Day 1 - Started germinating on 7 July using the paper towel method and taproot sprung out on 10 July. Moved her into the peat pellet on 10 July and today she’s up and out so calling today day 1. Another day or so in the humidity dome and I’ll move her to a 3 gallon fabric pot and the tent.
Day 2 - Got her moved into her 3 gallon pot and in the tent now. Sitting at about 65% humidity right now but would like to get it up just a bit more for awhile. Also started her and premoistured the soil with Technaflora’s Thrive Alive B-1 Red and using the Thrive Alive B-1 Green as a foliar spray.
Day 3 - All going good and not much to speak of today, just gave her a light spray of water on the top layer of the soil and gave her a foliar spray.
Day 6 - Nothing much to speak of today, just lightly sprayed the soil and gave her a foliar spray.
Day 7 - The end of week 1 today and so far so good, nothing much is happening at the moment. Just keeping the top layer of the soil a little damp and giving her a daily foliar spray.
Day 9 - Into the second week now and all is going well and seems to be growing nicely with no issues to this point. Gave her about 100ML’s of water a few inches around the stem. I also added a little soil to the pot so it’s now filled and she’s buried a little more. Gave her her daily foliar spray today as well.
Day 10 - Looking good so far still, just gave her a foliar spray and a light spray to the top of the soil.
Day13 - Not much happening with her right now but did give her about 100 ML’s of water and still continuing with the foliar spray.
Day 14 - The end of week 2 today and she’s looking good so far. Just gave the soil a light spray of water then gave her a foliar spray.
Day 15 - Starting week 3 and all is going well. Gave her another 100-200 ML’s of water today and then a foliar spray. Other than that, just watching the difference in her each day.
Day 16 - All good and she’s getting close to where I like her to be when starting LST so might start in the next few day. Other than that, just sprayed the top layer of soil and gave her her daily foliar spray.
Day 18 - Went ahead and decided to start some LST today. Some of her undergrowth is getting decent now so want to start getting some more light to them.
Day 21 - Ending week 3 today and went ahead and continued some LST today. Gonna give her a few days to recover and stretch before doing more. Also went ahead and gave her about 300ML’s of water and Cal-Mag today. Some leaves are starting to get spotted so thinking it might be from the foliar spray and she should be big enough now to handle more water.
Day 22 - Starting week 4 and she’s recovered from initial LST and gonna let her stretch a bit more before tying her down again. I removed two bigger fan leaves so the lower branches have better access to the light and should be able to tie them out soon as well.
Day 23 - Tied one branch out and tied the main stem down a little more today and ended up removing two fan leaves covering the lower couple branches that I want to get more light to. I’m gonna let her go for a few days now before continuing any training and did give her about a half a gallon of water so now she’s getting a decent amount, hopefully she’ll really take off growth wise now. She does have a bit of yellowing but I’m pretty sure it’s from the foliar spray and she does have some yellow tip and I’m sure that’s from the hot soil, being FFOF.
Day 31 - Into week 5 now and haven’t been able lately to get updates and such done but should be back now. She’s into flower now and not an overly big girl but she’s looking healthy and not having any issues so far. Still doing a bit of LST when she needs it and gave her half a gallon of water today. Next watering I’ll give her a full gallon and she’ll get her first round of nutrients.
Day 32 - Nothing major today, just did a little more training with her and snapped some updated pictures.
Day 34 - Still not much happening with her today, she’s good on LST for a bit but she will be needing some water tomorrow and I’ll give her her first dose of nutes as well.
Day 35 - Ending another week today and gave her a gallon of water and her first round of bloom nutes today. Other than that, just letting her do her things and been tucking a few leaves as needed.
Day 36 - Starting week 6 today and removed the two big fan leaves from her “main” cola, so now there’s a bit better light penetration. Other than that, she’s looking nice and healthy and just watching buds form.
Day 37 - Just did a little more LST with her today and all looking well, just a smaller girl this go round. Should be ready for some more water in another day or two.
Day 38 - Nothing new today, just check her out to see if she needed anymore training and she’s good for now. She’ll be ready for some water tomorrow and gonna up the intake to about a gallon and a half.
Day 40 - She was finally dried up today so gave her a gallon and a half of pH’d water with 10ML’s of cal-mag and two spoonfuls of brown sugar. All looks good.
Day 42 - The end of another week and all looking good with the exception of her being pretty small but I’m ok with that. Just some updated pictures and nothing else really happening.
Day 43 - Starting week 7 today and not a whole lot new happening with her. She’s really starting to stack up nicely even though she’s a smaller girl but her smell is really starting to get strong. She’ll be ready for water in another day or so.
Day 45 - Ready for some water today so gave her a gallon and a half with Cal-Mag and pH’d to 6.7. Other than that nothing nothing much new happening.
Day 46 - Did a light defoliation today, on like 4-5 leaves that were in the way. Other than that, just watching her fatten up and really starting to glisten from the frost.
Day 49 - The end of week 7 today and gave her a gallon and a half of water and nutes. She’s fattening up nicely and stinks to high heaven.
Day 50 - Starting week 8 and nothing much to speak of today other than she’s only go a couple more weeks left. Haven’t really checked the trichs yet but will give them a good looks tomorrow and see.
Day 52 - Nothing much new today, she’s just doing her thing and fattening up nicely. Still has another couple days before she’s ready for some water.
Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and she’s still bulking up but she’s coming to her finish soon, 2-3 weeks I’m guessing. So starting to flush her out and gave her about a gallon and a half of plain water today.
Day 59 - She’s coming down to the end quicker than I thought but still gonna give her about two week so she can get a good flush before harvest. Mostly milky trichs and see a few still clear and a few starting to amber up.
Day 61 - Not much longer now, trichs are looking good but would like a bit more amber before chopping. Will probably give her one or two more plain water watering before chopping her down.
Day 62 - Gave her a gallon of water today and used up the rest of the SugarDaddy from Technaflora. After she dries up, she’ll probably get one more round of plain water and then I’ll chop her but depends on trichs, she’s not quite to the amber I like.
Day 64 - Starting week 10 and her final week and looking like I won’t be giving her anymore water. Gonna let her finish drying out over the next few days and then should be getting chopped this weekend sometime. She’s got more and more amber showing up and should be just about 30% by the weekend.
Day 67 - Still not quite ready yet according to the trichs so giving her a little more time. Will probably give her one more plain watering tomorrow with some extra cold water.
Day 69 - Just a couple more days for this girl and I’ll give her the chop. Nothing is really happening, just want a little more amber to show up.
Day 71 - Starting week 11 and definitely her final week and days. Every time I think she’s done, I find more clear trichs but they’re all but gone now, so gave her one more drink of water tonight and she’ll get chopped on Thursday or Friday. The pictures don’t really do any justice for the colors coming out in here.
Day 73 - She’s ready for the clippers, she’ll be dried up by tomorrow and I’ll cut her down tomorrow after work. She’s right about 25% or so amber and couldn’t find a single clear trich.
The grow was overall very smooth and definitely pretty quick compared to others but could be because she wasn’t a very tall or high producing plant. I’m sure it was something I’ve stunted along the way early on but could of also just been a runt seed. Either was 120 grams, I’m happy with. She took a well to LST along the way and didn’t have to do much defoliating with her. Looking forward to sharing a smoke report once she’s dry and ready.
