Hey all! Reminder: MIDDLE PLANT IS GSC #1. BOTTOM LEFT PLANT IS GSC #2. (Bottom right is mystery seed, two in the back are FastBuds Gelato - which you can't even see anymore haha. This diary is only focusing on the GSC plants). Wow, the growth has been insane. The girls are touching the edges of the tent, and you can almost get lost telling what's what in this sea of green! The bud sites are definitely showing signs of swelling up. Unfortunately I dealt with some nute burn on both plants, more on one than the other, but I flushed them twice with PH'd water and it seemed to have stopped it spreading. Definitely was feeding too much. Stuck to the dosage guidelines but feel I did not give enough plain water in between nute-water feedings (actually none at all until I flushed them). Man. They are huge plants. Underestimated how big these would actually get! I CANNOT WAIT to start seeing fat buds! As I mentioned before, I have been taking a tolerance break for most of this grow and I will continue to do so until harvest (day 25 of the tolerance break today). Fungus gnats coming with the soil might take the chance to come out now for breeding. i'm waiting with a 9 mm rifle. in the past i found 6 gnats in 2 of 8 x 50 l biobizz lightmix bags coming out of the soil. i could eliminate every single gnat successfully ;) rotating harvest: the little ones will be harvested completely when ready. at this point only the top branches of the big ones will be cut...and the new (basic-watered) pots of the new grow will move into the tent. 2-3 weeks later the secod half of the big ones will be cut and the second half of the new grow will move in... nutes: biobizz / soil: biobizz lightmix bloom,grow,topmax,activera,algamic + aminopower instead of bio heaven (too expensive) individual feeding schedule/once a week: veg: 200 - 600 ppm bloom: 600 - 900 ppm water: ro-water with: veg: 100-150 ppm calmag bloom: 150 ppm calmag

Almost ready but I am an bro since guy

The ladies weren't very thirst this week. They got 1 gallon of nutrients each on Sun., 12/29, Wed., 1/1, and Sat., 1/4. Minimal fan leaf clearing throughout the week. Since the stretch is definitely over, on Wed., I lowered the light to 25 inches from the top of the Kush. It's coming down to the final 2-3 weeks. Time to start getting excited ...I'm also trying to decide if I am going to try and dry them in my basement so I can start on my next grow sooner. Decisions decisions. hahaha Enjoy the videos. I’m quite a novice when it comes to growing auto’s but I thought I’d give it a try after seeing the huge colas some people are producing online. To be honest I’ve never really been too scientific either about growing a bit of bud in the past. just recently I have been trying to research in order to gaining more knowledgeable information on how to grow big fat buds. After reading many reviews I decided to give the Hulkberry a try. Week1: 3rd Nov :Germinate seed sandwiched between cotton pads left on a warm surface. 5th Nov : successful germination. Showing a lovely thick root. Planted in a small pot of normal soil. 7th Nov : She’s popping out the soil. In between the Cotyledons she’s Displaying her first set of true leaves already. 8th Nov : she’s looking beautiful, standing to attention. I placed her on the kitchen window sill to enjoy the morning sunshine. 1.5 cm tall 9th Nov : looking great, placed back on a warm surface. I need to get my tent set up lively at this point. 10th Nov : Got the tent set up. I had a bit of a crazy moment and wanted to experiment a little even with the minimal knowledge I have about it. I used a bit of fresh normal compost, a bit of old used compost, a small amount of worm castings, some chopped up vegetables and around 5/10 red tiger worms from my wormery. I kinda hope everything will be ok

The NYC Diesel is growing well! A slight skunky smell is already developing around the plant, so I expect she is going to get quite pungent as she develops. Recovery after the FIM seems fine to my inexperienced eyes, and I will be starting LST with lawn staples/plant stakes later in the week. She has been growing low and bushy which is good for my space, and I expect her to explode with growth over the next few weeks. Now that she is growing quickly, I am going to slowly increase the megacrop and cal/mag accordingly. I don't want to overdo it, but I want the feeding well dialed in for when flowering begins.

