Orange Gasm and Sweet Zombie

Hey guys, I'm starting this journal coming up at the end of this grow and will be documenting everything going forward! At this point, I was pretty happy with how the Scrog had filled out after making the switch to 12/12. Both of these were from clones and the OG took off immediately, but the SZ had issues rooting and ended up a few weeks behind the OG. In order to get SZ to catch up, I didn't work it into the scrog net and mainly let it grow normal.

Everything is going well this week. I'm not noticing any issues and things are moving along nicely.

This week both strains started to add noticeable weight and the trichomes on the OG are really starting to multiply. While the OG is winning the Tric race, the SZ is pumping out the hairs like mad! The OG is definitely bulking up faster than the SZ currently.

The SZ continues to pump out new hairs non-stop and is on the lighter side with trichomes, while the OG is pumping out more and more trics, and the hairs aren't coming in nearly as heavily. I love being able to see the genetic differences side by side in grows like this!

This week began with a good flush using water PH'd to 6.5 and we are definitely starting to see yellow creeping in more and more on the OrangeGasm. The Sweet Zombie is still pretty green and is just starting to show some lightening. The plan is to finish these ladies in about a week.

This final week was nice and easy, just keeping an eye on the trichomes daily with a jewelers loupe to watch for the right harvest time. I have decided with this go around I am going to harvest at the 5-10% amber range. The last grow I did I let the buds go very amber and I want to see the difference. These girls were cut on day 64 and are currently drying. I will post up the harvest once that is all complete!
