Alaskan Ice

Created from a cross of White Widow and Haze, Alaskan Ice is a stunning sativa-dominant hybrid. This cultivar with a classic lineage has exceptionally high THC levels that can reach up to 34%. It’s widely known as being one of the best strains for making hash. The effects are powerful and long-lasting, starting with an uplifted euphoria that becomes a happy and social head high. The body high that follows is buzzy but soothing, keeping you motivated and clear-headed while easing physical tension. Its flavor profile is rich and earthy, with woody pine and kush overtones followed by sweet and spicy undertones on the exhale. When it comes to medical effects, this potent strain is ideal for consumers with fatigue, stress, depression, headaches, inflammation, muscle spasms, and chronic pain. As far as cultivation, it’s an easy strain to grow. That said, 3-5% of plants contain a genetic anomaly that causes slow flowering and almost no bud development. It was discontinued by Green House Seeds for 2 years, but because of grower and hash maker demand it’s been reintroduced. Yields are high, producing up to 800g/m2 indoors and 1000g/plant outdoors.
