Cloud 9 drifts in from Amsterdam’s connoisseur scene, a collaboration between Dampkring Seed Bank and Kiwiseeds that set out to refine an elite NYC Diesel cut by crossing it with Kiwiseeds’ Milky Way. The result is a mostly‑indica hybrid (about 70/30) with compact, bushy plants and thick lateral branching; indoors it typically stays around 50–100 cm and flowers in 60–70 days. Resin‑caked colas release a layered bouquet where bright citrus and rose mingle with clean pine, underscored by classic diesel. Expect high yields for the size — roughly 400–500 g/m² — and a structure that holds dense buds well when pruned and light‑trained. Limonene leads the terpene profile, with supporting myrcene, caryophyllene and pinene. Potency lands in the mid‑to‑high teens for THC with low CBD (<1%), delivering an uplifting, happy onset that often turns giggly before settling into a calm, relaxed finish. In 2008 this cultivar collected two podiums — 3rd at the Highlife Cup (Bio) and 3rd at the Spannabis Champions Cup (Hydro) — cementing its reputation for flavor and performance.
