Re-hydrated the EZ grow pellets with pH 6.0 water, then put the seeds directly into the pellet. Placed on heating mat set to 76 degrees, with a little water at the bottom to keep them wet.
UPDATE: My first grow, I jumped the gun a little. When the first two seeds popped up, I took them all out of the tray and into the buckets. Big mistake. Of the two that had not come up yet, one came up with only 1 cotyledon and no leaves, and the other never made it up. Six days later, I planted two more seeds and left them in the dome until they sprouted, then eased them into the buckets. All four are 26" under the 400w LED @ 60% power, 73 degrees @ 65% humidity.
I have a White Widow seedling that is showing brown spots. I am not sure if the LED light was too close, or if it is showing nutrient deficiencies/excesses. pH=5.8, PPM=160 (80ppm in well water).
@Hazemaster420, Found out that she was actually looking for Magnesium. I had reduced the GROW at the end of flower, and that contained the Mg. Adding some Epsom salts has her on the mend :)
@LashaB3RR, Thanks. This is my first grow so I am feeling pretty good about it. Now for those flowers to finish to I can get on to harvest, dry, and cure (and smoking) :)
@MrGrow, Thanks I had fun growing them. I am having a lot of fun smoking them too :) I freeze dried part of the crop, ready to smoke in 48 hours. The rest is curing in Grove bags.
How did you like the freeze drying method? I personally think your freeze dried buds look better, how is the taste comparing to buds dried the regular way?
