1/1/22 GDP seed was soaked for a couple days until showed a small tail. Transferred the little baby to a starter pug and put the plug in a small container in the nursery station.
1/2/22 The little baby G Daddy popped up to say hello to 2022 today, she even lost her shell doing it. She is gonna be in the nursery for while.
1/3/22 She was a purple-haired granddaddy with big dark eyes
And points of her own, sittin' way up high
Standing up, Way up firm and high
1/4/22 She is up to about 3 3/4" inches tall and reaching for the light. I am giving her a small drink of water just to keep her soil moist.
1/5/22 The plant is at a rapid growth pace. We transplanted the little sprout to its forever home. She was moved to a 3 gallon cloth pot filled with "Great Lakes Water Only" soil.
Also she has been moved to the small vegetation tent. Lights on from 6 am until 12 midnight or 18 on 6 off. She will stay in this tent for the next 4 to 6 weeks.
1/7/22 GDP 4 had a nice drink of HTG Stump Tea-Veg Boost to celebrate 1 week old today.

1/8/22 Little GDP4 is all alone in the veg tent. Temp is about 75º. She is in a 3 gallon cloth pot filled with "Great Lakes Water Only" soil.
This grow I am gonna try to stay with organic tea's, feeds and Cal mag in moderation.
We will use HTG Stump Tea-Veg Boost while in vegetation.
1/9/22 Lazy Sunday hanging out and growing to about 3" inches tall. She gets small amount of water in the morning and a little in the evenings. I think she's happy.

1/13/22 Little GDP girl is doing well and growing at 13 days old. She gets a little water with some veg-tea in the mornings and evening. Little plant looks healthy so all is good.
1/15 Baby Purple G Daddy is entering week 2 of veg at 15 days old. She is taking a small amount of plain water every other day and Veg Tea the other days.
I expect a lot of growth in the next couple of weeks.
1/16 Snowday Sunday, Today we are in the middle of a snow storm and the plants could care less until the power goes out.
Went a head and fed the little GDP some fresh Veg Tea and a little Big Bloom to help her grow.
1/18 Pretty little wacky weed plant is started to really grow. She is up to about 4 3/4" tall at about 18 days old. The plant will stay in the small tent until flower.
1/22 Day 22 Little Miss Purple G Daddy is entering week 3 of vegetation and feeling good. She gets some water and or veg tea in the mornings and maybe in the after noon.
1/26 GDP took in a couple cups of nice Veg tea with a hint of Big bloom this morning. Looks like she is nearing flower. I want to top her and do some low stress training soon.
1/27 Teen age G Daddy needed a drink of plain water today and we decided to go ahead and train her a little. She looks real close to flower and I am not sure if she will be topped before it happens.
1/29 Miss GDP is entering the 5 th week of life at 29 days old. The plant has responded well from the LTS. Flower sites are filling out as she is at the very beginning of flower.
We fed her some diluted nutrients with a little cal-mag to help ease into the next stage. I also amended her soil with some fresh "water only" soil.
1/31 Last day of the month and she likes HTG Stump Tea in the mornings. I mixed 1/2 Teaspoon Stump Tea with a 1/2 gallon of plain water and let her have it.
We are looking forward to February's stretch.
2/1 While in early flower I am low stress training a little each day on the main branch and opening up the flowers sites.
2/3 GDP girl took in some Big Bloom, Cal-Mag and some other diluted nutrients to start the month off. She likes the 18 on 6 off lights.
2/5 Miss GDP is entering the 2nd week of flower at 36 days old. The flower sites are developing and stretching.
We feed the plant about a quarter gallon of nutrients this morning.
GDP welcomed a new room mate, Baby Banana Kush will be with her until there is an opening in the flower tent for P Daddy girl.
2/7 All is well with Miss Purple. She is filling out just right. I like the LST before flower, seems it opens up more buds sites. She took in about a quarter gallon of plain water.
2/9 This morning Purple was taken out of the tent for inspection and feeding. A few of the low hanging leaves were cut and some new "Water only soil" was added.
We mixed up some stump tea and added small amount of nutrients and let her have almost a half gallon of the good stuff.
2/12 GDP is 43 days old going into the third week of flower. She was moved to the flower tent, it will be her forever home for the next 6 +/- weeks until harvest.
She enjoyed a nice drink of plain water this morning and likes the big tent all to herself.
2/16 Purple Daddy is growing like a weed. She is up to 21" inches tall and the bud sites are filling out. She had 1/2 gallon of Stump Tea with some nutrients added.
We added a couple handfuls of "Great Lakes Soil" on top to freshen up her base up a bit.
2/17 Half way home at 48 days old, She was more life in her than Norwich City.
2/19 GDP is 50 days old going into the fourth week of flower. She had a short visit outside the tent to have a drink of plain water and some Terpinator.
2/2/22 Twosday Everybody had some HTG Stump Tea today
2/25 Purple is getting mature. Her flowers are filling out just right. She drank up some nutrients and had a few lower leaves removed.
2/26 Its a good day to be Purple, She is 57 days old moving into week 5 of flower. Yes Purple, your ass looks big in that tent.
3/1 Happy March! Today Big girl Purple drank up a 1/2 gallon of good ol Stump Tea with a hint of Terpinator for breakfast. She is filling out the tent with her bad self.
She is getting a little smell to her as the colas fill out at 60 days old.
3/3 The flowers are getting bigger and there is a sweet smell coming from the tent. The soil is a little dry but we are going to wait until tomorrow to fed the little monster.
3/5 Purple is marvelous, She is 64 days old moving into week 6 of flower. The bud sites are packing it on. I can see the sugar on the leaves.
She has a room mate with Banana K living with her until harvest.
3/6 GDP wanted 1/2 T of Organic Cal-Mag today. A few of the lower leaves are giving some love to the buds and turning yellow. It's a good thing.
3/8 First this this morning we mixed up 1 teaspoon of HTG Stump Tea and let her have a 1/2 gallon of the dark stuff.

