Week update: This little one is steadily growing. Just fed her for the first time yesterday with a very weak formula, going to give a higher concentration in about a week. This seed was very easy to sow, I hope the rest of her life will be stable and stay short enough for my grow space. The discription specifically states that it stays short so here goes nothing! Picked up this one again from the government suppliers called CRG Pharma Inc. Wedding Cake aka: Pink Cookies, germinated in paper towel then transfered to 1.5" rockwool cube in DWC bucket. Thanks for checking us out!

Update: 2021/08/28. Here is a few days later, she's picking up speed now that she has had time to get some roots established. Very pleased so far with this strain, nice and uniform growth. Leaves are a good size, wide indica so far. Thanks for stopping by. This week is pretty uneventful but gotta be patient. She has been growing well, not super fast but steady. Her stem has straightened out and starting to increase in gurth, you know the stuff girls talk about LOL. Going to mainline this one just like the Gorilla from before, had to cut it down because she kept growing upwards and I didnt want to burn the house down. See you in a week friends!

Update: 2021/09/13. Just a mid week checkup, she is starting to move along a little faster. Going to let her break from pruning and will do final cuttings for the next generation before I flip to flower. Sorry guys, I left my cell over at my sisters for about a week. Got it back this morning and decided to update this diary. Well there wasn't much going on during the last week, she was recovering from the first topping. She just got topped the other day for the second time and the down time was minimal! This strain already has a fragrance, especially when you rub her stock. Cant wait till flowering, I'm still vegging until I can take some clones and hopefully perpetual this bad ass. See you again soon friends.💪

Update: 2021/09/28. Just an update to her recovery. She has bounced back and I have flipped the lights. Soon we will see stretch, stay tunned... Well just took those nodes for clones and placed them in a DIY bubbler. Going to give her a while to recover from all that stress, basically everything that grows from this point will remain unclipped. I sure hope I didnt stress her out too much!? I will just be very careful from this point on. Flipping her to flower in aprox 1 week. Thanks for checking in, see you next time.

Update: Just added some clone photos. They are starting to root at day 10 and still no yellowing what so ever. I'm going to leave them in there for about a week longer then pick the strongest two. So first week of flower is over, she is starting to stretch. Not much going on just waiting to see some pistols. Kept her feed the same and going to gradually increase her bloom and decrease her gro. Anyways see you next time.

CRG Pharma Inc and thier Wedding Cake is growing wonderfully with no signs of hermie thus far. She has stretched a bunch but I am confident she wont get much higher. She took well to her training and it was pretty intense. Next time I will flower much sooner and not have to take clones by keeping a mother plant. The clones got their first feeding but still in cloner. Uneventful week for my social life, the plant stretched a bunch tho. Running outta room in there, just waiting for flowers to show thier faces. My camera sucks or I would get some really good closeups of all the preflowers that have poked out. Thanks for stopping by, stay green!

Ahhh... recalculating! So the original plant after vegging for those 5 weeks sure gave it the strength to not only give me clones but out grow my grow space. So without many options I cut her down and now am focusing on her offspring. I planted 5 of those clones taken from original. Rooted in the cloner and transplanted into foxfarm soil. Feeding just RO and calmax for the next week and after the 2 week mark I will start to feed them depending on how they look. Im going to take this as a win. Didn't get to finish the original but I was able to test her stress reaction, and various other things. I now have a mother plant for future and these 4 plants for flowering. These 4 plants will be going into flower within a week from now, just giving time for her roots to form. The plan is with small containers and only a very short veg period they will stay small and still give me a decent yeild. Heres hoping for the best, thanks for following along.

End of veg week one, just flipped the lights to 12/12. They where looking a little limp until I introduced some nutes last night. I guess Happy Frog doesnt really have enough stuff in it already, thats ok. This should go pretty easy, going to leave them in small pots until stretch probably, then at the end of stretch transplant into 2 gallon. Havent decided on that just yet, I should have potted the clones higher in the one gallon pots so there would be more soil for roots to grow. Anyways stay tunned ladies and gentlemen.

They keep stretching but looks like things have slowed down. They are 23" tall from soil level, the grow room has about 6-7" more to play with then we're fucked, I hope it stays short. So this strain is pretty stable and quality as far as things go, I just not sure why the description states that it stays short. I have noticed a minimum of double height increase during stretch... I have kept them in small containers, close as posible to the lights and only vegged for one week in soil! Not sure whats going to happen with the height but she has already stretched 8 inches and going steady. Love these plants just wish she "stayed short" like the description leads to believe. Tired of cutting down huge plants just because I ran outta room!

Update 2021/11/10, Well they outgrew the flower room, had to top all those beautiful crown buds forming. Overall not a total loss as long as she can take the stress? Once those other left over buds fatten up we should still have a decent harvest. Took some pictures of the nugs post pruning. This strain is resiliant and hearty, just need to tame this bitch! Upped the additives and still trucking along. Of course we are out of room, they have stretched to 30" tall from soil level. If they stay like this its fine but they cant get any taller at all! Well see ya next week.

How to keep things short? Very limited height. Tried "Short" photoperiod strains, small containers, short veg time, close as possible to availible lights. Going to try everything stated but also topping several times without recovery time?! Any suggestions?

hey there Thundr, for short plants the only way is small pots, small pots mean small plants. if the pot is small enough you'll get a bonzai, and the stress on the roots will trigger flowering. Sometimes you see some real nice bonzais online and on insta, those are usually grown out in a normal sized small pot then transplanted for the art shoots. Hope this helps ! 🚀

🙏Whats up everyone? These babies have been doing great, no bad signs and trucking along. Buds are increasing in size by the day. Everything is now under control, sucks I had to top/prune so late in flower but they have stopped growing vertical and now are just making buds. Next round clones were just cut from the mother and placed into the cloner last night. Going to do evrything exactly the same exept mainlining with the new clones and a new mother, so all clones will be the same size. You live and learn, glad this strain is so strong and hasn't shown any signs of sex issues. Thank you God and to all those who have takin the time to stop by.👊

This week's entry is a day early. Everything moving along, lots of bud growth. Still a managable height and no signs of stress even after all they have been through! Thats basically it, just need to keep things where they should be and in another 4 weeks approx we will be ready for harvest.

Wow that week went by quickly. Everything is good still, execpt I noticed some spots on a few leaves. Looks like its best to use less of my additives, after increasing them is when these "spots" seem to have appeared. Made adjustments back to my original recipe "finger stickin good". Just a few more weeks to go...

Well here we are, another week bites the dust. Everything is still sailing smoothly, buds are getting bigger. More and more frosting is covering those nice buds everytime I wake up and check them out. Going to feed them for another week then start flush. Gotta say I love this strain so far, very stable and soon to see how powerful she smokes. Thanks for stopping by everyone, keep it green friends!👊

The Flush Begin's, one week left to go! They are ready for their final ripening, trichs are mostly cloudy and pistols are turning orange. The breeder said it was about 7-8 week flower and we just finished week 7. Going to just water with plain RO, hopefully they swell up a bit before too long. Anyways see you harvest time, I promiss to actually give you guys a finished diary.👊
