She's growing really fast and tall. Been going pretty strong on the nutes from sprout and she's been handling it very well. My lights are at about 40% power so I'm not going to crazy with the lighting for now since its going fast with less.
She's not a very heavy feeder and doesn't like heavy nitrogen, learned this the hard way. Can be very temperamental until you learn her eating habits, reminds me of Delicious Seeds - Black Sugar Rose. Considering switching the plant to organic nutrients as my synthetic line might be a tad to much and seeing if she can perk up a bit.
Last week I had to figure out exactly how she likes to be fed, this week an infestation of spider mites. Used neem seed oil the week prior and things got worse, so i saturated the entire plant stems and all branches. Situation is looking better and she isnt the most resistant to pest from what i see so far BUT shes healthy otherwise. Hopefully it stays this way until i flip in another week or two.
Got some nasty stretching going on with this plant also, seems like I can't catch a break. Figured out her eating habits, then mites and finally the stretching. Hopefully I'm out the woods now and can focus on other positives.
Took me the better part of veg to get the feedings under control and spider mites. She doesn't have much of a smell and that's OK. I'm simply trying not to do too much to this plant primarily BC I paid so much for the beans. I'm taking it extremely light with her and want quality, flavor and taste this run. Next time I'll push her more and see how far I can take the genetics. I will say the genetics on this strain is everything you can ask for, I'll probably grow her back in the summer outdoors in a raised bed organically.
Did a lot defoliation this week as I usually do at the end if week 3 to maximize sunlight onto the bud sites. The plant stretch considerably but I'm confident the bud sites will produce sense nugs
Plant has come Into her own the flip. She's not a heavy feeder and her 1.5L right now and no signs of burn or spider mites. Let's see how the final 3-5 weeks shape up
Was away on vacation so I didn't get much time to care for any of my plants. She's fragrant bit not as strong as some of the other plants going. Not too happy with the size of the buds but that was expected with the nasty stretching she did. She's approaching week 7 on Saturday and I don't anticipate the buds getting any bigger past this week so we shall see.
I really have a love hate relationship with this plant, she has a nice smell that you don't really get until you touch the bud and my fingers are super sticky and smells VERY sweet. The plant is also falling over with the weight of the buds and i really dont care at this point, im sorry guys. The trichromes on different levels are milky so I'll keep an eye out once a week, Holy Smokes says flowering time is 9 weeks and it's looking like no lies were told. Hopefully she can finish up by the end of week 8.
This plants doing pretty much what it wants to do at this point, it packed on a shit load of weight and I have to get some bamboo stakes to hold each top up tomorrow. We're entering week 8 and breeder says it takes 9 weeks, this plant looks like it may go the distance judging by the trichromes and may not be ready by Christmas. I'll keep my foot on the gas with the PK in the last 2 weeks before starting to flush.
Can breath a sigh of relief to be done with this particular grow, she smells great and is very oily. She was cut on Sunday so its been drying 3 days now, maybe I can get a sample for the new year eve. The night and day temp fluctuations caused the nasty stretching and I did not use a heater this go around trying to get my other plants to get nice and purple. I do have Rawkus Runtz by Holy Smokes that I will start a diary on in the middle of January gods willing.
Plant was a little difficult to grow in the first few weeks of veg as it was a little difficult getting on track with the plants feeding habits, Once I understood it was all good after. She takes heavy nutes well and grows some huge fan leaves in the process. Buds are big and could've been alot bigger if I went harder and consistently on the nutes, but she's very sticky and fragrant to the touch.
Looking good bro, I'm going to be growing this next along with some of Holy Smoke other strains...... Judging by that last picture, they are short plants right? How tall are they at the moment?

But I don't want to order some now and then get better deals on actual Black Friday 🤣🤣 so I'm gonna wait till Saturday just in case, but yeah I will definitely be running the Fizzy Peach next...... Planning to germinate in 2 weeks. Just wanna sort some things out, clean my carbon filters sleeves, order some exhale Co2 bags, need more fans because these monkeys fans don't last long.... Basically I have a big order 😅!
So this is what I have in mind for my next run, Fizzy Peach, Banana Glue by Growers Choice... Highly recommended, Strawberry Sunset by Holy Smokes, Grape Kush by Cali Connection,.... And if I get my 5th tent which most likely I will....... Don't know!
I will probably end up changing my mind but I think the Fizzy Peach is a definitely! And the Banana Glue, Banana Glue is a guaranteed high yielder & high quality! I done a really good job the first time I ran her and I was a complete NEWB 😅 But definitely left a great 1st impression! Out of all the strains I have ran she's the 1stbone I running again that's how much I vouch for her..... Still a newb and still have soooo many strains to try... But definitely one of my Top 10..........so far! 👍🏾👊🏾💚
@Santica_Garden, if I were you I'd run all 3 simply because you already spent the money SO if it smokes like shit you'd rather find out sooner than later lol. The breeder for Holy Smokes is no slouch he's highly regarded in the community so I don't think you have anything to worry about. I'm against growing 2 of the same beans simply because I like lots of variety. I've had zero issues with Anesia Seeds, Barney's, Sensible Seed and Delicious Seeds. I'll try most breeders minus guys that self bulk seeds and Fast Buds, I've got a love hate relationship with them because their beans are hit or miss and autos aren't my thing. I'm Very curious to know what the fizzy peach smokes like as I tried to order the Strawberry Bubba Diesel today from my seed bank but had issues with the payment. As far as tents I've got 5 in total (1 5ftx3ft 2 2ftx2ft and 2 4ftx2ft I'm a bad influence when it comes to tents because I'll always say more of better

I think will do the Fizzy Peach and one of the Strawberries.... I want to do all 3,the Stardawg, Dawg Pound & Sunset... But I don't think that's a good idea considering I have never ran their strain before... So I will just do 2,Fizzy Peach and Strawberry Sunset. Also trying to decide if I shud get another tent n light..... But I don't think I will have the space!😅 Well I do have the space for 1 more tent but I would left in a tiny tiny space for myself 😂😂😂
@JamMAKEcan, this plant really pissed me off but she's very oily and smells fruity. Gonna let her sit for a few weeks to cure but I'll light up some of the popcorns
@S2340420, its the only strain you can find that has a cross of London Pound Cake in it so it really intrigued me since you can't find LPC anywhere not even in the UK

@Santica_Garden, you better take clones of that discontinued strain or you'll be crying later lol. I buy seeds just to have for later also BC the either get sold out when I'm ready for it or I'm broke. So I'll hoard seeds also but holy shit holy smokes is expensive
@Kloud9gardenz, and I have made up my mind now on what I'm running! Fizzy Peach & Strawberry Stardawg, Grape Kush by The Cali Connection & Banana Glue by Growers Choice... Banana Glue is my favourite Strain that I have grown so far! I would highly recommend to anyone!
@Kloud9gardenz, bro I've got a Seed Buying Addiction seriously! Every 2-3months I'm buying seeds, even if I don't plan on germinating them straight away I would still buy some for collection purposes!
I have a few exclusive strains, I have the Blue Strawberry by Holy Smokes which is discontinued! I also purchased the Grape Kush & Strawberry OG by The Cali Connection... £70 each 😭😭
But next seed bank I want to try is TH Seeds definitely, some of their genetics I really want to try out 👍🏾
