Absolutely beautiful smelling and tasting specimen! More citrussy and lemony than I thought at first. It was only one night when I got confused between the taste of gorilla glue and the orange sherbert. She is a beautiful tasting plant though! Oranges and lemons backed by a strong classic skunk smell. Mmmmm

These series of products are really growing on me. The first time I used it I thought it promotes too much N in flower because it was a really leafy bud but actually it’s been the other way round this time with comparison to the salt fed gorilla glue and strawberry banana so it was obviously the cultivar. It’s a lot simpler to use than the GHE three part. Am going to look into a hydro/coco three part salt based jute for my next grow as I’ll be running an AutoPot 4x pot, gravity fed system! I am REALLY looking forward to it to be honest. I was going to build one but f it. I’m only a home grower for me so the expense isn’t like it would be on a commercial scale. It wouldn’t really work for that as the trademarked piece of tacky plastic where the float valve is is outrageously expensive. You can’t just plumb on another Dwc bucket for next to nothing or another flood/drain tray for next to nothing. But for a home grower that wants the irrigation to take care of itself with no electricity it’s perfect. And also each pot is TOTALLY on it own and has it own valve. Very useful as i will be using at least 2 different cultivars over the 4 pot system. Especially due to the fact I am increasing my floor space and will be able to fit more into that floor space.
Love this stuff as always. I bit the bullet and bought the one in the pic below rather than just the 100g sample pack. I also found another really nice micorhyzae product that is less granular and more alike to recharge. In fact I would not have known the difference from that and recharge which is too expensive for me , so I’m very happy with it until it runs out The only issue is it’ll have to be too watered in the bottom feed system to avoid the pipes getting clogged. Same with the organic liquid feed and seaweed and stuff. I will be trying to mix these things in with my coco and then do a top feed of the microbe and mycorrhizal mixture as well as extra molasses. With regards to the charge. Again this is something I will be pre-mixing with my media along with the seaweed meal etc

Meh. It’s obvious this Is the cheapest MH. Tbh I ran it alongside my 100w pin fin heatsink COB - Citizen CLU-048 1212 with a meanwell driver. I wouldn’t run this light for flower even on one light without supplemental lighting. Also as soon as I harvested these two plants I loved it into the bigger tent with the better light and it’s taken off. It has so many shades of colour in the buds.

Overall, I am really pretty happy with the orange sherbert. It was a pretty nice yield. The only thing I am a little concerned is that it will dry too quickly due to lower ambient temperature and humidity as I did a wet chop this time. I just got a bit carried away making it look neat! I think I need to stuff them in some jars for a couple of hours to draw the moisture from deep in the buds and stems to the outsides of the buds to hang again and get rid of it

How many weeks do u think flowering before flushing? I want to flush for at least 2-3 weeks. When I did my purple lemonade and one of my lemon pie auto’s and you get a nice fade. It’s hard to know when to stop nutes and start plain water. I was thinking 3 weeks nutes + 2 water.

Different Strains will have different amounts of flowering time. I wait till most of the white hairs have turned brown and trichromes are getting cloudy.

@Ferenc, yeah, the fastbuds range so far isnt any quicker than the photoperiod versions so you can fully abuse them into mainlines etc without worrying about going into flower. Thats what I think anyway!! Photo clones dont have a taproot after all, they just branch which is what I personlly think autos do. ANyway,m with the fast buds range tske off 4or so weeks of veg from the actual length of grow. Basivcally just take their grow time on their website as a flowering time and its pretty exact.

@Fast_Buds, Thankyou so much for sponsoring my grows so far. I am ABSOLUTELY HEAD OVER HEELS with FastBuds genetics. Especially now I am actually getting up to a standard where I can pull a decent amount off a plant. I’m looking forward to expanding my tent, light, better hidden extraction so when the door to the grow room is shut no one would ever know I have a grow in there. Obviously I would have to slow down or stop the fans just for if I have a unexpected visitor but tbh that’s incredibly unlikely. So to sum up, thankyou SO MUCH for believing in my skills enough to sponsor me. It reminds me of back in the day when my friends would get sponsored by skate and bmx companies but I was always crap at skating so I could never get a sponsor. Now all I need is to encourage them to grow taller aswell as spread out. I am waiting on my AutoPot 4x pot system and a 47l reservoir as we speak so am looking forward to my gorilla glue to finish before I can get in there and clean it out, dismantle the tents in there atm and put my new tent that is the same size a the room roughly and increase my output so I don’t HAVE to grow back to back like I am now if I don’t want. I will be able to take at least a weeks break in between grows! Thankyou FastBuds with everything I can muster!

@Ganjafarmer420flowers,They really are. Its a COMPLETE honour to be sponsored by them. Just put in my order for the next lot. I'm changing from a 120x60x180cm "Flower" tent and a 60x60 "veg" tent to just one 100x200x100 so I should be able to fit 6 or 7 plants in there. I am also going to be trying a homemade Autopot system, which is PERFECT for hempies as its botom wicking AND you dont have to use just coco or just perlite, you can use soil if you want. It creates HUGE plants and also doesnt take ANY electrcity so win/win! Next round will be all their classic indica strains; kushes and the like....

@Rabidreject Great looking grow!!! I will be running my FastBuds Orange Sherbet next and after seeing this I’m super excited.. Soil grows are awesome 😎! Your post from 8/30 “ The only thing is I am in love with the idea of gravity, bottom fed systems and they all tend to be either coco, perlite or those Clayton balls.” — Go for it! You will not regret it. Check out my journal. I’m running an Octopot which is a bottom feed system with leveler buoy.
