Well haven't ran a diary in a little bit, been a bit busy to keep track of everything.
Seen so many fast buds stuff on reddit lately so I decided to jump on and try it. Hopefully it goes well.
Here's to hopeful growing this time.
So I'm already super impressed with these. They spent maybe 4 hours in a cup of water and had sunk to the bottom with a tap root sticking out. So I put them in a paper towel in some Tupperware, and maybe 6 hours later they had a tap root about a half inch. So in the soil and the next morning they had sprouted. From seed to seedling in 24 hours is pretty cool. May just be a good seed or I had some luck on my hands but still pretty stoked.
First week went by pretty well. They are growing pretty quick. I figure by the end of the weekend they are going in thier final pots.
:)
Not to bad of a week, put them in thier final home on day 9. They didn't seem to stall so thats cool.
I dunno if it's cause of light distance but the internode spacing is crazy tight right now, it's on like it's 3rd node and only a couple inches tall.
But let's move on to week 3 and maybe start some lst :)
Another great week of growth, they started throwing pistils around day 18 id say and the started to gain some size. I'm guessing the stretch has begun but we shall see.
Did a bit of lst training but am going to have to do more.
Best part is the purple lemonade is starting to show a bit of colour:) I hope it gets super colorful.
Week 4 here we come
So this week started off awesome till today, took a lst clip off the purple lemonaid and the top of the plant snapped off...fuck me.
Other then my fuck up...the lemon pie is looking awesome and the purple lemonaid is starting to show lots of purple. They are slowly stretching but no big jump like I'm use to. Maybe it'll come, maybe they will stay small.
Hopefully me being a clumsy fuck doesn't screw me over and it recovers. Guess I'll find out
Well the purple lemonaid is starting to show more vibrant purple:) it won't be a huge yeild as far as I can tell mainly due to me breaking the main stem off last week. But it did seem to recover quick from that. I tried feeding it finally but even a 1/4 done of nutrients burned it a bit.
The lemon pie on the other hand is starving for nitrogen. It's up to full feeds and still wants more. I'm hoping this ends up with a decent yeild.
Week 6 here we come
I'm super stoked on the colour coming through on the purple lemonaid. That being said it's packing on the weight quite quickly now. She is staying super thirsty and starting to get pretty dense.
The Lemon pie is starving for nitrogen still. I've got up to almost a triple dose on feedings to try to stop the yellowing, I think I've finally slowed it down, but other then that the plant is also starting to fill out.
Overall a good week, starting to smell quite a bit in my tent. Can't wait to see this all done
Another great week, both are starting to pack on some weight. And the tricomes are starting to slowly turn cloudy. Both just trucking along
My room is starting to smell like skunky lemon, when I open the tent it just punches you the face with the scent.
Only a few weeks left :)
The third plant in the one picture is a dark devil auto by sweet seeds
I didn't take many pictures this week as I've been working crazy hours.
But im in the home stretch now,
The purple lemonaid just keeps getting cooler looking
So I was away a few days and came home to find out the old girl cut it down cause she got too excited and wanted to smoke it. I wish I could have grew it longer so it would have got bigger but I definitely will be buying another one
Overall a pretty sweet plant, It smells crazy cool, glad the ol girl let this one go another week cause it packed on some weight. It's airyer then I'd hoped for but could have been me doing something wrong. Will buy again though
