MAC Flurry Penthouse Seeds ORGANIC GROW

Hi guys & girls I am very excited about growing this strain by Penthouse Seeds (MACxWeddingCake) She germinated very well and so far in this first week has grown quite well, perhaps a tiny bit leggy but I'm not too concerned right now as she seems to of found a good hight. Unsure what has happened to one of her cotyledons as it looks abit damaged, just hope it won't stunt her too much. I have bought another X2 of these seeds and will cloning at least one of them at some point. Next week I shall start her on her 100% organic grow using living soils dry organic fertilizer and plant magic's supreme soil mixed with Coco & Pearlite. This will be my first organic grow and I truly believe this style will be alot more my kind of thing 😎 Thank you for stopping by growmies Peace

Hi growmies As you can see, my MAC Flurry plant is growing well easing through the early stages of veg 😀 Gave her first feeding this week. Hi Growmies, hope you are all well and get to enjoy your weekend. This week has been very productive for this girl. She is looking very healthy and happy. Been training her to bend and help other nodes shoot up. After a few days of growing I pinned down these nodes to the sides. I will be topping her early next week and carrying on the training. So far so good she has been able to handle my clumsiness and is looking happy. Her smell currently is very subtle but a definite sweet/floral scent. Hi growmies! Happy Friday and I hope you all have a lovely weekend 🙂 This week for the MAC flurry she has been mostly putting on weight to her side branches which I hopefully helped by giving the original meristem a FIM. The cover crop and mulch are working a treat (I used this plant as a kind of tester to see what the cover crops are like and went abit overboard) which helped me to now know how much to use 😅 Just waiting for her to bulk up even more, going to unpin certain branches and now I would like some upward growth. Probably going to give her another few weeks in veg just so I know she will be strong enough and have plenty buds sites available before flipping 👍 No problems with deficiencys or PH so she's looking quite happy. Hi growmies, I hope you've had a good week and get to enjoy the weekend. Nothing too exciting to report this week. I am waiting to be able to flip her into flower. Just need one plant to finish off in the other tent. Not going to try and clone this one unfortunately as she doesn't really have any exciting features (so far) growth has been kind of slow and no smell really even when disturbing her during the week. I'm sure she will be a really nice smoke as you can go too far wrong with her genetics it's just nothing has really grabbed me during this veg period. She could probably do with a bigger pot but to me it won't be worth the hassle I will just get a nice amount of personal smoke at the end to enjoy and bring some variation into my daily meditation. Maybe I'm wrong and she's abit of a sleeper and will turn into an amazing plant but right now for me and this particular plant it's about being able to add to my medicine stock. I am hoping for just one more week in veg for this lady and then be able to put her in the other tent but as of now the humidity in the UK will start presenting big problems potentially in flowering and I don't have a decent enough de-humidifier or environment control so I'm down to limited the amount of plants in each grow space. 🤞 will be getting some gear soon to help out but right now it's not an expense I can afford. Hi growmies, I hope that you are all well and your grows are good. I decided to flip to flower with this girl on Monday, she was looking ready and has got as big as I’d want in just a 5 litre pot before the stretch. She managed to survive a 9 day drought really well! Very different to how my Bubble Runtz reacted. This drought was not intentional. She has shown some real strength and resilience and has been growing happily and strongly ever since the drought. The biggest effect was some light browning and crisping on some lower fan leaves. She’s a trooper for sure. I’ve now started to use the bloom dry amendments from Living Soils along with the barley powder and MycoBoost. A couple of weeks ago I wasn’t too pleased with her vigour or her smell, but she has now really picked up on both. Nice strong new growth and a wonderful smell coming from her that smells like a cake shop it’s amazing. Hi growmies, hope you are all well and enjoying doing this beautiful art of growing! Had to skip a week unfortunately but luckily there wasn't too much to miss during that week. This week though this girl has been amazing, she seems super happy and always praying. Also she is producing more and more visible trichomes each day, a very nice glistening white is coming from her buds and surrounding leaves 👍 For a plant in just a 5L pot she has got very strong stems and a very nice amount of bud production from top to bottom, I would've liked to have seen the nodes slightly closer together however it looks like she will be producing some nice golf ball type buds. She has a faint but lovely smell of bakery with a spicy kinda citrus kick, which is very nice indeed! I reckon she will be kicking out more of a pong very soon 😀 That’s all for this week guys I hope you are all well and happy Peace ✌️😎

