👉The stretch is full speed. Rapidly growing limbs and leave was making this a solid mass of green shrubbery. I started to peer inside the dome and began removing leaves a little at at time. It was growing so fast that I was taking ore leaves than I though I would but I had to keep up. Ive also trimmed many of the interior secondary branches that were likely larf sights. The plant hasn't seemed to mind. I probably still have a few of these branches too prune. When I too the pictures for this week I turned off the lights. The plant seemed to droop as it normally would when the lights go out. Getting good color pictures, even with the warm white LEDs, doesn't produce the best pix so I'm taking pix with the light off. 👉The plant has been consuming a lot of liquid from the media. The run-off also has shown that the plant is consuming nutrients, its been lower than the inflow for much of the week. I also increased the strength of the nutrient mix to give the plant all it could take. This has made the run-off EC rise, but it isnt skyrocketing. I have done 2 low EC fertgations with cal/mag only. The pH of the run-off has also stayed balanced and is always close to the inflow. While run-off statistics for many is relatively inconsequential, doing the high volume frequent fertigations the statistics of the run-off tell how well the media is balanced. The pot currently is packed top to bottom with roots. It takes a while for the fluid to flow thru the media. If the plant has absorbed a lot of fluid, the coco will be empty sponges and soak up the fresh fluid. Having enough fluid to have run-off also rinses the media and keeps it balanced. Anyway, Ive wasted enough time writing this segment which no one will read except me.