So its come to the end of the first week and the little ones are doing great. At the start of the new week they will get their first watering and we will start a consistent schedule.

Day 65 - Checked PPM 575. Day 66 - Checked PPM 570. Some white hairs are turning amber. Day 67 - Water isnt as low as normal. Gonna ease up on nutes. Added 20 mL of Overdrive. PPM is 667. Day 69 - Checked PPM 522. Added 10 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 10 mL of each additive. PPM is 1,560. Day 72 - Checked PPM 1,590. Diluted with RO water. PPM is 610. Just starting to smell the bud but its faint. Day 75 - Checked PPM 560.

Super impressed with the resilience, the yield, and the smoke from this strain. Finished earlier than expected, yielded more than expected and hits harder than expected. Surprised and delighted. Thanks for this Dutch Passion. This was my lockdown harvest and I couldn't be more stoked!

Week 9: Late Flowering and Ripening Signs of Maturity As we enter week 9, the plants are well into the late flowering stage, with the buds ripening beautifully. The trichomes are becoming more prominent, and there's a noticeable increase in resin production. The aromas are intensifying, making the garden a fragrant delight. The plants are showing clear signs of maturity, indicating that harvest time is approaching. Nutrient and Watering Adjustments To accelerate the ripening process and boost bud production, I'm using FinalPart by Terra Aquatica for Banana Purple Punch and Blue Dream. As from T.A recommended I use it alone with no other nutrients combined. I use it at full dosage but I hope I don't burn them in the end. No risk no fun. However, for Tangie and Gorilla Cookies, I have not changed the nutrient composition, as these plants will likely need another three /four weeks to fully mature. The watering schedule remains consistent, ensuring the plants are hydrated but not overwatered, which is crucial during this delicate phase. Pest Management and Plant Health To combat thrips, I've placed yellow and blue sticky traps around the plants. Fortunately, there have been no further signs of aphid infestation. The plants appear healthy and vigorous, showing no additional pest issues. Individual Plant Observations Blue Dream: Some pistils are starting to change color, and the main bud is becoming denser. The fan leaves are also transitioning from green to yellow, indicating that the plant is drawing nutrients from them. The trichomes are becoming more cloudy. Banana Purple Punch: The plant is experiencing slower growth, with minimal bud expansion. The pistils are changing color, and the buds are developing a beautiful purple hue. The fan leaves are turning yellow as the plant draws nitrogen from them. I’m hoping FinalPart will stimulate a final boost in bud production. Gorilla Cookies: Bud development is also progressing slowly. However, all the large leaves are still green, so I’ll hold off on FinalPart until at least next week. My goal here is to maximize yield. The resin production and aroma are intensifying daily. Tangie: Still in a growth phase, Tangie is a real eye-catcher. While the bud production is underway, the plant may need at least three, possibly even four more weeks to reach full maturity. The resin production and aroma are not yet as advanced as with the other plants, but Tangie looks very vibrant and healthy. Seeking Final Tips and Harvest Advice As we approach the final stages, any tips or advice on maximizing flavor, potency, or overall plant health would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to gear up for the most exciting part of the grow cycle—harvest! Update 27.07: Today, I decided to switch my Gorilla Cookies plant to FinalPart as well. This should give her a boost in trichome production and aroma, and hopefully enhance the flavor too. Tangie is the only plant still on regular bloom nutrients, as she clearly needs another three, maybe even four weeks to fully ripen. Judging by her current growth, she seems poised to yield the most by far.

En esta semana ya empezamos a "lavar raíces", dejamos de nutrir a la planta. Le doy un riego con Enzymas, para que éstas descompongan lo que quede de nutrientes en el sustrato, y otro riego con solo agua. Destacar que ha descendido algo la temperatura, y que el agua de riego también es ahora más fría.

Se realizó una defoliación en la parte más baja y en las 2 hojas más grandes de la parte superior para que pudiera entrar de mejor manera la luz a los brotes más pequeños.
