These leaves are pretty pale green ... what's missing? CAL/MAG?

Hello. It seems more like phosporus deficiency to me. As I've read lately plants do need phosporus from begining till the end of the life cycle. Cal-Mag or epsom salts are also a must to be sure. I personally use epsom salts. But week one you should't worry, looks like it grows great! Happy grow!

I added a new photo from today - the Blue Dream only, again after one day of watering, looks like it's asking for something more - just can't tell.

I have put a lot of N, I can't believe that is what it needs.

I would worry about the plants that have dark green leaves, not the lighter ones. The front left plant looks like it has Nitrogen toxicity. You are using 3.5 gallon pots with soil, is it a complete / heavy / all mix? or a lighter kind of soil? If it's the first kind, I would stop all feeding 3 gallon of soil should last you for 6 to 8 weeks without feeding (except cal mag if you have soft water). If it is a lit soil I would start a light feeding after 3 or 4 weeks.
Also, do you see those bumpy leaves? that's a sign of overwatering, 1/4 gallon of water per day is too much at this point, maybe try that same amount but every 5 to 7 days and only if you see the soil is dry.
