Week 3 has been busy...transplanted the girls from their Solo cups, fantastic root balls, they were ready. Started training LST on thec4 oldest plants, 2 are a week behinds as replacements, the Purple Kush. Had a caterpillar ravage one PK pretty badly, taking days to recover, sigh...Lil fucker
Starting week 3 with training n watering. Just transplanted into Happy Frog so only adding Cal-mag so far, Run-off PPM is crazy. Like 3100 PPM, but they thriving under the Mars Hydro TSW2000...the Gerklight Monsterboard Pro 480W light has been shipped! Wooot! Runoff down to 2200 on last watering...took 2.o gallons w/ Calmag
Keeping the girls tied down n spread out! They are responding so well! So far so good, no nutes yet, just transplanting, Cal-mag , Mycorrhizae. Just got the RECHARGE in and the starter kit for Humboldt's Secrets! Gonna put the side by side against the General Hydro nutes n see which we like better😬

3+ gallons to get runoff...R/O PPMs still 3100 from the last transplant...they looking great!
Had some leaves burnt on the tips of the GDP after top dressing w/ NFTG 1-shot. Other than that all is well, hafta reviews them every 2 days.
Watering every 3rd day, 3.5 gallons for 6 plants.
3rd time I woke up to 99% humidity, when I have it set for 60% so that humidifier needs to go.
The girls got defoliated this week, they also got Bokashi juice (diluted 100/1) for the 1st time this week! They are looking good and prepping them to go into Flower
Beginning Week 9: The girls got their first compost tea yesterday! Lots of new growth n they are ready for transplant today! 5 gallon pots n some new organic soil before flipping to flower...
Week 10, daily watering at 5% volume, they get a Lil dry so every couple of days I water til runoff. Compost teas, Bokashi juice n R/O water are doin the trick. New fans came in today n loving the new Levito Smart humidifier...had to move it outta the corner to get it to read right! Temp control set at 78*, heater set at 80* keeps it cycling on n off at night, running all day...works pretty well.
Last week of Veg, the girls are actually in the 36 hour dark period now...took cuttings n built a DIY Hydro cloner...mix of Humic acid, Clonex, Great White n Aloe n they're showing roots after only 2 days!!! Sweet! Got a 4" AC Infinity fan on the way to bring air INTO the tent n help me control the humidity better. Wish me luck...here we go into Flower for the 1st time!

Week 2 of flower...steady as she goes!
Added a dehumidifier vcos overnight I was getting spikes...seemed to help lock in my humidity better. Got both inlet n exhaust fans full blast 24/7
The girls got a worm casting/ bokashi compost/ Bat guano/lagenbenite top dress this week. The bokashi has been fermenting in the tote for 4 weeks now n is looking pretty rich! Just another arrow in my quiver if Organic goodness
So if it's 1. LIGHT 2. WATER 3. ENVIRONMENT...what are you doing indoors to maintain ur environment. I'm in week 2 of Flower n since I cranked my lights up to around 75% (850 PPFD) temp is ok (72*-85*) but I can't get down to 50%. I can keep it around 57%, but nites it goes up
I live in SoCal. I run my AC with 2 windows cracked slightly on both sides of the room. 1 T6 intake on low on the floor of my tent, 1 small fan moving the light heat away from the canopy. 1 T4 exhaust on high directly next to my lights to pull heat.
Ac is outside the tent. Seems the air flow goes into the tent, exhausts up to the ceiling and runs out the windows. My temp stay from 74-85F (85 during a heat wave of 100+) my RH stay between 45 and 55. Day to night. If my windows are not cracked my RH goes to 65 and stays there. I do not use a dehumidifier at all.
Probably not helping you out but it's what I do. Smell isn't a problem for me either.
An up n down week...one GDP was showing signs of deficiency...yellowing leaves...Fungus Gnats!!! Laid out fly traps to confirm...shit.
Ordered neematodes, sprayed BT on the top of the soil n letting it dry out a bit.

Heck of a week! Lows: Fungus gnats were OUTTA CONTROL! plants were turning yellow right in front of me AAAIIEEE! Did some research, got some help from Mark Boutwell from Perfect Gardens (https://perfectgardens.com/) We took all of the straw mulch out, laid down some DE, some insect Fras, neem seed, Bokashi n gypsum covered all with a layer of SAND. I had mixed a batch of Neem oil the day before n did a soil drench n foliar spray that seemed to knock them down pretty well too. Traps are almost empty of adults now...one more dose of nematodes tomorrow. Girls look like they're recovering, thank God...we're so close now!
Well the gnats are gone but the girls still seem stunned...not growing much..defoliated n backed off the lights down to 850 PPFD...n with the AC cooling the room to dry the Mystery OG, the daytime temperature is down to about 75*. Cooling it off n easing up the lights for the last week or 2.
The girls got Recharge this week along with cooler temps in the day n they are showing fall colors now! sweet! week 7 of flower, trichomes are still clear
Learned so much during this 1st grow...glad I had the Mystery OG to play with so I didn't screw up too badly! LST n SCROG n ORGANIC is the way to go for me. Looking forward to curing, smoking this purple n growing some more!!
