Day 100 - Trichomes still mostly cloudy with little to no amber. Day 101 - Flushed each pot with 1 gallon of water. Still no signs of amber.

Grow Questions

Inside of the canopy is pretty light green. Is this due to light penetration issues? Now that I have defoliated some, will they get darker?

Dark green leaves are not something to be desired, they are a symptom of nitrogen toxicity, meaning too much grow nutes. Light green foliage is much better. Unless of course you mean yellowing leaves. Your pictures look great, don't worry.

A number of lower fan leaves have started to yellow and die on both plants. I have increased FloraMicro dosage but it doesn't seem to have helped. Is this something other than an N deficiency? I think it is too early for the plant to be scavenging resources from the fan leaves.

This is potassium issue that is developing in your leaves. You should increase your bloom nutrient and this should solve your issue. It is highly unlikely that the leaves that are currently affected will recover so the sooner the better. Increase your feeding of bloom nutrients by 1/4 your current recommended dosage as directed on the container label. Attactched is an article for potassium deficiencies: https://www.growweedeasy.com/potassium-deficiency-cannabis

@GreenISR, Ahh those are Fava bean plants. I was growing some other stuff with the cannabis to try to reduce evaporation.

They were more of a pain than anything. They kept growing taller than my plants and reducing light. I had to keep trimming them back.
