Ilgm's Grand daddy purple auto #2

12/31- Last week went well. She is finally free from her shell. Almost thought I was going to have to start another one but she made it! I had to use a needle to remove the shell and now she began her life cycle. Should have waited to start the diary but all is well. I will be keeping a close eye on her. Have high hopes for her still. Really want to cross GDP and blueberry to see what I get. Both are potent, productive and flavorful! Until next time, happy growing to everyone!. 1/4- She is coming along nicely. Showing increasing rate of growth and has started developing the first branches. Despite her rough start, I think she will have a great outcome! Love this strain!

Last week was decent. She has been doing well considering how she started off. She is about a week behind on her development because she had issues shedding her shell. She is catching up and seems to be back on track. I love this strain and I can't wait to see how she continues to develop. I'm going to top her after her 4 th set of true leaves. The branches will then be adjusted using a combination of lst and supercropping to open her up for better light penetration. It will help even out her canopy to maximize production. Going to be a beast! Might pollinate a branch with feminized pollen from a purple lemonade from fastbuds. Will think about it. Update as she progresses from here!

1/16- Last week went well. She has bushed out a good bit. Her branches are starting to grow well with branches growing off the branches so it should make for more colas in the end! Very happy with this amazing strain from ILGM! She has recovered great from being topped and lst has made for a beautiful plant. If she keeps growing in veg for another week or two, she will be quite big with lots of potential in the flowering. I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone! 1/20- She is coming along and stretching. Should be a big girl, just hope I can get her situated with as big as everyone is getting. I will be adjusted the lst ties daily and will remove or tuck leaves blocking light! 1/22- She is coming along nicely with her stretch and I have been moving the lst ties daily. I have decided that I am going to lollipop all of the girls starting to flower now because I have no room for unnecessary growth. Should make for a better return in the tight quarters. Wish I had more room to give her but everyone got big and I got too overzealous with my small grow space. Looking forward to a bigger setup!

1/23- Last week went well. She has gained plenty of size. Is stretching steady and starting to show bud formation. Have adjusted the ties daily. Did a defoliation to allow better light penetration. She is nice and uniform. Perky leaves and thick branches! Should be able to hold some big buds. Will lollipop her in a couple weeks at latest.

1/30- Last week went well. She is growing beautifully! Should be working on stacking bud now. Lower growth was removed and did some defoliation to help with light penetration. All the energy can be focused on the tops to make for fuller buds and no larf. LST has helped with letting light hit everything evenly. There are some beautiful purple calyxes. Going to be some beautiful purple buds. Dying to see what she turns into. ILGM is amazing! Love this strain and is a breeze to grow! Will update as she progresses. Until next time happy growing to everyone! 2/3- She is coming along great! Has fat purple calyxes on the buds and is looking great! Should end up with a decent yield considering the lack of space and inability to LST properly to get better light distribution! But even so, she is looking promising! You can smell her some already. Believe I will get some fat purple buds! Have done some defoliation to get more light to the lower buds to improve yield as much as I can. Think she is getting good light penetration now. 2/6- Last week went well. She is beefing up and seems to be done growing upward. You can see the purple starting to come through and she has that kush spice smell already. If she keeps growing like this, there will be some fat, stinky purple buds! Removed all lower growth to allow her to focus on the tops. Hope she keeps growing as she is. LST did great at creating a fairly flat canopy and boosting the lower growth. Will remove leaves as I see necessary. I will update as she progresses. Until next time happy growing to everyone! 2/10- She is getting fat. Her buds are surprisingly hard already and are beefing up daily! Going to yield really well even though she has been crowded and I couldn't train her as I usually would. This is just a solid strain and good genetics. ILGM doesn't disappoint! The purple is coming through beautifully and she has trichomes galore!

2/13- Last week went well. She has been growing well. Her buds keep filling out more daily and her smell is like a distinct earthy kush with a fruity berry mix. Surprised it smells already. Lots of trichomes all over the purple fat buds. So many white hairs makes her seem like she has a lot of filling out to do still. Hope so. Want as much of this as I can get! Can't wait for her to get done. Next one will have more room to grow so I will LST more opening up and allowing for a better yield. She was given a nutrient tea last week for a boost and she loved it!!She doesn't have any issues being topped and takes well to LST. Removed a few leaves for better light penetration. 2/23- Last week went well. The top leaves are starting to turn colors. She is getting ridiculously smelly. It's like fermented grapes and fuel. She has been just chugging along and is getting bigger by the day as well as smellier. Just got topped dressing at the beginning of last week and will be the last. She has about 4 weeks to go I figured until she is where I want her. She has been opened up since she has more room now. Harvested the purple lemonade from fastbuds. Being opened up more should help fill out bottom better for sure. Took a couple leaves off and moved the lst ties obviously. Will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!

It was a great grow! She was a very easy plant to grow that produced some amazingly beautiful purple buds that smell like a kushy fermented grape. Covering the solid purple dense buds are a thick layer of trichomes. A mixture of which, some are purple the rest are the typical trichomes appearance. Can't wait to grow this awesome strain again in the new grow area under the schlux 400 grow light. Will post back once fully dried
