2022-1 tent 1 forum stomper

what is VP or VPD?? I know temperatures as Celsius or Fahrenheit. Substrate/Tent temps should be 15c+ but under 26c for sprouting seeds, if its to warm they grow really lengthy and weak. RH or retaliative humidity should be in the 60% range. 80% is ok as well but watch out for molds on the mediums surface. Once seeds pop cut open hole in top of cups acting as humidity domes for passive air exchange. Lights should be the same distance throughout the grow from its canopy. Some people reduce power when in seedling form but in nature they get a good amount of sun. Indoor lights don't normally output more light then the sun either. Try 12" away, if they are stretching to much lower by 4" and test it out. Best get get a light meter and find out optional distance, it's different for every light. Germination will work in even lower temps but will take longer, and longer time = more opportunities for something to go wrong. Best of luck
