One seed is being germinated in wet paper towel inside a ziplock bag. It's being kept at 26 degrees C until it germinates. It will germinate in 2 days, and then it'll be another day before it sprouts.
We have life! She germinated well and got a long tap root. After planting she sprouted the next day. All good so far, let's hope it stays like that...
Day 7;
She's been doing well and is growing as expected.
She is the fastest grower of my current 3 coco grows. She looks like she'll grow strong. I removed the shoots from node 1, and she will be ready for a topping very soon.
This sweet lady is doing very well with her growing. She's really strong and has a thicker stem than the other girls in the tent. I have started to defoliate her to give lower bud sites some love. I've only done some hand training without tying her down.
Two days ago at day 25 she started to flower and I have just switched her feeding to some bloom juice.
We've got some crazy grow rate in the tent at the moment. She has grown over 30 cm the last week. She stays happy and I pick loads of leaves - every day.
She keeps on stretching and is now pretty tall. That stretching should soon be over...I hope. She's strong and healthy and grows well. Not much happening other than that I am defoliating her several times a day.
This baby is developing some long nice colas. She's sturdy and I believe she'll get some massive buds. She would like some more space, but it's a couple of weeks before I can remove 2 plants to give the others some leg room.
This girl is building some serious buds already. Her colas are getting very "meaty" - fat and solid. Can't wait to see how these buds will turn out. She's giving off a beautiful smell.
The buds are fattening up and get loaded with trichomes. She's giving off a beautiful smell. I only pick the odd leaf that needs to be picked. I have some feeding issues and the leaves look a bit weird and glossy. Trying to sort that out.
Yesterday I cut her feeding off. I need to harvest soon due to moving houses this month.
She has developed beautiful long colas that smell really good. I'm looking forward to taste her...
She got the dreaded bud rot, only on one bud luckily. I chopped the bad parts off and decided to pull her the next day. I didn't want anymore of that...
She got chopped on day 84. She's sticky and she smells very good. I just have to wait 2-3 weeks for drying...
This baby was awesome to grow. She grew very strongly from germination all throughout the veg. state. She started to flower after 4 weeks and grew tight buds with short internodal distance. She flowered beautifully and stacked on plenty of frosty buds.
I let all my girls suffer from restricted space this round and got less yield than normal. But it was all expected and planned for. 5 plants in a 2 x 4 tent is a bit overcrowded. I initially planned to grow only 3 plants, but I couldn't let my 2 outdoor plants suffer in the bad weather we had, so they all had to share some indoor love.
