12/20 - Fog Dog (Atlas seeds) started the paper towel method a day before the rest. The Fog Dog will be my “tester” plant. I will see how this plant handles different factors compared to the other 3 seeds. 12/21 - Put Double Grape, Tangerine Dream, and Glue Gelato in separate wet paper towels and ziplocks to pop. Tested well water. Ph at 6.0 and TDS/PPM at 43. 12/22 - Still waiting for seeds to do their thing using the paper towel method. 12/22 (7p) - -TD and GG both cracked and showed their fancy tails, so I put both in 3 gal fabric pots. FD cracked as well with tail; however, I put that in a 2 gal, as I am testing this one out. Was going to mix the Rabbit Creek Farm soil with Ocean Forest...but I forgot to mix in the Ocean Forest, so there's that. Have a feeling the Mephisto Double Grape will crack tomorrow and be moved into a 3 gal. -Temp in the tent is between 71.6-73 degrees F (TSW 2000 turned down from 100% to 25%. -Humidifier is acting funky. I want it to stay at my selected RH, but for now it is hovering between 64-67 mostly and 70-72. Needs permanent fixture...I dont like the range being off like that.

Hi guys, First grow. Is there anything you recommend I pay close attention to this week and next? Waiting for seeds to do their thing. Grow area temp is 70-75 in the day and 60-68 at night. Humidity is below the necessary range, but I have a humidifier. Any advise? Thanks!

Hey there, in the first few week the plant will take in water through the leaves. Personally I try and aim for the 55 to 60 % RH while it's in its seedling stage also I mist the leaves because the younger stages they absorb moisture through the leaves. This is usually done with clones as well when there is very little roots. Hope this helps! Cheers 🍻

I am looking to "KISS" for my grow. Whats a good place to keep humidity at without worry? I am looking at maintaining between 60-75/80 for weeks 1-2. My soil was sprayed thoroughly pre and post seed...BUT..soil looks lil dry. Should I water when it looks dry or something else?

for a KISS setup: 60-65% RH in veg/seeding 35-40% in flower High RH in flower will cause bud rot in dense buds. It needs to be lower. Nice use of a ultra sonic humidifier, I have one as well. Once the plants start to get bigger and respire more, the humidifier will not be need, they will keep RH around 55% on their own. for lower increase the fan speed cycling air though the tent. I add a bit of hydrogen peroxide to keep my humidifier clean as well best of luck

Day 1 starts at 12/25/2021 Day 1: 3/4 seeds have sprouted. Double Grape has yet to do its thing. Lights are set at 24” on min dim. Temp sitting between 70-73F 75% RH. Soil appeared dry on the GG, TD, and FD. GG, TD, and FD soil was not pre moistened. Just potted from the bag. DG soil was pre moistened. Day 2: Misted the soil and little seedlings (just a little bit). Everything is looking fine. I am having an issue dialing in the humidity and temp, am I am playing around with that. Day 3: I ended up watering the dry soil just a little bit. I also watered the DG along with the 3 whose soil looked and felt extra dry. Split 1/3 liter between the 4 plants. Water included 1/4 tsp of Recharge. (This is my first grow so I may be doing extra or too much, but...here we are). Day 4: GG was showing early signs of stretching. Plants looked like my 24” at min dim was not enough. After reading more into it, I miscalculated the dimmer. I adjusted by locking light at 18” above my soil and turned the dimmer up to 25%. Heat and humidity between 72-75F and 68-72% RH. Day 5: No update. Watching soil for moisture levels. Temperature and humidity are flowing just fine. Everything is automated so it keeps my environment as stable as possible. Day 6: Nothing new. Same as day 5. Playing music on a daily basis. Some days I play songs based on a grow theme (ex: growing, lights, dirt, etc), and others I just vibe while I work and put background music on. Music listened in pics. Day 7: Lights turned up 2 another notch. I watered with recharge. About 1/2 gal between all 4 plants. I don’t want my roots to be dried out, or get damaged from over watering, so I am keeping an eye on the when’s and the how much’s. Plants are looking like they are growing. Additional leaves are young but healthy. Excited for week 2 as the plants continue to grow. The Fog Dog is looking like it is lagging behind the other 3. It is split about 65-35% Rabbit Creek and FFOF...not sure if that has any impact. The FD is my “test dummy” so it is interesting to see how it does. I water it a bit more as well to see how water impacts growth. More to come....so stick around!

