Sour Skout Kookies

Substrate was fully soaked before germination. First watering was done around D5 or D6. It was ~450 mL, 6.3 ph, with some Recharge. Always tough to know when to first water autos in their final pots. The more bone dry, the better I guess. Won’t water before D5 or later from now on. Normal week 1 here. Will be gone for 4 days to travel. See how she fairs after that. Happy growing everyone! 🌱 😎

Normal amount of growth. Decided to top her early to maintain very low canopy. I had trouble with my short tent last grow -- I have a 120cm/4ft tent in height -- and I want to avoid that running out of space again. D13 topped. Let’s see how she reacts. Cal Mag def signs showed a bit earlier this week. Got some salt and egg shells for the first few days to keep it natural but by the end of the week, she was asking for more so I gave her some cal-mag. Botanicare calmag has 2 part N and I think I may burn them a bit because of this. I should always remember it has some N. LST before flower next week. I should be able to plan stem structure by then. She’s less thirsty than other Mephisto strains at this age. Definitely overfed her on her first feeding this week. Still getting to know the new substrate (Plagron) and this new strain. Will make sure to ease up on feeding this next time I grow it. Sex started showing and I’m hoping she stretches soon and gets hungry for some nutes. Will adjust LST after next watering — which is in 2 days.

Did the 5th/6th week major defo and LST adjustments. It’s automatic from here on out. I think I may have stunted her a lot. Kind of felt that on week 2 or 3 but decided to move forward anyway and see. The main stem is the smallest I’ve ever grown for an auto! Oh well! I don’t have the luxury of culling because I grow for my supply and only have a very small setup — one plant, soil, small and short tent. Gonna have to settle for a very small harvest this time. Can’t wait for my bigger tent to arrive soon! I only grow for personal use… with a bigger tent my supply/consumption ratio is much more balanced! And I don’t run out each grow cycle! My Chinese light broke this week while moving apartments. Had to buy a local one immediately. I must say, the Swiss made lights — the Horizon OPTIMUM 200 — are great! All LEDs are Swiss made and driver is solid! Warranty is long. Problem is it’s double the price of a normal MH/SF LED light of the same caliber. All good though.. all things Swiss made are usually more expensive anyway but usually for higher quality. The plant has definitely bounced back since the slow growth, the moving apartments, the breaking of the Chinese LED light, etc… she’s back in business and she’s now at a point where she’s on automatic — same feeding regimen no need for too much adjustments. Had to do a major defo just to increase airflow and get those lower buds more light. No fanfare for this week just getting into that mid flower mode — should be smooth sailing from here! Hopefully she gets a lot fatter real soon! Grow well and stay irie! 🌱😎

They are right on peak flower right now. I’m gonna say at least 3 more weeks. But who know. About to run out of inventory soon. So, I might jus that ear early again. A man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do to get his meds and stay sane! Enjoy growing everyone! 🌱😎

She’s starting to fade as I stopped feeding her this week. ~Two weeks more of only ph water for that nice ripening fade and then chop! Hope your grow seasons are going wel! 🌱😎

This girl is pretty much done. I don’t have time to chop and trim right now. Work has been extra killer. She will be a bit overripe, so might be too much couch lock high… which is fine by me! Thankfully humidity is very low here so no risk of mold or what not. Harvesting this weekend! Happy growing everyone! 🌱😎

D80 CHOP This is gonna have to be a quick dry again as am out of inventory. Looks like one plant every 3 -4 months will not be enough for the amount I consume. Hopefully, this next grow will set me up for a good start to surplus bud for months to come! Hope your grow is well and your harvest is plentiful. 🌱😎
