Week 5 2/4/22 2/7 - Another round of defoliation and some HST chiropractic on the stems. Since they are in pre-flower this will be the last of LST / HST. I started a light feeding of the Beastie Bloom 1/4 tsp per gallon. I will up the strength as the weeks go on. I added one addition optic light so that now make 4 in there. I also added another small fan to circulate air at the base of the plant where I will be lolloping the lower larf off. Mila / Blue will get the de-noding treatment, I will be removing all larf and bud sites only leaving the top 3 nodes via the Kyle Kushman technique. Violet / Red will get my standard growing process. Willow / Green will be a hybrid growing of both processes. I will give them a few days to recover before the de-noding takes place. So far these girls have responded very well to all the manipulation, I've only had to splint 2 branches with packing tape. In the past I would have completely snapped those branches off. So chalking it up to improved skills and good genetics of the plants. My skills have a long way to go 🙏
