I introduced some lollipopping and defol but I am careful and try to take a few leaves here and there and do 2 defoliation sand some kushman chiro on some branches. It’s adds stability for bigger buds
Trichs are starting to change to Amber about 10% giving it a flush for a few days then 24 hours darkness before chop. Very happy with the bud structure here. Very nice purple and red fade
The purple and red fade on this is really showing through after dropping the temps. Very close to harvest the buds are very nice, all bigger, and I believe the addition of flower stacker, big bud, and bud candy has made a huge difference in my grows.
I harvested day 79, I prefer to harvest my sativas a little earlier as a side note - trichs amber at about 30%. I will update my harvest post with photos of the buds cured and weight and smoke report. I am thinking between 4-5 ozs best guess. Hope you enjoyed, I highly recommend this grow, and appreciate to have been able to connect with a lot of you already.
Great strain, wasn’t sure what some of the OG strain grows would be like but a pretty easy grow, responded well to LST, 48 hours in a cool dark room gave it a nice purple finish. At cure in total I had 4.2ozs which I think is great for an auto. Smoke is strong and the smell is more lemon than gassy but with a longer cure I expect that to change. I am someone who usually can break down how a strain makes you feel but with this one I just have to say it gets you high/stoned, not being sarcastic that’s the best I can come up with. Like that “wow I’m high” weed
Update: this weed cured for a nice effect. Definitely get the sativa feel, more cerebral. I’d say this is probably a 9 overall even though I gave it a 10 originally the smell never came out the way I had hoped. This could have been my cure, wet trim, rack dry, into paper bag for a total of a 14 day dry. Of all my plants my runtz was the strongest/best (very forbidden fruit) smell and I enjoy one of my two skittlez the most of all for effect.
It was a very simple grow straight through, even with LST it didn’t slow down much. It grew more like an indica than a sativa and had great buds. Dense and stacked
Looking great really nice flowers. Also she's lookin like she's really putting on mass so with no offense intended IMHO I would let her go at least two more weeks .
