Hi growmies π hope you are all happy growers π
This week has been good for this lovely looking MAC Flurry from Penthouse Seeds.
Good development in the buds, plenty of pistils going a nice orange colour, I'm hoping and expecting a second pistil burst soon once I feed her again later this week. Will be adding more 2nd half of bloom type organic fertilizers such as; Malted Barley Powerder, Bloom 2 bar guano etc..
Did have a small odd problem which seems to be hopefully clearing up, I noticed the ends of some of the larger fan leaves were going a deep purple colour, curling and wilting the leaves within a couple of days.
I still don't 100% know what the problem was but I think it was a micronutrient deficiency of some sort.
However a few days after her feed last week with added Life-Cycle and a Small amount of Frass then I added 2tsp of Epsom (per 5l) into my water sprayer and gave her a good watering π
Thankfully so far she has responded well... So far π€π€ I was careful to not overfeed whilst being able to supply a large range of different nutrients. I know I have a tendency to both over feed and water so I'm hoping to cut that out!
She has continued to get a very nice coat of crystals and aroma has definitely rose. Lovely sugary cake smell with a nice bit of orange and just a smidge of spicy sweet skunk... Lovely π
Very much doubt I'll be having this ready for Christmas which is a bit of a shame, however I have a stash of some of the best Blue Cheese I've had. Been saving it up for a few months now... Can't wait π
Thanks for stopping by and reading my rambles.. I can assure you I am always well medicated when I do these π
Peace π
Looks like she will be a good potent girl. Deep purples can come from temp drops at lights out. We get a huge drop in our windy isles . On leaf stalks or branching it can be an age colouring too. They look nice and happy mate. Nice work
@UKPersonal420,they are not clawing at all by the pics but the odd tip dying off due to discolouration and clawing is nothing to really panic about. If you see a lot of leaves doing it then that usually an overfeed of N. Cold will shock them a little if it drops too much which tends to slow growing down mainly.
After the drought you will have lost a lot of living nematodes ect. Our living spilmneeds a slightly moist feel to keep the bio life going. They die off on drought so you may need to do a charge or biosys tea to restart the microscopic.s the nites would already have been made by the time they died off so it may partially starve them until production is back up.
