Sleepy Joe @Anesia Seeds

Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are all well and having a good day.. 😁👍 Great 1st week for my "Sleepy Joe" from Anesia Seeds.. Placed the germinated seed into a 50/50% mix of Biobizz Allmix & perlite and placed a dome over the pre-soaked substrate.. Helped her out by removing the shell and she is just starting to get her second set of leaves.. Looking forward to seeing this Indica dominant strain in hydroponics.. Will do my usual technique and take clones after fee weeks growth and set them up for the NFT systems.. 😁👍 Huge amount of thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. This plant will receive around 4wks of veg before i take cuttings from her and clone a few copies for my hydroponics setups.. She's only young and delicate so i haven't gave her any beneficials yet but will give her a microbial tea on next watering.. With a 50/50 mix of soil/perlite she only has about 3litres of soil so decided I'll add biobizz fishmix @21days.. I haven't smoked or grew either Obama or Nova(parentage) so excited about new flavours and learning their grow patterns/traits.. 😁👍 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Still only giving this little girl plain ph'd water every 2-3 days.. Ive been turning the pot 180° every day as she's on the outside of the light and keeps bending over slightly.. This seems to of helped her lower growth push out already!.. I will be growing her up for a couple more weeks then prep her for cloning as usual.. Going through a bit of a rethink for my grows atm but hoping to get back on track asap.. 😁🤞 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Topped her this week and will take cuttings in the next week.. Watering her every 2-3days with plain ph'd water and started giving her a microbial tea today and continue to dose every other Sunday with all other potted plants.. Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are all well and had a good weekend.. 😁👍 Great weeks growth for my "Sleepy Joe" from Anesia Seeds.. Took 2 cuttings yesterday.. Simply snipped off the top 2 branches, scratched off the outer layer bout 1cm from snip and dipped into rooting gel.. Plugged the cutting into small rockwool cubes that have been pre-soaked in ready made solution (list of nutes/volumes in table).. Decided to have single stem clones this run and train them "on the grow".. Will transfer these into 4inch rockwool cubes when roots appear and prep them for hydro in couple of weeks.. 🤞😁 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Mother plant looks lovely and will b passed on to local growmies/growettes as with all mom plants i start.. My two clones are looking very healthy and have rooted up already.. I looked yesterday to check and take weekly pics and noticed they would be ready today.. Not got on it yet but will transplant them into final 4inch rockwool cubes tonight and will keep them growing for a week or 2 before moving into the smaller NFT tent.. Next week i will swap to the heights of clones on diary data(incase of any confusion) as these are the plants which will be documented.. 😁👍 Huge thanks to you all for your kind support, comments, follows and likes.. Both clones have rooted up and been transplanted into 4inch rockwool cubes.. Already showing roots pushing through and both girls getting blocks dipped 2/3rds into premade solution whenever they feel abit light (roughly every 24-36hrs).. Can't wait to see what these girls turn out like and will b placing them in nft hydro system this weekend coming.. 😁👍 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Cleaned up from last grow and reset 40 litre NFT tank up for these beautiful girls.. As usual i have the light on 14hrs each day for 2 weeks then switch to true 12/12.. After 2 days in they look like they have taken without any problems, roots are starting to push into the nutrition flow channels and im just checking pH levels every day and keeping an eye on ppm as it has a tendency to raise when the weather is hot as the girls will naturally want to drink more.. Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are all well and having a nice day.. 😁👍 Great weeks growth for my 2 Sleepy Joe clones from Anesia Seeds.. These girls are really filling out beautifully with huge fan leaves and great internodal spacing so far.. Did a tol up mid week with plain pH'd water as tgey had drank lots but left nutrient (ppm) levels high.. It balances out great like this.. I also received my parcel from GreenBUZZ Liquids the other day and decided to start using on this strain for a pre-test and get a feel on my new full line up of fertilisers, boosters and plant aids which came with all the necessary information on each product, some stickers, baseball cap, rolling papers, lighter.. I wouldn't usually change nutrition mid grow so as these 2 have only been in NFT for a week i will empty res this weekend coming and refill with complete GBLiquids and follow the feed chart provided.. Loving the idea of hydro grown organic cannabis and really excited to see how things turn out.. If things go well i I will definitely continue to use them.. I wont include details in this weeks diary as it only went in yesterday so i try to write up on the week just passed so more info as the weeks grow on.. Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are all well and having a good day.. 😁👍 Exciting week for my 2 "Sleepy Joe" plants from Anesia Seeds.. On Sunday I flipped the light timer onto true 12/12hrs after giving them 14hrs lights on for 1st 14days, I emptied water tank and refilled using "Greenbuzz Liquids" and from their Growing guide schedule (prof' side) i followed the lower volume of Flowering Period "2"(this week she received period "1").. As with all feeding i use the same measuring equipment so u know its all as should be e.g. 10ml from mini jug and 10ml from syringe might differ slightly, on a large volume of water this makes a big difference so i recommend using same tools for each feeding as much as possible and always clean after using.. 👍😁 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are well and having a good day.. 😁👍 Intresting weeks growing for my "Sleepy Joe" plants from Anesia Seeds.. As u can see from pictures its been a bit much for the root channels in top tray.. I think i had the beginning of a Mycelium explosion which would of been extremely cool to watch over the weeks but unfortunately I have had a big problem with pH control and solution sediment(this is the main/major problem i couldn't resolve) getting caught on top spreader mat and underneath and its essentially gave the girls pythium as the channels aren't draining properly.. Ive tried everything in the book to save these girls as after inspection it was worse than i released.. I emptied res again yesterday and cleaned main tank.. Filled with 20ml/10litres silver bullet,and have left for 12hrs minimum before refilling with nutrition.. I'll continue to use GreenBuzz Liquids on all my mother strains and auto's from now on.. Real shame as girls where doing great but u cant afford to let them go downhill.. The pH control is just my crap council tap water.. It's all over the place!, it's that bad when u put nutrition in it reads about 6.2 then i adjust to 5.6/7 then next day its bk at 7.5, adjusting is easy and simple with powder pH and can be reset every day without any major issues though.. I seriously need to think about investing in a R/O filter.. Had a re-change on nutes again this week as i had a few problems with the top tray water channels.. Basically got a build up organic materials but the idea of nft is that a "film" of rich nutrition and oxygen passes the roots which makes it so successful if done right.. As a build up continued all i could do was increase flow rate which was tomuch and nearly drowned both girls.. I flushed out as much as possible and started again with my usual nutrition line.. Girls are damaged(which will definitely effect final outcome) but hoping it will just put them a week or 2 behind and they can still build up their flowers.. 🤞😁 Huge amount of thanks to u all for your support,comments, follows and likes.. Everything's coming bk together nicely now but unfortunately I will b ending grow this week and start next run.. I figured it would take to long to get girls bk on track now, shame as her roots are going strong again, - but, from the size of the flowers and because i have back-up plants for such emergencies i decided to just cut my losses..
