~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2202 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Gorilla Cookies is doing great. 6 days into flowering. She is growing fast. I increased light from 30 to 60 percent at switch. The G3000 is doing good. Some good stretching should start up soon. Tag 50: Gegossen 15% Topfvolumen, Wasser PH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag + 1g/L Green House Feeding Bio Enhancer = 2..7L NL pro Topf, anschließend noch einige Blätter entfernt. Tag 51: Nur ein paar Triebe und große Blätter runter gebogen. Der Duft wird intensiver und die Pflanzen haben ordentlich Wachstum was Größe und Blattmasse angeht. Gestern habe ich 2 Cannatrol bestellt ich hoffe die kommen bis zur Ernte an. Tag 52: Gegossen heute aus Zeitmangel nur 1,7L NL pro Topf, Wasser PH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. Tag 53: Heute alle Pflanzen in ruhe gelassen. Tag 54: Gegossen wieder nur 1,7L NL pro Topf, Wasser PH6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. Tag 55: Es kam heute ein neues Flexi Tray von Nutriculture an 1.50m x 1.50m damit konnte ich mein zu kleines Tray ersetzen und alle Pflanzen haben wieder genug platz. Tag 56: Blütetag 20, alle Pflanzen haben heute ihr Lollipopping bekommen und wurden zusätzlich im oberen Teil ein wenig entlaubt, dazu habe ich noch einige LST Drähte umgesetzt. Anschließend wurden alle Töpfe mit 1.7L NL gegossen, Wasser PH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. Eine ganz gute Woche das einzige was ich nicht komplett weg kriege ist der meiner Meinung nach durchgehend vorhandene CalMag Mangel, vllt liegt es auch an der BioBizz Erde beim nächsten Run werde ich definitiv eine andere benutzen.

Harvest about a week early to not get any amber thricomes. The buds look amazing so sugary don’t want them to become amber. Will press like 70-80% into rosin. So don’t want no ambers’s. Otherwise this strain was amazing to grow! It was super stable all the time and produced some Sick buds for me! This shit smells like gods v*gina!

LST, HST and defoliated second time, Fimmed main 1x, fimmed all tops 14 days later, fimmed all resulting tops 3 weeks later. well over 100 tops and counting, removed all tiny branches off the mains. pre loli.. lol Ill let em up in a few days. should be well beyond the 20" circumference of the 20 gal pots. Gonn a flower 2 in the space , and 2 in my newly acquired 48x48x80 tent. Shopping a few Flowering beasts to put in for the next phase. Grow has been going well! Tryna grow those roots and spread out the canopy. Have been doing a lot of hard LST, even to the point where I’ve accidentally topped a few. Soil grows are looking great. Very low maintenance.

Forbidden Runtz is being harvested to make room for another strain. Sour Stomper has one more week then making room for another strain. I didn't supply the enough nutrients and became evident the last few weeks. I made many mistakes that I hope to dial in next run. The whole experience for a first time indoor autoflower was fun and low maintenance. I look forward to the dry product and will update as soon as is happens.

She is in week 1 flowering and well everything is going fine I start to give her some Alga Bloom. I still see that she needs allot of Nitrogen. Next week I will be giving hersome Alga Grow for extra Nitrogen. The Scrog is going really good she is getting nice and full. Over weeks she will start so show small buds woohoo.😍

So langsam fangen beide Phenos an zu riechen. Pheno#1, die etwas größere Pflanze mit kleineren Buds, riecht leicht nach dem typischen Runtz Geruch und etwas doller als Pheno#2 mit sehr großen Buds. Beide Pflanzen sind schon gut frosty.

Week 4 of veg, lst done on them before flipping to flower

End of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. 1-2 weeks left before I chop these girls down. All my girls are loving the new light and so am I! Highly recommend. Only things to report on is, I’m still flushing, my buds are getting denser, and also they’re starting to turn purple! This is my first plant to actually turn purple and I grew a plant just before these two that’s were supposed to be purple, but never did change colors. Fun fact: my favorite bud to smoke all time is purp diesel, so this is great for myself! Well, see you guys on the next update. Happy Growing! ✌️🏾

Day 29 Flower. The plant colors look real good. The heater has caused the plants to respond well. And the hydration of water is also a big factor. With the Gaia Green added a few days ago and the light now pushing 820ppfd from center we are in full bloom on the 1st plant and the other 2 are right behind by a week only. Day 33 on Plant 1 and the others appear 5-7 days behind each other. With plant 3 about 11-14 days behind Plant 1. So I am watering more this 2nd grow being aware when the plant is pulling the most water. Today it was about 1600ml. The patient 1 flower is bringing in a organge color. It’s a bummer I haven’t seen much of any purpling. Day 34 Flower, ph 6.5, 1000ml, the sugar leaves might be turning purple outside in. The other plant has a few yellowing leaves towards the lower section of the plant. Plant 3 is following right behind.

What's good growmies! This plant REEKS Even with the air being vented outside trough a carbon filter, the room still has a weak "eau de Stracciatella" I don't have the vocabulary or nose to place the scents like some growers can, all I know is, its f-ing loud and she's only mid flower, I *cannot* wait to smell this baby when she is cured. I'm following Plagron's Feeding Shedule, I posted it a few weeks back, I dropped all organic additives, however, so no Sugar royal, no Pure Zym and sure as f no Power Roots, even though I contacted Plagron and have been told these additives work wonders in Hydro, I just can't, it makes the water black, gunk collects around my roots and pumps, if anyone has any advice or insight as to what I'm doing wrong, please let me know, But my gut is telling me I do not have the money or equipment for Organics, the fact that I'm expected to replace 50 liters of reservoir every 48 hours in and of itself is a massive deterrent. that rant aside, Green Sensation is obviously doing work, however, I noticed my EC rising all the way up to *2.4* this week! which is absolutely no bueno, a couple of fan leaves started showing some burnt tips, Luckily its DWC and a quick adjustment with a few liters of plain Ph'd water immediately stopped that. Why was my EC rising? well the logical answer is Overfeeding! plant is not taking all the food I'm giving her so as the water gets taken up, the nutrients become more concentrated, so to fix that I'm halving my Green sensation dose, DWC kicks ass when it comes to this, there is little guessing, and a lot is measured. and as we all know, what gets measured gets managed. This Diary is on cruise control, I don't think aside from watching those nuggies fatten up, there will be much change in this garden from here on out. I'm starting another Diary soon, Zamnesia send me some Runtz to grow and show the world, which is great because I was planning to grow some legendary Runtz anyway! 😉 got a closet I'll be turning into a Autoflower/Veg tent, get some babies started in there using kratky, then once the time for flower comes, drop em into RDWC Thanks for stopping by this week and observing my baby's development, she's quite a slow finisher, but I'm growing fond of her.
