The germination process is always exciting. When the taproot sprouts from the seed and the seedling is then placed in the medium. In the first week the seedling gets only clear water. After that we will begin to feed.
Hay together the Bubba Slush have reached the light today. From now on the growth phase hopefully goes steeply uphill. This time I try cultivation with coco and perlite in the mixing ratio 65 to 35%.
In the soil attempts so far I often had the problem of overfertilization which can hopefully be better in the coco get under control. Since you have more control. Good equipment and regular calibration is important to guarantee the accuracy of the measurement results.
In the second week of growth I started feeding a light fertilizer solution. I think you can see how the leaves increase in mass. Hopefully it will be continuous.
At the start of the new week, the little one got a new pot. The roots were already very good to see on the pot bottom. Therefore, I decided to repot. Let's see how it grows in the 3 liter airpot.
Hey Growmies! The new week has started with enormous growth. The topping it also seems to have taken well. I have to water every third day so far. For the three liter air pot I need about 1.6 liters around a rinseout of 300ml. The slight purple coloration of the stems worries me slightly.
Rinse out: EC 1.1 & pH 6.3
At the start of the new week I removed the large foliage leaves and tied the shoots down with hemp rope. This should give all shoots plenty of light. On the last shoot, I broke the opposite shoot when I put the clamp on. Unfortunately, I could not save this absolutely more.
Rinse out: EC 1.1 & pH 6.1
Hello everyone, today I put the ladie in her final pot. The coco perlite mixture I have enriched with dynomyco mycorrhiza(about 50g). As with every repotting. Now the plant is in a 19l pot for about two more weeks of growth. I think after that I will switch to flowering phase.
And like almost every day. Tie down shoots.
Rinse out:
EC 1.9 & pH 6.3(Day 36)
EC 1.4 & pH 6.1(Day 39)
EC 1.4 & pH 6.2(Day 42)
Hello everyone at the beginning of the new week I have cut out some large awnings. To simply bring more light to all shoots. I think this is the last week of growth.
Today is the last day of the growth phase. I am already changing the lamp. The dosage of fertilizer I keep for two weeks before I increase the dosage.
First day of the flowering phase. At the end of the first week I will cut out a few shoots that are in the lower part of the plant. They get no light and will produce accordingly small buds. Then the plant can put all the energy into the upper buds.
Hay growmies at the beginning of the week I have adjusted the fertilizer solution somewhat. I think the shock of defoliation she has coped well. The stretch goes ahead the lamp comes every day a bit higher to keep the distance.
Not much else happened this week. The buds are growing. The first pistils are turning brown. Some of the leaves show slight nutrient deficiencies.
Rinse out: EC 1.5 & pH 6.1
There is not much to say. Not much happened this week. The buds are getting fatter more pistils are turning brown. New ones are sprouting.
Rinse out: EC 1.9 & pH 6.2
The buds are still growing. At a glance, the plant is nicely covered in trichomes. The first ones are turning amber. Some clear ones are still there too.
Day 104: I started rinsing with water today. I think we'll be harvesting in the next few days.
I tried the Bubba Slush for the first time today. It's definitely not something to spend the day working on. Recreational stuff. In terms of taste, I got a gelato-heavy phenotype. The smell and taste are exceptional. The high is long lasting and not the kick to the couch thing. All in all a very good strain.
This time, everything went well with this grow. I don't think it could have gone any better for me. Secondly, it was the first grow in my new growroom. A few small things with the air system still need to be adjusted but then nothing will stand in the way of the next grow.
The bubba slush has grown nicely, tying down the shoots has obviously done the plant good and increased the yield with more shoots. After 2 hours of wettrimming, I hung 430g with stems to dry. Let's see what's left in a few days.
85g without stems. Nice.
