Intense lights are too much for the seedlings and that's why they are curling leaves. Try dimming down or increase distance

hey man,im first grower and curious how long she show his first cotyledon after transplanting from paper towel to Mineral Wool ?

@tuanmuda2k21, 1-2 days. If you look at the pic in the germination week you can get a good idea how shallow you want the seed head to be placed in your grow medium. This stuff grows like a "weed" 😋
