The first set of single blade leaves were wanting to curl. Color looked healthy, rest of plant looked healthy. Fed the ladies and left them alone. They liked that. Super fat leaves.
No issues with these girls. Growing up to fast. Lol praying everything remains steady without complications. Had a rough start with 2 that didn't make it.
The girlscouts are showing signs of happiness. They like where they are. I did have some issues with another plant in the tent tho and I think the water temp did the damage. Of course I would like to add a few things to the tent like co2 etc. Not bad for a newbie tho. I love feedback BTW! Lol
I was so busy, I forgot to take pictures and add my 5th week. Apologies for anyone who has been watching my first journal on grow diaries. I am back on track for the remainder of my grow.
One of my GSC girls gets exhausted after 14 hrs of light or so. The last couple hrs of light, she gets a Lil droopy. By morning she is perky like the rest. Anyone know why? Same batch, same strain and breeder. Also, I've noticed these 3 are more rubbery than other strains I've grown. By rubbery, I mean the stalks and branches are not stiff and bounce alot when moved etc. Idk if it's anything ro worry bout but yea. Other than that they seem happy and are definitely thriving.
This week was super smooth. I harvested one of my other plants from a different breeder. It made a little more room for my other ladies to get some more airflow. Also, I know alot of ppl are going to hate on this but I defoliated my girls to an "almost naked" status. Fed them the same day and added a little superthrive. They showed no signs of being stressed too much. I feel like doing this after they have started flowering just helps increase production. Just enough stress for them to really wake up and realize life's coming to an end. Let me know what yas think about that? See yas next week.
Happy growing
I had one issue which is funny because I did the same thing with one of my last grows. Got a nute lockout or deficiency from either wrong ph of the water I used, after sitting for 24 hrs I didn't recheck, or maybe the water temp versus the mediums temp at the time, or I mixed nutes incorrectly. Either qtys or the order in which I mixed. I believe I have corrected the issue now. I will water without food in 2 days, then continue with my bottled nutes. Lesson learned. Have to stay thorough.
