Ice Cream Cake

Dense, closed structure. Hairy. Green dominant, very sticky to the touch, still carrying a bit of moisture, but already announcing itself before you even break it open. Pungent sweet at rest. Dry aroma: sweet, gas with cream up front. Underneath there is sulfur and skunk. Intensity of smell 9 out of 10. Complex but not scattered. Ground, it shifts. The skunk and gas take over, what was compact opens up into something more direct. Same profile, just louder. Lit, the skunk holds. Flavor goes sweet with an unexpected menthol note, arriving only with heat. Dense smoke, full-bodied, not harsh. Goes down clean. The onset is fast. Hits the forehead first with subtle pressure around the eyes, cerebral before anything else. Then the body settles in quietly underneath. Deep and comfortable, awake anf functional, but in a weird way. The kind of high that keeps you present without letting you be particularly useful. I think it would not be a daily smoke, but rather a special one. Special thanks to Growbude (Berlin) for the genetics recommendations.

Great strain, highly vigorous, great internode spacing and lateral branching. Day 70 harvest, could probably have chopped her a little earlier. Terps came out creamy, cakey, hint of citrus and caramel. Solid harvest from her, over 4oz for her and just under 8oz out of a 2x3 was solid results for the free cuts. Ice Cream Cake is a great smoke, needs to cure but the smell off her is killer. High is heavy indica, smoke is just ultra smooth and creamy. Buds are dense and purple, just caked.

This is a banger. Very nice and good looking plant. Big and dense buds all over. Heavy yielder for sure. Creamy vanilla notes. Very strong effects. One of the best so far ... 9/10 rating

Süsslich und etwas erdiges im Geschmack. Aber das süßliche überwiegt. Es hat auch ein Hauch von Vanilletönen. Es beruhigt dich und lässt dich gut Entspannen. Es lässt dich einfach Glücklich zurück.

Very fruity, creamy, dessert terps in this one. Not much colour but the terps, high and bud structure make up for it.

This was a very nice plant. It grew abit tall but bushy. It has an awesome smell and taste. The taste is exactly like the smell, it is very sweet and sugary with a slight berry flavor that makes the sweet taste soo much better. And it has piney woody background that doesnt come through as much in the taste. It is more sugary and berry with a spiced peppery flavor. Very strong stuff so I smoke at night and the buzz lasts forever. Highly recommended strain

Two very resistant phenos. Gorgeous fruity terps. One of the biggest yields I ever had. 240 g and 200 g dry from two rockwool cubes.

Two phenos out of two :) Nice plants to work with tho.. will show deficiencies within 24 hours but also bounce back quickly.

The Ice Cream Cake strain is a pretty plant, well finished and well selected. It was my first in Barney, which has motivated me to try the others too!