Day 8 - Week 1 down...here's the start of week 2. Nothing new today, everything looks great post watering. Temp and humidity are lined up. So far so good. Fog Dog is definitely the slowest growing of the 4. Day 9 - Besides misting....nothing new to add. Everything looks good. Day 10 - 1/2 tsp of Blackstrap Molasses added to 1 liter of water for spraying and a bit of food/nutrition/aid. Split 1 gal mixed with 1/4 tsp of Recharge. I am using Rabbit Creek Farm soil (New York) which is loaded with nutrients from seed to harvest. Plants are loving it so far. I am focusing on roots and root structure for better nutrient intake and overall health. So far....so good. Day 11 - Besides misting....nothing new to add. Everything looks good. Looking at bubble hash and rosin creation post harvest. This is my first grow, so I am learning as I go...HOWEVER, I love cannabis and everything it has to offer, including concentrates. Would love to see how Double Grape, Tangerine Dream, and Glue Gelato do with bubble hash and rosin...I would imagine they produce amazing terpenes. Day 12 - Day 13 - Day 14 - Week 2 Review -

1. (1 gal+1/4 tsp of Recharge for 4 plants, x2/week). Is my watering fine so far? 2. Is Recharge in veg+flo beneficial (if you've used recharge)? IDK, never used that brand before 3. When should I increasing dim and decreasing RH? keep humidity high as a seedling/sprout 60-80% first week or so until it has a handful of mature leaves. lower it down into the 50-60% range for vegetation lower it again when your in flower and have some mini bud sides to around 40% 4. FD grows slowest, thoughts? No Idea, could just be genetics of that plant. 5. Root advice? Oxygenate your water before watering and use soil microbe inoculants, Fungi or Batercia once in an while to help with root health. fabric pots are also great but can dry out faster sometimes. I like to spray the outside of the fabric to prevent it to taking the soils moisture when I water. 6. Week 3 considerations? Over all looking good from what I can see, keep up the good work. Don't know if you have any air movement in the tent but a small fan helps the seeds get used to "wind" thickens up their stems, kinda like them working out. best of luck.

For folks with Mars Hydro TSW 2000 experience. What dim did/are you keeping your light on during weeks 2-3? I have done research and looked at MH data, but I would like tried and true experiences. Current dim is set to 2 notches below 50 at 18in. Thanks.

I have a TSW2000 in a 120cm x 120cm tent . I've started at 70CM above canopy with 30% on dimmer , after 1 week or 10 days, I've lowered the light to 60-65cm and increased to 60-70% on dimmer . After another 7-10 days increase to 90-100% on dimmer . You can try different heights and different dimming , even at 100% on dimmer and around 60cm from canopy wont damage the leaves . if you see some light burn , just increase the hanging distance . I've seen that if you increase the dimmer to 100% and hanging at 70-80cm in early stage , leaves will get much bigger and plant gets thicker . you can lower from 70-80cm when you see no burns on plants

As this is my first grow and I am seeing what happens as changes are made, I have the plants their first taste of Fox Farms Grow Big... everything looks good. Been busy so I have been lagging on my reports. Will be more up to date. Till next!

Steady growth this week. Plants have been subbed as follows: TD: Beauty Queen (best looking out of the 4. Most visually appealing. GG: Xena aka Warrior Princess (vigorous evening after her being topped LST’d to death and moved around. She’s a fighter. DG: Smarty Pants (self sufficient growth. Plant seems to be on auto pilot. Very exciting to watch. FD: Underdog (the runt that came through and is also developing its feminine organs. Last...but certainly not least. This week I fed using nutrients. Fed at lower dose which plants seem to stand. No visible issues. Temp and humidity are consistent through the days after my “run in” this week. I had an issue with “wrinkled” leaves which I traced down to a high temperature/low humidity. Plants were starting to get a bit light in color with some leaves developing “burn holes”. Luckily this was spotted early and adjusted. All is well and growth is really coming through. DG and FD are showing their feminine side, lol. TD and GG are coming along after their topping and LST. Looking forward to week 5 and beyond Stick around!

First of all your plants look great man, doing a fantastic job! The next few weeks they're gonna get much bigger, keep following the manufacturer guidelines for your nutrients but sometimes feeding slightly less than they recommended. If you don't have a feeding chart, Google image can help you out but your going to want to slowly introduce bloom nutes now. And in a few weeks tapre of on nitrogen 👍🌱

Hey man Your plants are looking good. This is what to expect when growing autos, it will start to show sex soon if it has not already and it will be slowly moving into flowering phase. I see a few Pistils in your DG plant, so that's a good sign I would still wait a week or so before switching to flower nutrients until more pistils and some mini bud sites are showing. Just like @gmslave said below, don't fully cut out the grow nutrients are still need just in much smaller amounts. They will all start to feed a bit more giving they are maturing into adult plants now. Auto's feed a bit less then the typical photoperiod strain and so bottle directed amounts can be to much sometimes. This is a good reference point for ec/ppm numbers for auto feedings. https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/med-man-method-feeding-chart-ppm-ec.47856/ Best of Luck and Happy Growing!

Plants looking fine. are your lights dimmed? because they are only 55cm away, i recommend either dimming to 50 percent or rising the light to 70 cm

@Mrs_Larimar, hey there. I was actually at around 20-22 inches from soil. I have adjusted, ran a lux test (prefer PAR), and now should be good. I am now officially at 18in and in LUX range. Thank you.
