These 2 are off to the races! Flowering time is supposed to be 50 days, I imagine it’ll be a bit longer, but excited for a speedy strain.
Squirt: Blueberry Muffin x Tangie
A keeper from the 10k plant pheno hunt
Photos taken day soil was broken.
Excited for these two! Plan is to take a clone from one or both to be a mother plant. Considering experimenting with these 2; maybe feeding one heavy and the other not so much. We shall see. I really just want to get conditions dialed in ASAP for this strain so I can enjoy it for a long while to come.
Will include additional details (eg, height and distance to light) once plants are transplanted and topped.

Things are moving along! I feel this stage goes by the slowest. Looking forward to these girls growing, getting transplanted, and topped! Soon enough, I guess.

Happy to have transplanted the girls yesterday (day 20). Been a good week overall. They got a little dry one day and some of the lower leaves weren’t a fan, but not worried about it moving forward as yellow leaves will be removed when topped. Fed with clonex a few days before transplanting. Will top here in the next week and begin LST shortly after. Unlikely to do any feeding for awhile (besides maybe a bit of calmag here and there).

We are growing quickly now! Started LST today and will do so daily. The girls in the flower tent finish up this weekend; I’ll likely dry them in tent but move squirt over after. Ready to take a clone or two and put these girls into flower; excited to (eventually) try this strain.

Progressing nicely. Will likely move to flower next week. Continuing LST.

Happy for the first week of flowering to be over. Starting to look a but hungry but EC is still high, so I’m thinking we may have a lockout problem. Will water with recharge next go, then feed one or two waterings later so clear things up if that’s where we’re at.
Minor defoliation this week to make watering easier. More coming with a few discolored leaves and to open things up. More intensive defoliation coming in 2 weeks.
No roots on either of the 2 clones taken yet.
Still thinking about top dressing one and feeding the other. We shall see.

Another week down! Did some minor defoliation in the last week; mainly to make watering easier. Will lollipop at end of week.
Doing something different with these 2; one got top dressed with FFOF and the other is getting fed with floraflex - the full tilt in amended soil. Top dressed plants seems happier so far, let’s see how the floraflex plant responds to another feeding. Both a smidge droopy, a bit overwatered? Will wait an extra day or 2, if plants allow, until next watering/feeding.
May have 2 different phenos here; plant on left showing purple (night temps at 65F) and the one on right is all green.
One of the 2 clones has rooted! Will give the other a week and will likely toss if unrooted.
Plant A (left) is 17 inches tall and Plant B (right) is 19 inches tall.

Well, it hasn’t been the best week. Life has been busy and I’ve been watering these girls more or less on a set schedule, instead of when they showed signs of needing it. Have started to let things dry out a bit more. Will monitor runoff next time around and will flush if anything seems out of wack.
Heavy defoliation/lollipopping this week.
Potential overwatering aside, Plant A (top dressed) seems happier than Plant B (floraflex fed).
Both clones rooted! Look forward to another go, and many following, with this strain to optimize conditions.

The impacts of the overwatering are showing. Hopefully they respond well to their next feeding… I think I’m going to give Plant A the tried and true fox farm nutes… May mix in recharge, or use it the following watering. This may just be a challenge to get to the finish line.
On a side note, opened tent one day and there was no smell. Opened tent the next day, and holy hell was I smacked in the face with the characteristic tangie smell.
Overwatering aside, Plant A (top dressed) seems happier than Plant B (floraflex fed).
Both clones are doing well. Happy to have another stab at it with these plants.

Wow, have to start by saying these girls smell AMAZING. While things will never be 100% after the overwatering issue, watering less and feeding more has made things manageable. Buds are bulking up. Look forward to eventually getting the clones into flower and hopefully having a better overall experience with the strain.
Fed Plant A with the fox farm line and continuing floraflex for Plant B.
Continuing to see a happier Plant A (top dressed) than Plant B (floraflex fed).

Happy to be chugging along. As mentioned previously, overwatering/underfeeding issues will prevent these girls from ever being 100%, but making corrections has slowed down the speeding train. Absolutely loving the way these girls smell. One cola is fascinated; first time having the issue with cannabis… fun to look at now but will probably just toss it come harvest time.
Buds continue to bulk up. The clones are growing! Will move them to flower, and take clones again, after these girls are harvested and dried.
Fed Plant A with the fox farm line and continuing floraflex for Plant B.

Looks like hell, smells like heaven. These girls may have been spectacular if we didn’t run into overwatering issues. Happy to have a clone of each vegging; we will try again! Gonna let these gals go 1 more week.
Plant A fed with fox farm and floraflex for Plant B.

Chop day! Happy to have reached this point. Looking forward to see how the bud turns out after a slow dry and long cure. Regardless, expecting a better experience with the clones taken from these two.

Well I’m late as fuck on this review, hence the bud pics not being great. Ended up with 2 phenos, one green and one purple. Unfortunately, with this update being so late, the buds don’t look as good as they did at harvest; and with becoming a parent while these were drying, I didn’t take any pics during trimming. The smell/terps on this plant are amazing, and I did a poor job caring for her. 100% going to run again, and hopefully be able to pay her more attention and pull a 10/10. Seriously tho, this is an awesome strain and it lives up to its namesake.