Hi growmies, I hope you are all good This week has seen the end of the stretch I believe for this girl. So from now on I will be using the Bloom 2 feed to help bulk up the buds, along with- Malted Barley Powder, MycoBoost & some worm castings. Her appearance is good, she does have some leaf tip burn from a slight over feeding but I will not get too worried about that unless it gets worse. The buds and sugar leaves are already getting nice and covered in a nice frost, appearance wise she is looking like a member of the "white" cannabis family, white widow etc... Starting to reveal her fragrance more now along with the increasing productivity. A very nice bakery smell with a sharp orange peel background. Very nice 👍 Temps are dropping hard here in the UK and even the bar heater I got is struggling to keep the temps above 20c so got some slight purpuling (might be a real word 🤷‍♂️😅) Overall she is looking happy and although only in a 5L pot I think I will be getting a good amount of strong personal medicine. Hi growmies 👋 hope you are all happy growers 😎 This week has been good for this lovely looking MAC Flurry from Penthouse Seeds. Good development in the buds, plenty of pistils going a nice orange colour, I'm hoping and expecting a second pistil burst soon once I feed her again later this week. Will be adding more 2nd half of bloom type organic fertilizers such as; Malted Barley Powerder, Bloom 2 bar guano etc.. Did have a small odd problem which seems to be hopefully clearing up, I noticed the ends of some of the larger fan leaves were going a deep purple colour, curling and wilting the leaves within a couple of days. I still don't 100% know what the problem was but I think it was a micronutrient deficiency of some sort. However a few days after her feed last week with added Life-Cycle and a Small amount of Frass then I added 2tsp of Epsom (per 5l) into my water sprayer and gave her a good watering 👍 Thankfully so far she has responded well... So far 🤞🤞 I was careful to not overfeed whilst being able to supply a large range of different nutrients. I know I have a tendency to both over feed and water so I'm hoping to cut that out! She has continued to get a very nice coat of crystals and aroma has definitely rose. Lovely sugary cake smell with a nice bit of orange and just a smidge of spicy sweet skunk... Lovely 👍 Very much doubt I'll be having this ready for Christmas which is a bit of a shame, however I have a stash of some of the best Blue Cheese I've had. Been saving it up for a few months now... Hey growmies, I hope you are all well and growing good👍 This week hasn't seen much change in appearance for this lovely girl, some light pinky purple tips showing up on the tops of some buds. More purple slowly appears after each night. A little bit of fattening up but maybe not quite as much as I hoped. Her aroma has got slightly stronger 👍 she smells like a lovely vanilla and orange cookie. Trying not to touch her and disturb but I can't help it sometimes lol she is super sticky and kicks out a really sweet smell. I like her colours so far, can definitely see the wedding cake genetics coming though 😀 Node spacing a bit larger than hoped and buds are not fat but they are very dense and frosty. But never mind I still have 2 more of these seeds to try and find a keeper from 🤞 That's all for now my friends. I will probably updating this diary now after Christmas. I will also been starting a few new diaries soon with new set ups and an updated seed collection 👍 I'm very excited for next year's grows! Thanks for stopping by. First off… WOW look and these colours they are beautiful. Amazing purples mixed with oranges and greens. Lovely webbed sugar leaves too, she truly is stunning!!! She is getting very close to harvest now! 1-2 weeks left I imagine. Not many amber trichomes coming through yet and I want to wait for around 10-20% (this is a personal preference) She smells absolutely wonderful! Very much cookies dominant in smell with a lovely orange citrusy kick, just beautiful! Not really going to flush as she is in completely organic soil and she will just be taking what she needs for now. Just adding less food as she is not that hungry any more. Shame about the tip burns now she has gone this stunning purple colour but still a beauty. I sometimes just stand there staring at this beautiful plant! You can definitely see the wedding cake in her genetics. Can't wait to harvest and taste. Maybe one more update before harvest I reckon. Hi growmies, I hope you are all well and growing good. This is the last update before harvest 👍 As you can see her leaves have started to curl abit too much I'm not sure why she has always been watered and fed well I think she has just been over cooked a little maybe? I was just waiting for a few more amber trichomes as that's how I like my smoke but doing this may have caused a small problem with the leaves... Doesn't matter though because her buds are absolutely perfect, rock hard, smell amazing and absolutely beautiful. If I had the space for cloning I certainly would of cloned her a few times. The colours are absolutely amazing! Some deep purples with oranges, pinks and light greens. Can definitely see the wedding cake genes. She smells fantastic! A mix of mint cookies and spices (like walking through a Turkish market) it's absolutely incredible! She will be chopped down today given abit of a trim mostly just fan leaves and then hanged to dry. Very pretty plant. Decent enough smoke but the phrase nothing special comes to mind. Just tasted like a fairly standard cookies cultivar. I’ve got another seed of this left, no hurry to pop but will want to try again at some point. Thank you for stopping by