3/12 Purple is a nice big Purple thang, She is 71 days old moving into week 7 of flower. She took in 1/2 gallon of nutrients with PH adjusted UP to 6.5
We added some Water Only Soil to amend the existing soil. She is showing some signs of lock out and or a deficiency so we checked PH and added a little Cal-Mag.
Light defoliation on lower leaves also. The trichomes look like sugar on the leaves and the flowers are sticky with a floral smell.
Happy Pi Day 3.14 In celebration Big GDP got some nice dried egg shells scattered and amended in her top soil.
3/15 HTG Supply Free Tea Tuesday. All the girls licked up some good fresh brewed Stump Tea. The big girls enjoyed a day on the patio.
We let the girls out of their cages long enough to enjoy the Sun and a big drink of Stump Tea.
*HTG Supply gave me a free sample of Roots Organic Seabird Guano and have 1 teaspoon marinating in a 1/2 gallon of plain water for 48 hours.
3/19 (78 days old) This will be the eighth weeks of flower, She has more life in her than Norwich City.
The end is near, As she nears harvest the buds and getting heavy and the trichomes are glittering in the light. She has a nice floral sweet smell also.
Some of her leaves are turning yellow so she may be on a water only diet for the next couple weeks before the big chop.
3/21 We are looking at the trichomes daily. She is close, real close to getting wacked.
3/22 Sticky icky smells like Kool aid man shagged a skunk. The end is near for my GDP love plant. A lot of the fan leaves are turning yellow and most of the white pistils are turning darker orange color.
Buds are tight and frosty. We had to prop up a couple of the bigger heavy buds from bending over.
Big buds are drying for several days then buds will be cured in mason jars after drying., Will have a smoke report in 3 to 4 weeks, some time in May.
5/2 Hello May! The buds are dry, curried and smell like a sweet purple flower. The buds roll into a nice even burning joint, The smell and taste are off the hook. I really like the buzz. A couple of tokes puts you in a good place. It tastes a little like fruity sweet potpourri grapes'.
3/25 (84 days old) We harvested this Grand Daddy Purple at the end of its eighth weeks of flower. The trichomes were mostly cloudy with some amber and its got a nice fruity aroma.
We used and really like the "Water Only Soil" We tried to stay organic on this grow and only used organic nutrients We did add some new soil, worm castings and bone meal to the soil.
The PH needed to be adjusted to 6.5 after nutrients were added. Overall this grow was two thumbs up.
We always love a great GDP we are going to be topping and defoliating tomorrow the one that we have growing at the moment. Keep up the amazing progress, good luck stay safe happy growing cheers!!!!!!
