All seeds popped up and are showing their cotyledon leaves as well as their first set of true leaves. This indicates they are now out of germination and into their vegetative growth period. I switched the light period to 18/6 to maximize vegetative growth I want the plants to grow as much as possible as I will be topping and screening the plants to achieve a βscreen of green.β This will be my third grow and my first attempting the SCROG method to maximize yield. I have 20 seeds down the strongest 5 females will be chosen for the grow. All the plants will be treated the same until sexing occurs. Then the males, hermies, and weaker females will all be removed and the 5 will go into their final living soil bed. I am looking at using a 4x4 bed that I am going to use in my 5x5 tent with two Mars Hydro TSL 2000 full spectrum LED lights. If the 5 plants donβt fit in the bed I will use just 4 plants or use 5 living soil pots.
10-21 Plants have been transplanted from the germination station to solo cups. Plants were watered with the Mycorrhizae/Green Amino mixture. I switched on the other Mars Hydro TSL 2000 LED Grow light and turned the intensity up to 50% on both of the grow lights. Now time for the plants to veg out and grow to the 5th node. When the plants have grown and developed I will transplant again into the nursery pots when I choose my 5 strongest females.
10-23 plants have been watered with Mycorrhizae/Green Amino mixture. Plants are looking beautiful.
Love seeing something new! The bed of living soil looks great! Ive seen people plant cover crops in there beds like clovers to help retain moisture. They are also great nitrogen fixers to the living soil! But I do love your garden gromie! π
