hey there common, that looks like some water got on the leaf and made some kind of magnifier effect with the light so it discolored the leaf where the dropplets collected there. nothing to worry about just dry off the plant if there's too much water on it for it to dry on its own. U might consider doing a manifold with bruce banner, check it up and execute. Grow till 7 or 8 nodes and top back till 3rd or 4rd, with the developing branches u do this one more time and u have a perfect structure topped and balanced and beasted
