So, here we are again. Second week of vegetation.
Short deets: The plants explodedπ€·π»π
Long story:
So, the plants got their second feed.π§ And they loved it. β€οΈ But I had some problems with the first feed that I figured out only a few days later when the plants started to show some problems. Little brown spots on first real leafs. My PPM meter was off so I calibrated it, measured my tap water that I usually use and the results were jaw dropping. The standard PPM of my tap water is around 100PPM and didn't even think about measuring it before applying the nutrients. So, I did measure it again and the reading was 670PPM. Way to much.
So, for the second feed I bought 5L(1.6gal) distilled water. The PPM reading was 10. Basically PERFECT. I don't have an RO filter yet, so this is the best next thing.
I added the nutrients as shown above and measured the PPM. It came back at 750PPM. So pure 750PPM of nutrients. No heavy metals, no chemical's, no nothing. Pure demineralized water. ππ»
I adjusted the pH to 6.2 and watered them. As you can see, there was an explosion of growth. So it really makes a difference. I'm going to invest in a smal RO filter in the next week and hook it up so I got my PURE water always at hand.
Problems:
One Triple G and one Purple Queen have some problems. They don't grow at the same rate as the other plants, but they show no signs of deficiency or lock out. So, my guess is the two are just slow growers and will eventually catch up with the rest of the grow. So, I hope you'll see some progress on those 2 after this week. Fingers crossed and lets hope for the best.
The temperature is under control. Through out the day the temp. is around 30β°C and at night about 23-24β°C which is good. I only have some issues with the RH but still manage to keep it between 60-70% RH. βοΈπ¦
So, fingers crossed folks they withstand the heat for another 2-3 weeks. Then is flip time. ππ»π
Stay tuned for the next update on the girls and if you have any questions or critique, feel free to speak your mind β€οΈ
Good luck with this.
Can someone help me with honey cream peach , Iβm in late flowering stage , the plant went through much duress and mite attack too. Survived after changing pot . Flowering is still very slow and leaves appear pretty dry. Is there a anything more i can do to make this work. First time grower not much of know how, using advance notes jungle juice and fat buds from same brand. πππthanks
