Went ahead and defoliated the canopy to allow the new growths to develop and shoot up. Going to be introducing the second screen soon. I am waiting to introduce the second screen until I have the first screen fully tucked and filled out. The canopy is coming in very thick. I watered today with the compost tea I just brewed. This should assist with the shock from the heavy defoliation. I have added quite a few nutes into the mix. I have a pretty heavy compost tea brew that I use undiluted at full strength. I use the following for my tea:
4 Gallons H20
1.5 cups worm castings
1/3 cup backstrap molasses
1/8 cup BuildASoil Craft Blend
3 tbs Soybean
1 tbs Green Aminos (Pridelands)
Added after brew cycle:
1 tbs Rootwize Mycrobe Complete
1/4 tsp Aloe vera
4 oz Liquid Hemp Fermented Plant Extract
This is my veg nutrient regimen. It is all I give the plants in addition to water. I only use the fortified compost tea and a living soil. I am trying to keep the grow as organic and natural as possible. Garden of Eden style shittt
Love seeing something new! The bed of living soil looks great! Ive seen people plant cover crops in there beds like clovers to help retain moisture. They are also great nitrogen fixers to the living soil! But I do love your garden gromie! π
