Tangerine Dream

The First Seed didn't make it through its shell, and the second one turned out to be some Mutant that was not salvageable. Unlucky me I guess....

Everything went as planned for once. Gots to be happy with the outcome. Total dry bud weight around 115g. Nice smell and texture on the buds. Could easily get that tangerine smell from her. Would definetly grow this strain again. Was pretty easy straight forward grow tbh. Growing in mostly coco (60-40) soil was an experience but I don't see it much benefiting from growing straight soil or coco.

Mandarine. Süßlich etwas zitrone. Es schmeckt nach Mandarine und erinnert auch direkt da dran. Es schmeckt nicht nur so sondern Es riecht auch förmlich nach Mandarine. Es stimmtndich erst Kreativ und geht dann über zu einem entspannten High, was den Hunger ordentlich anregt. Dieses Verlangen lässt dich nicht los und die Heißhunger Phase beginnt

Taste like sweet Orange

Its incredible these seeds made it this far. I really started off rough with a poor setup due to lack of knowledge but somehow the plant turned around and gave me flowers. The trichs were cloudy at time of harvest and it smells incredible. The citrusy of the tangerine is really nice.

Recommend strain, good taste and high. A little hard to grow in not so good conditions.

It was growing as expected then revegged for some reason.

As a brand newbie pretty chuffed with the results. Learned a lot along the way.

I am already growing this variety for the third time and I am convinced once again that this is an excellent variety, despite the fact that you will grow it 3 meters or 30 centimeters. she's pretty damn good.

Update!: After about 2 weeks curing in jars this strain now has a very prominent sour citrus nose, like orange candy. There’s also notes of gas and lemon rinds in one phenotype and tropical fruit & skunk in the other. They’re vaping so good and getting better every day! This strain has an excellent energizing and focusing effect- without any anxiety! It’s like an anxiety-free sativa. Larger doses can be a little sedating and physically relaxing. The orange/citrus terps really shine - it’s like biting into a fresh orange or tangerine every hit/dab. I had two phenotypes, one was a very dense bud structure, and has more of a skunk/gas profile along with the citrus. The other is a more of a typical sativa slightly airy structure, with more citrus-dominated terps but also has a sweetness to it. Both are super delicious! Effects are very chill yet not tiring. Excellent for anyone looking for extra focus, energy and mood lift without the chance of anxiety worsening.

She grew much bigger than expected, had a hard time controlling her height. Very strong genetics, she will grow no matter what was the biggest auto ever grown! She has this very strong orange smell while in flowering, buds had a more sativa structure with lots of sugar leaves between the buds but not too much The smoke is just great, orangy aroma as expected and pretty strong stuff Great to smoke during the day, making joints with this strain is perfect, nice fruity, orange taste Will definitely be growing this strain again and more genetics from Barney's Farm, recommended for all type of growers

The temperature was off so i got some problems in the late flowering, bud were a bit burned off. I will never grow again in summertime

My only second grow and it was awesome. Growth in very humid climate near the sea, also very hot. No mold! Nutrient Burn occurred and wasn't fix with 2 days flash clean -> burned leaves

Only thing I wish for with this strain is that it produced more! The smell after cure is super citrussy and floral and so is the taste. Very "hybrid" feeling, night strain for sure but has some of the sativa heady feeling. My favorite out of the two. Smell and taste are my favorite parts, very fruity and sweet.

Without curing I've had a pretty good brain buzz, not quite couch lock but definitely preps you for an evening in. Active enough to act on any inspiration that comes. Not the most inspiring smoke I've ever had but curing does do wonders. Very sharp acrid citrus smell during drying, all round a smooth smoke and very tasty.

First day try after dry on effects: Positive mindset, taste was super subtle, good smoke. Feeling uplifted! This was a good one, might come back to this strain later.

Well, where do I start with this one. She was the biggest pain in the arse, she came down with tox after def after tox after stall then bang boom bash we got a mini monster on our hands. I'm putting down the fact that I destroyed her nearly by trying her on pre loaded soil and straight onto bloom after her transplant from coco into coco/soil, that was a total disaster btw. She went straight into N tox, nearly, very killed her off. She stalled. I would strongly suggest you read my diary wk 2-5 To see where she stalled and why she did and how I fixed her. 5 nodes in total, not sets 2.5sets. Nodes were 65-70cm long, all buds sat nicely above pot and buds on top were bending over being top heavy. Yes, there was very little stigma at the very ends of the nodes and lowest bud sites but even most of them had gone orange amber pistils, very few white pistils. As for how I increased the Trich, I was able to get the RH right down into the 50(s) and was able to bring her about and she tripled in frost and resin. Nice long cloudy trichomes surround her sugar leafs that will make for great smoke, bubble hash or whatever. She stinks of orange zest with the hint of another citrus fruity scent with a small hint of tangerine in the background. She'll be a weed to cure for sure. I took a 12g wet tester of her 2 wks ago and was lovely and all. But wasn't there yet, as it was a bit harsh. She was still heavily eating so, no more testers I just wanted to see was she a lemon before I turned on my dehuimifier to sort out the RH was around 40-45% for the last 2.5 wks of her grow, through pre flower it was 60+ mid 50-55 would of been nice to get it lower than that as 35-45 is needed from pre-flower right up until harvest. As for drying, I'm doing a little test. Fast dried weed 2 day 55%RH 21-23c VS slow 10-14 day hang dried in 60% RH with a temp ranging from 19-21c. Smoke reports will follow. 289.8+12 Gram Wet of really dank frosted out bud. Around 90+ grams of this will be stalk and fan leafs and that. Dry weight will added of course without fan leafs, stalks/stems. Frosted trim will be added either by weight or bubble hash. Depends how it all dries up in the end. Really happy with how this one turned out, hopefully she'll give back 40g dry or so.

Hermits on the lower branches. I'm pretty sure if you stress these At all they start throwing seeds.
