This week I've decided to flip to flower on a 20 on and a 4 off cycle. I could let them veg for longer but considering I'm using a 3x3x6 tent I dont want to end up running out of space. I'm flipping to flower because Ms. Alpha looks ready for it. Signs of sex have showed and she has got her fuzzy tops. Mr. Beta looks to be just behind so rather than vegging longer I wanted to see the effects of flipping her to flower early or right on time?
Either way i feel there is a difference in development between the two. Ms. Alpha is low maintenance and wants to stretch. Decent amount of nodes. I have high hopes for her. Ms. Beta is bushy and stubby. A lot more leaves than her counterpart but I'm interested to see in her progression.
As far as feed, I ended up brewing a roots and recharge microbial tea, because orginially I had planned to keep them in veg but after a day I changed my mind. So I used the brewed tea mixed with some build a bloom from buildasoil. And continued to finish off the week will the brew, the bloom, and at the end of the week with some SLF. The quillaja goes into every feeding as it is a natural wetting agent/thickener and helps evenly disperse.
I defoliated about 10 leaves from each plant. Will continue to lookout for suckers and remove anything else that might be a nuisance.
Hey! Happy growing my friend! I hope you do well and get some good results! I will come by sometime to see your progress!
If you ever visit my page please say hello!
