat or dry…. More about pests and diseases….and rubbery too cause I have 6 auto flowering quasi ready. I’m writing this in Prague, returning in my country to the west side in 2 days. After smoking lot of joints in Amsterdam (3 days) Amnesia haze Tangerine dream Kush Mints Super Lemon Haze Dynamite cookie Intergalactic toad Super Silver Haze In Prague Weed (THC) is prohibited. But I discovered that you can buy pre roll joints (100% pure hemp-Thc-sativa, hybrid etc…) in strange gifts shops for 6€. It’s really not the best weed but it’s Strong and easygoing.

Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. This girl has had a great week. She has put on some good leaf growth, and has rebounded from the light stress. I had been doing bending her top over to expose the lower branches, no ties just repeating the process. She got transplanted near the end of the week into a 2 gallon pot, and got her first real dose of nutrients. RH has been steady at about 65% and temps are consistent at 78-79 degrees. The 2x4 tent is super easy to manage with the AC in-line fan/controller and a small 250 watt heater outside the tent at the fresh air draw. 😊 I think my plan for this one is to veg it out long enough, to do a single plant SCROG in my 2x4 tent. Soooo im out of base nutes so the girls start to develope some nute deficiency but a package from Advanced is on the way to give them everything they need! Already getting fatter and fatter im really really hyped for the outcome of this run.

What a week this was!! All sorts of curve balls... Correcting the overfeed... temp and humidity issues... a couple nanners...throw in a power outage today... It seems like I'm going to check all the "don't do" boxes before the end of the grow... haha!! Well, the plants are definitely telling me they are finishing up! The buds are tightening up and the fan leaves are shrinking in size... I definitely stunted these 2 plants with all I've put them through... I'm hoping they will still reward my efforts!! It's certainly not from lack of effort... I'll be watching the buds really closely from here on out... for amber trichomes and more potential nanners... Cheers to hopefully and successfully crossing the finish line!! Also, only a couple videos... not much for visually "exciting action" with fattening buds... only the hope for the harvest to come!

Noticed some slight Nitrogen deficiency so I removed 20l of the tank and added 20l with Yara Kristalon Blue 19-6-20 + Calcinit A+B and it seemed to do the trick. Went low on ORP this week. Saw slight tip burn so I'll lower EC next week seems that ~2000 is the sweet spot. Did some defoliation as usual whenever needed, never noticed any stunting in any timelapse, also did a little lolipoping. This one is going to be a big one for sure, really happy. Igual que sus otras hermanas sativas .esta belleza ha estado muy bien estimulada , creciendo rápido llegando a unos 15cm ..a su día 20 , hice corte apical , y hoy se veía bastante sanita y sin reacción de stress...que lindas sativas. Nunca había tenía esta alegría ...de todas maneras La lemon Shining silver haze , tiene una hoja que luce "híbrida".... Las amo a todas !
