She is starting off growing well. Will add photo of plant later. Got a little lanky before going under the light, but she is starting to stand up now. I hope to have a good grower starting and to finish with no major issues.
Growth is still good but she looks a little rough right now because I am transitioning her to bottom feedings. She is big enough to start feeding this way I believe but if growth halts I may top feed once more. Happy with her right now even though her leaves are showing a little stress.
She is still struggling a little bit to get used to the bottom feedings but she is still growing and I think entering her stretch. I completed a defoliation after the pictures so the lower limbs could receive more light as stretch is starting.
I'm seeing the first signs of flower on this gal. Growth has slowed down toward the end of this week. I'm gonna start to increase her feeding strength slowly going into flower.
She is still struggling to start back growing strong after switching to bottom feedings. Maybe this is an issue with autoflowering plants. I'm continuing to feed from the bottom and hoping she is gonna recover.
She is beginning to recover this week I believe. I finally discovered that my fan was not working much and the heat was what stressing my girl so much. Hopefully since this discovery she can bounce back and have a decent harvest.
I have had to go back to feeding from the top for this plant. I'm not sure why but she was slowly dying while I was waiting on her to get to the bottom. This week I'm hitting her with several small full strength waterings from the top and also feeding her from the bottom.
She has bounced back strong now that I have started back feeding from the top. Beginning to see slight signs of nitrogen toxicity in the leaves though. Now that she is pretty and green again I'm gonna start trying to get her to feed from the bottom again. 🤞🤞🤞
This plant is going crazy. Now that she has gotten going she is growing daily. She even seems to be adding new limbs like in veg. I'm just sitting back now and waiting for the finish. Wish I would of got my shit together earlier and I might have a beast on my hands.
She continues to bush out this week. I thought she would be stacking buds by now. My harvest window is looking more like week 16 or 18 at this point. Strong growth from these genetics. Wish I wouldn't have stunted her earlier and she could be finished. Emerald Triangle really delivered on these beans and they have made me a believer.
She has really started to yellow over the last week. I stepped my feeding ppm back up to above 1K from about 800ppm. I hope this is enough for her to stop getting yellow and finish strong.
She isn't improving much but I'm pushing toward harvest. Not sure how I will harvest because the main stem is so far ahead of the side branches. This lady has supplied many firsts for my growing experience. Enjoying the ride ✌️
She is continuing to drop her leaves and develope into a beautiful big girl. Wish I could get her to go back to the pretty green she once was, but I'm losing that battle. I think harvest is still a couple weeks away because her side branches are really just starting to get mature.
She is testing my patience as she takes her time ripening and getting ready for the chop. The side branches are finally getting near and look like they may be ready in a week or two. Can't wait to test this beauty because she has a nice sweet and dank smell. Besides the long wait I'm loving this strain.
She is testing my patience with taking so long. Never had an auto flowering plant that lasted this long. The side branches are catching up and almost ready though. Maybe another week or 2 before the chop.
Today is chop day for this old gal. She has been a joy to watch mature, but also the longest running auto flower I have grown. She smells great and looks like she is loaded. I will be back soon with some bud pics and weights.
This was a very long grow for an auto flowering plant but she finished up with 105g dry after a 10 day dry. These buds vary greatly. Some are large but many of them are small and not as dense. This was overall a pleasure to grow besides the long wait for harvest. I will definitely be popping another bean from Emerald Triangle soon.
Update: I'm only a week into the cure and the test buds have been fantastic. The smell is dank and the flavor is really developing. Very impressed with the quality of these genetics and results this grow.
@SegaYGriega, I do love the Mars light. Thinking about an upgrade to a 200w LED maybe. Can't decide between 2 100w LED panels or 1 larger light with dimming.
@Herbz_Unkraut, I think this happened because I stunted her early on. If I hadn't smoked the leaves already she could of used another week or 2 but the smell and my patience finally gave up on me.
Wow what a beautiful view!
