This is the end of week 1. There was a 2 week germination before this. I just dont it in my veg time. As soon as the first true leaves show is when I started week 1... I transplanted from solo cups to 1gal containers at the beginning of the week. I gave them a weak dose of nutes just to get them started. Ill bump it up next feeding.

I just switched to these new nutes. I was trying to take it easy at first and end up giving a couple of the plants a slight Cal deficiency. Fixed that right up with a good feeding and a strong dose of GH CalMag. Topped at the fourth node. I guess im going to mainline them.

Transferred to 7 gallon pots. I been following the NFTG feed chart exactly. It seems right on the money for how much they can handle right now. Every couple days I foliar feed with pegasus potion then a couple days later I do the same with poseidonzime. They love it and respond well.

At the beginning of the week I noticed just a few curled and burned tips. The rest of the week I only gave them water with cal-mag. I upped the runoff to about 50% instead of the normal 10-20. No more curled/burned tips. I went to a 7 gallon pot a little quicker then I would have liked and I imagine there was a bit of unused nute buildup in the mix. Ill get back to feeding them next week... My mainline is almost done. I got my 8 tips.

I took all the pins off at the beginning of the week. I let them sway in the breeze all week and they took off like wildfire. They got so lush and dense that they were transpiring all over themselves so I gave them a trim and also spread them out a little better. I was very happy and surprised to find trichomes in the crotches near the stem on the older/bigger sun leaves. I got out the jewelers loop and confirmed it. There are some. This is my first run ever using NFTG nutes and these have been 2 of the healthiest plants I have ever had the pleasure to grow.

I added another light. The par is pretty even from side to side and i'm not using anymore watts then I was with 2 lights. I bumped up the nute strength some. The mid veg feeding schedule from the NFTG site is what i'm feeding them at. I normally feed with every watering but tonight I gave them straight water so I could check the runoff. PH'd water went in at 6.3 and came back at 6.2. Runoff ppm's were at 799. Everything is going good, too good. I just need them to get about 3 inches taller before I switch to flowering. I'm just leaving them alone now and hopefully they'll be ready next week for the switch.

This week ended early, halfway through. They're ready to go to 12/12. I gave them a very light defoliation 24 hours before the flip. It didnt bother them one bit. Their last veg feeding was the NTFG feed chart "late vegetation" at 100%. Thats another thing I really like about NFTG feed charts, when it says use this much you use that much. No 30% this week and 45% another. Anyways... I spent an hour today making sure my tent and room around it was light proof. Blackout curtains in room. All vents on tent closed up, all socks double checked, gorilla tape around the edges of the vents, side access zippers, dumbass view window. My intake/outtake fans are being used more now. I finally bought silencers for the inline fans this year. They work awesome. Wish I had known sooner. Anyways... I got in the tent exactly at lights out and checked. Dark as can be. All good. So as of 30 minutes ago veg ended and flowering began. Yes!

Added another light. Using NFTG early flowering feed chart at 100%. I hit em with some bloom khaos foliar spray one day. They are huge. The pictures dont really do em justice. They seem happy as shit. I catch them praying to the lights everyday.

I couldnt help myself and defoliated just a little mid week. I added another light. Nice even (mostly) par from edge to edge. Thats it, i'm all out of sp3000's. While I was watering them this morning I noticed about a half dozen gnats stuck to the sticky pad. About 3 weeks ago I killed one big gnat so I knew this was coming. No biggie. I threw some more pads in there. Start of the new week i'm gonna bump up the nutes to the NTFG mid flower feed chart. They're ready for it

Upped their feeding to the NTFG mid flower feed chart at 100%. They seem to be loving it. Starting to bring up the ph a little. Its starting to get hot outside which is bringing up the daytime temps a little. Intake and exhaust fans are running hard. Added a monkey paw fan to the floor level just to keep things moving. I caught about a dozen gnats in the sticky paper but their numbers seem to be dwindling.

Everything looking good. The feed chart calls for a lot of ML's per gallon. I was a bit worried at first when my ppm was 2000+ but I went with it. They seem to be loving it. Its a lot of work/mixing to feed them at every watering. I mix 5 gallons at a time and end up with about 20% runoff from each plant. The gnats are gone. Not that they were ever a problem. Smell is getting super strong. Lots of trichomes so far. I have 2 UVB lights (california lightworks) that im debating on putting in the tent for the last 2 week.

I burned them. I knew 2000 ppm was too much but I went with the NFTG chart anyways. The different charts worked great at 100% until now. The one in the back took it the worst. The front one only somewhat. I stopped feeding and have just been giving them tap water for the last week which is about 100ppm. They seem stable now, I guess. These fuckers have gotten unruly. They are too big for their own good. I can barely get in there to do anything. When I started these I didnt look too much into the strain. I just figured i'd use up some free seeds and got to it without much of a plan. I was going to use 5 gallon pots but on transplant day I realized I only have 7 gallon pots so I went with it. They are 2 giant bushes for sure. The buds on the back plant are getting massive. I got yoyo's everywhere. They smell great. I took out a couple lights and started to simulate shade. Roughly 4 weeks left, give or take.

Fed them probably for the last time week. After checking trichomes with a jewelers loop i'm guessing about 2 more weeks. Things are looking alright. There is a couple minor issues but i'm so close to harvest that i'm not too concerned. There is a fuck ton of springtails in the pan under the pot, but most seem to agree they dont hurt anything so they can stay. The room with the tent is getting really hot. I manage to keep the tent temp at 82 ish. I'll be waiting till fall for the next run. Im not going to use the UVB's. The yo-yo's are in the way. Not much to do now but give em some straight water and let em be for a few weeks. I really like NFTG nutes but i'm happy I no longer have to make a concoction from like 13 different bottles every other day at sun up

They're ready. I actually cut them down today but thats the next entry. There is alot of buds all over these bushes. My camera doesnt do it all justice. I'm going to get a better one for the next grow. The buds seem very dense.

This grow was good. I didnt really have a plan and after some mainlining I just let em grow wild. They haulked out for sure. I'm glad its over for now. I'm ready for a break. I'm on my 3rd year of growing. Its been an uphill struggle but each run is better then the last. I'm really happy with this one. I want quality or quantity so any tips, advice, or anything I could have done different is really appreciated. Ill be back after atleast 2 weeks of curing to update this better. UPDATE - They've been curing for about 3 weeks now. I reweighed everything again for a total of 616 grams. The smell and taste is nice. I have a hard time describing it. The color of the weed is a nice light green. Its pretty potent. I smoke so much/often that its hard for me to gauge potency but this gets me very stoned. Its a nice change from the LSD-25 I been smoking for the last 5 months.
