Hello everyone, I've had a busy week, so this is what I have for you guys See y'all next week 🤘🤘

2024 run. First seed I've found IN an 8th bought from my local Lume dispensary -- I've never found 1 seed in all the years I've been a customer. So I'm calling it the fat girl, (this seed was 3x larger than any other seed in my collection. I'm guessing it's a Fem seed.. as I said I've never gotten a seed in the years of going to this dispensary.

Week 1 (23-29/01) During this week I will feed the plants with tap water and only 2 ml of Bio-Grow. I will also dimmer the light down to 30% because, being it at 20cm from the plants, I want to avoid burning them. The fan will be on 4 hours/day. By means of the inkbird thermostat I will control the heating/cooling system. Inkbird parameters will be: 23.5°C with -3°C for heating and +2°C for cooling. 23/01 D1: preparing the pots. A layer of gravel surronded by light-mix by BioBizz. Planted the three sprouts. 24/01 D2: added a support to each plant to avoid the fall due to the weight. Provided a glass of fresh water (25cl) to each of them. 25/01 D3: - 26/01 D4: watering day. Added 2ml of Bio-grow to 1.2l of tap water (approximately 40cl of water each plant). 27/01D5: - 28/01D6: watering day. Approximately 50cl of tap water to each plant. Powered on the fan. 29/01D7: -

7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! I am not that versed in checking preflowers, though I know the difference for sure once flowering starts, but it appears both of these may be ladies! 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. Also, as shown in the pictures, and while still under 18/6 light, DC#2 has developed balls, and is definitely a male. I have been contemplating growing any males out for pollen, but that just might be further down the road for me. He will likely get the plug soon. On the plus side, DC#1 definitely has hairs!

During the initial two weeks of growth, Bad Guy by UKHTA Genetics encountered suboptimal conditions marked by low humidity. This environment took a toll, causing some leaves to exhibit signs of dehydration, notably curling and drying at the edges and base. Despite these challenges, the strain showcased its resilience, pushing forward with steady growth. Regular monitoring and adjustments are crucial to ensure Bad Guy's health and maximize its potential as it navigates these less-than-ideal conditions.

(11/18-11/24) ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Week 2 Notes & Observations: As mentioned last week, Plant 1 really liked the nute feed and gave excellent growth surpassing plant 2 in height. However plant 2 is actually ahead of plant one by number of nodes even if she's shorter overall. And since I topped this week, that became important. I topped plant 1 at the third node of 5 and plant 2 at the 4th node of 6. I also cleared all other leaves and growth tips leaving only 2 fan leaves and the growth tips under the topping nodes. Hope to see a full recovery in 5 to 7 days when, if all is still good, I plan to top again on each side to set my mainline base. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 75- 78F daytime and 68-70F overnight. Lights should adjusted to provide 350max, but will try to hold the 300 setting as long as I can this week. Meaning slight increase over last week other than growth. Feed & Monitor: Day 22 (last feed was day 16) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 13oz and P2 was 14lbs 15oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of purified water with 150ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 150ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.05ph to combat the higher runoff ph from the last feed. After feed P1 weighed 21lbs 2oz (21even after last feed) and P2 weighed 20lbs 14oz (21lbs 5oz after last feed). I got about 9 cups of runoff on P1 and 7 cups on P2. Runoff for P1 ph was 6.45 with 980ppm and P2 was 6.45 with 1130ppm. Top soil tested at: P1 (6.51,6.48,6.43,6.57) avg 6.497 and P2 (6.41,6.39,6.57,6.47) avg 6.46 - next feed will be 6.1ph, Im liking where the ph is so I dont see any issues, but will continue this course for a bit longer. Update time. (1 day early) During week 8 Watered once with compost tea (Worm castings and unsulfured molasses) Light defoliation every few days on bottom leaves/popcorn buds Noticed some of the girls fan leaves are darker than others. These autos are very sensitive to nutes/light/watering. **Promoted to Apprentice Grower. Thanks!! :D Plan for week 9 Planning on adding phosphate/potassium with dry amendments one more time during this week. Nitrogen seems to be showing a bit high in a few of the girls and not in the others. Not sure if its early N toxicity or just the genes of the plants. Feeding each one the same. Watering with regular PH water 6.6-6.8 (checking run off) More minor defoliation as I see fit. Overall really happy still with this grow! I am definitely a "Newbie" when it comes to growing Autos so this is a great learning experience. I have noticed these girls really don't need too heavy of nutrients and are very sensitive plants. So far so good! I think stretch is now over. Flowers are getting bigger. Humidity is a bit high at the moment. Last defo is on schedule for next week!

Not a lot happened last week, just monitoring, feeding, and keeping everything in check while the girls did their thing. I did switch over to my finishing nutrients and have cut out calmag according to feeding chart I have been following. I think we are gettting pretty close to harvest though! The trichomes are starting to get a little milky. I am going to wait until about 30% amber to harvest though. I am getting super excited to finish this one and start my next run! 9/2 - The girls have been doing great and are starting to pack on the size and frost nicely! Nothing to do to them really except monitor and keep checking and making sure everything is running at an optimal level. The closer it gets I start to get a little nervous for the dry. I am prepared and have a plan, just hopefully I can get my dry set up as dialed in as I was able to get my grow tent. I will try to post more updates this week. Last week I had company from out of town, so it was difficult to get around to it. 9/5- Just continuing to monitor and check the trichomes, once about 25-30% turn amber I will be harvesting! They are starting to get pretty cloudy right now. When I did the res change yesterday, I switched to just root drip and full tilt and have started flushing, hopefully not too early, but im following my feeding chart. Primeira semana de planta, por enquanto um broto. Germinei no papel toalha + ziplock, e depois passei para o cultilene. Assim que a raíz cresceu, como mostra no vídeo, passei para o Kokostec. Na primeira rega utilizei ppm 340 e pH 6 e os produtos listados acima. A ideia nesse ciclo é fazer um cultivo em coco, misturando a linha FloraSeries da GH com ferts KNF caseiros. È stata una settimana molto calda e piena di bellissime giornate, il meteo è meraviglioso questo periodo. Le bellissime autofiorenti dutchfemseeds sono tutte vicinissime alla fase finale della fioritura e alcune sono già pronte per essere raccolte ma aspetteremo un altra settimana abbondante prima di raccogliere tutte le infiorescenze mature in maniera graduale. Molto colorate le mimosa Purple Kush e molto resinose, il resto delle varietà ognuna ha il suo aroma speciale ed inconfondibile,tutte molto resinose e piene di infiorescenze molto dure e cariche di resina appiccicosa. Sono felice perché queste varietà come sempre soddisfano a pieno le mie esigenze e sono spettacolari vederle fiorire nel giardino. Alcune sfiorano il metro ed ottanta centimetri di altezza con infiorescenze ovunque. Manca poco! Un abbraccio a tutti.
